When he finally acknowledged me, he couldn't find part of the order, then angrily threw the food on the counter and demanded payment--even though I had already paid online. He refused to accept an email receipt and said he doesn't give receipts at all. So I paid twice. On top of that, the online prices were nearly double the in-store prices, with no clear explanation when I inquired. Great food does not excuse terrible customer service.
