Very good haircut but communication was an issue. Rate for standard haircut is expensive.

There is no such thing as 100 percent costumer satisfaction here at this place, the moment i gave my card for a payment the girl forgot to hand me my card and I was in my car for 5 minutes starring at my hair in the mirror in-front of the salon she looked at me and didn't even bother to come outside or tell me that I forgot my card, by the time I got to long beach I realized my card was not with me. I dont know what kind of receptionist is this, that doesn't tell their costumers they forgot something when she knows it!! Honestly if I could give this salon negative stars I would. I got the ugliest dye job, pretty sure got my scalp burned, got roughly handled while washing my hair- it was terrible. The paint job was messy and half assed. Paint got all over my face, hands, soapy water got in my eyes and on my face. She doesn't even have the decency to take you somewhere else rather than the sink to dye your hair. Everything is so messy. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time. This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to in my entire life. Do not go here! I went in asking for a small trim, less than half an inch then all the sudden I see 3+ inches being cut from my hair. The person doing my hair cut random "layers" throughout my hair which didn't even match across my head. There were random short chunks throughout my hair too. I went home and cried about it for 30 minutes. Worst of all that cost me $60. I tried to get it fixed the next day and the lady who did her best to fix it said this is the worst haircut she's ever seen. This place needs to be shut down immediately.
