Do yourself a favor and drive past this location. Ordered honey bbq wings and fries yesterday, and let me just say that someone needs to report them to the Department of Health. The wings taste like they were cooked on last Saturday, covered with sauce, and sold on Thursday. The skin was ridiculously tough to bite and chew. It felt like my gums were being cut. I will never order from this place again, and I will let multiple know to check your food before leaving. I love this chain chicken place in general. I was really surprised to find that there was one in upper Marlboro where I was driving past one day. They're pretty fast and my order was prepared correctly I always get the chicken wings with Moondust seasoning. My only negative comment is that the wings at this location actually didn't have enough Moondust seasoning on it. However upon request they did give me a side of the seasoning to sprinkle over my wings. I was just glad that I asked before I pulled out of the parking lot. Very nice staff and it's clean. I also found the Bowie location to be just as nice staff. I think the prices are a little steep for not for chicken wings but only wing dings I think it's like $10 for 10 wing dings really really a rip off as far as that's concerned when you can go to the grocery store and get a bag of wing dings for $10 and there's probably 40 in there. But I guess everybody has to make a profit. And I'm paying for the convenience. read more

After working a 12 hour day and attending a PTO meeting at my daughter's school, We decided to make a quick stop at this establishment before heading home. If I knew what I know now, I would have went straight home, gave the kids cereal and snacked on the 6 month old pistachios in my cupboard. I decided to order the 10 piece wings which came up to $10.50. I handed the young lady behind the counter my card to complete the purchase. She gave me the receipt to sign and......."What the F*ck!!" $110.50!!! This genius overcharged my card by 100 damn dollars!!! I calmly handed her back my receipt pointing out her error. She looks at me blankly and asked me what's wrong. "You OVER charged me for my 10 piece wings ". She motions for what I believed to be a manager and they both spend a good 30 minutes trying to figure out how to refund my money. In the mean time my 7 year old daughter is getting impatient and my 10 piece wings have turned ice cold. They finally figure it out and went through the process of refunding my money. BUT what happened so far is NOT why I gave this establishment the one measly star dangling above. The one star is for not refunding ALL my money. Money for my waisted time and ice cold wings! Not to mention it would take 48 hours for my $100 to go back on my card!! This place has deteriorated. To start off, they got rid of the crinkle fries and replaced them with these nasty hard skinny fries that's enough to just ruin the meal. Slowest ABW I've ever visited. I waited 30 minutes for an order when there were only 2 people in front of me. My husband and I tried to place an order at this location but decided not to do so. When we called the establishment, the employee answered the phone as if it was her personal cell phone. Ok???... Finally, when we clarified that we had not dialed the wrong number, we asked a few questions about the items on the menu. The employee had no idea what we were talking about. Interesting. We asked if there was a manager to speak to and go figure, there was not one on shift! My biggest pet peeve is poor customer service. On some occasions, they don't have the classic crinkle fries expected from them. For that reason, they have to get 3 stars. The wing flavors are wonderful. They have a flavor for everyone. As a spice fanatic, I love that I can get the nuclear wings and be satisfied. Convenient for the Upper Marlboro area. Nice, clean shop to get your wings from. I recommend calling ahead. If I could give they ass a 0 I would I've been back to this place twice for the same order and they still fucked it up and burned my food both times, not to mention when I took it back the guy asked me what it was I wanted remade when the whole order was burnt tf up .. The chicken wings are good. The Old Bay wings were way tooooo salty. The carbon sodas are always horrible. They charge you .50 for a small container of blue cheese or ranch. They are fairly new and perhaps they are overwhelmed so I will give them one more try read more

Was excited for this ABW to open. The first time I went, I ordered bone in wings. They were ok, but a little on the dry side. Had to wait 25 minutes for my wings. Also had to remind the cashier when he handed me my bags, that I had paid for extra blue cheese. The second time, I ordered boneless wings - THEY WERE DISGUSTING. They had no breading on them and very greasy. I will give this establishment one more try as I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are still pretty new, but I don not think I will ever order boneless wings again. read more

Wait time is absolutely absurd for food that isn't good at all. The employees seem to do a whole lot of nothing regardless if it is busy or not. Oh and they touch the food with their bare hands. No gloves at all. I saw it with my own eyes and that was the first and last time I will ever go there.
