If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT order from this location. I placed an online order at 4:15 pm. I was told the order would be ready at 4:45 pm. When I got to this location a little after 5 pm, I was told that the printer was broken. In addition, he asked for my mobile phone so that he could see the order and write it down. Why my order was not in the system remains a mystery to me. By the time I got my order, it was closer to 6 pm. The meals that I was given were not what I ordered. The facility was dirty, tables sticky, there was a sign that said "toilet closed" and the soda machine was open. The customer service was sub-par. While he did apologize for the printer being broken, no explanation was given as to why my order was never received. The man behind the counter had his airbuds in and was merrily dancing to music while we waited for an inordinate amount of time for our food. They have signs stating to wear a mask, but every customer isn't complying. It's kind of hard to understand the employees. Don't walk in expecting good customer service-you'll be disappointed. We ate here this past weekend. I had the full wings and fries, my husband had fried shrimp and wings, and my daughter had a cheeseburger. Well the food while eating it was pretty decent for the price. The shrimp were good sized and I had a bite of my daughters burger and it was pretty good. My chicken was unexciting, but not bad. The reason for the 3 stars, however, was that my husband and I both ended up with... lets just call what happened a cleanse. I was not necessarily planning on having an intestinal cleanse this weekend but America's Best Wings felt it was needed I guess. So if you don't have a sensitive stomach or if you can use a good cleaning out, by all means eat here. If you have plans for the day, maybe try another time. read more

Went to this location Monday and the food was ok but I was starving. Philly sub with wings So anything was better than nothing. Went back on Tuesday and by far will not try it again. Do not eat at this place. I called in an order earlier tonight and sent my fiancé to pick it up. I opted to eat here because another place I had cravings for had already closed for tonight. After explaining again that I don't live close enough to drive back tonight (if I did, I don't think I would've been willing to do so after the long day I've had) and bringing the food to him tomorrow wouldn't make up for me missing a meal tonight, he refused to be willing to give me a refund. Needless to say, I'll never be back to this place. Feathers being left on chicken in such the way my wings were means that the food preparation is sub par. Obviously, they are serving uncleaned chicken. There were so many long feathers, they couldn't be overlooked after being fried in batter so I'm absolutely sure the person prepping the food would have noticed them if there were taking proper protocol to clean and properly prepare the meat for their dishes. I've read all the negative reviews and I don't really quite get it. I've been here several times and the food was always great and the service was on time but I only order for takeout in the evenings. The buffalo mild sauce is a bit spicy but it has a lot of flavor. The prices for wings are better than most other places in the size and flavor the wings are excellent. they always show me the order before I leave so if people are going home with the wrong order it's partly their fault because they could have had it fixed before they left but I've never had an issue with my order and I've been here over a dozen times and will continue to go back. this is a fast-food wing and fried food place so if you're expecting top notch restaurant service you've come to the wrong place but for what it is I think it's excellent. read more

This restaurant is an excellent option for a quick lunch. I love their traditional wings because they are fried crispy, and they have tons of flavors. Everything I've had here has been excellent. Sometimes during lunch, it can get busy with to-go orders but it's worth the wait. There isn't much going on inside a few tables, booths, and one TV with cricket or the local news playing.
