The price was reasonable, people there are nice and they stick to their posted hours of operation. They fixed all 4 rims in about 4 hours. Excellent work.

Unfortunately I ended up needing new tires due to my tires being worn out etc. Fabian provided an estimate and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy on a sale. I called this past Saturday to see if they had any additional offers due to Memorial Day. Assad helped me over the phone. He was very friendly and professional. He offered me an additional discount on a better tire from the ones Fabian initially offered. He informed me that the tires would be in on Tuesday and that they would be closed Monday due to the holiday. Today I received a text message stating that the tires had arrived. I arrived at the location and about 3 other customers were there in the waiting room. Fabian was helping one customer and then he helped me. He remembered me from our first initial interaction. He then helped another guest that seemed to be upset/flustered. I noticed Fabian throughout the whole situation kept his composure and provided excellent customer service and handled that situation appropriately. My estimate time was about an hour. All 4 tires were done within 38 minutes. Fabian checked in to make sure I still had time to check on my alignment. All in all took about an hour and eight minutes to get all 4 tires installed, alignment testing, and an alignment. Thank you very much to Fabian whom was training a new employee named Leo. And to Assad and Russel (technician). You all provided great customer service, efficiency, thorough knowledge and communication. If you are in search to get new tires, an oil change or any other service check them out.

I was told 1-1.5 hr wait and could be earlier. Sounds good to me! I waited patiently and saw several others come in and got sent out before me. I figured it was appointments. However, as time went on there were a few walk-ins too who also got sent out before me. That doesn't seem right. I even checked my text notification and it said I should have been done over an hour ago. After 2 hours I got up and spoke with Josh. He was able to make sure my car would be seen next. Him and another gentleman were apologetic, which I appreciated. They did an alignment on my Tesla, informed me that the lower control arms were worn and needed to be replaced. They offered to do the work but at a staggering quote of $2,352.32. I opted to do the work myself, and since ATD warranties their alignment work, I was able to take the car back after having done the work, and the aligned the car for free of charge, which really impressed me. They offer a 3 month or 3k mile warranty, whichever comes first. Once again on this visit (5/29/26) I was helped by Randy, and again, awesome customer service, very friendly shop and prompt service. Couldn't recommend them enough for car alignments.
