Todays appointment (June 22, 2026) was the last straw. I made my appointment for 8 am so I wouldn't miss much work. I got there at 7:45 AM. There were already a few people in the parking lot. Doors open and I went in. I was second in line. I tell the guy that I have an 8am appointment for my F350. I can tell right away the guy was not thrilled about being at work this morning. He checks me in and I sit down. There was a walk-in behind me for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was waiting in the lobby I see they take her F150 immediately. Mine is still in the lot. It's 8:45 now and my truck is still in the parking lot. I go to the counter to voice my concerns. The guy tells me that his tech "with the big tools" just got in and they are going to take my truck now. What does that even mean??? Why even schedule my appt when they KNOW what I drive? This was the kicker for me though. While waiting in the lobby a gentleman came to check in. He asked the EMPLOYEE how he's doing this morning. The employee said to him, "Busy...how are you?" I was like... did I really just hear that? Then, a call came in. I assume the person on the phone asked him how he was doing too because the employee said, "Busy...how can I help you?" That was it. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. My truck was done and I left at 9:20 am. Never returning.

The tire light in my Honda was on, turns out it was simple patch repair. They not only patched it, but also rotated my tires and cleaned off my brakes to stop them from squeaking. They stated the pads were fine, but can sometimes squeak due to a grime build up. Tire light is off and no more squeaky brakes. I thought my Subaru needed an alignment, but when I brought it in they showed me that the front driver side tire had a huge bulge and was basically pushing the entire car to the right. It was also about shred into pieces. I chose to replace all the tires since they all showed signs of distress and low tread. That fixed the alignment and my car was done in one day; I dropped it off around noon on a Friday! Most places would take the weekend. Fast, reliable, and friendly service. That's probably why they been in business for 50+ years!

I gave Fast Tire Service a call to see if they could fit in two possible nail punctures in about an hour or two (since I still had to go to class), it was a Friday so I had assumed it might be a busy day! Stopped by a gas station after class to quickly pump my tires and drove to Fast Tire Service. My dad has been coming to these guys with all our cars since 2018. It's very convenient since it is a 2 minute drive from our home. I kid you not, I arrived, checked in at the desk and was in and out in about 25 minutes. They had many cars in their lot, but I surprisingly did not have to wait long at all to be seen. Really appreciate the quick work they do here and their prices are fair. I got a nail in my tire and urgently needed help. Other shops refused to patch it and pressured me to spend over $200 on a single new tire. I was in tears and didn't know what to do. By some miracle, a quick Google search led me to JJ's. He looked at my tire and gave me an honest assessment. Not only did he patch it, but he also showed me the real issue--my front tire was so worn that the wiring was showing. He found me a used tire in excellent condition, fixed the problem, and patched the other tire as well. He was caring, straightforward, and had everything done in under half an hour--for just $100. I left feeling blown away and incredibly grateful. I'll definitely be coming back for more tires, because mechanics like JJ deserve our support.
