Sick BMW Alignment! Same computer the dealership uses. Youll need the "EURO 4 wheel alignment" not standard alignment. After leaving i notice alignment was not perfect, i took it back and they swapped the right and left tire and it made it perfect. Tire wear was off from bad alignment i came in with. My New Bimmer is straight as an arrow now. These guys are legit, good guys here. read more

I probably should give this place a 1 star but I'm gonna be the bigger customer being in the service industry and give them 5 stars due to their mechanics kindness. Went in with a flat tire to get it fixed and the owner almost refused helping me because he didn't want to drive to get me ONE new tire since they didn't have it in stock and told me to go to a different location. Obviously he didn't understand I had a nail in my tire and couldn't really go any place else. But as a woman and human being in general, I don't think I have ever been talked to in such a way. Especially when it comes to me wanting to give someone my business to the point where it made me cry. The owner left to get me my tire but with attitude and wouldn't even look at me when he returned. Here is my reasoning behind the 5 stars... their Wonderful mechanics that not only were working hard, but went out of their way to make sure I was okay after the owner talked to me the way he did as I was visibility upset and in shock. Once again I should give this place 1 star, but due to their MECHANICS being so KIND and knowing one star could affect them and their work because their boss is disrespectful. read more

Sometimes when you're having a bad day, a good person comes along and makes it a lot better. That person is George Lowe at Goodyear Tire Center in Huntington Beach. My daughter, her dog, and I were coming from LA to San Diego on the 5 when we hit a pothole and our tire blew out. We searched Google and found the closest tire repair center. After looking at the tire, the man at the front desk told us that they didn't have a tire to fit our car and they'd have to order it, which meant we would probably be there for about 7-8 hours. It looked like it would be a very long day for us until George stepped up and said he'd go and pick up our tires so me didn't have to wait. Thanks to George, we were in and out of there in a few hours. Now that's customer service! If I lived near this Goodyear Tire Center, I would definitely use them again. read more

Amazing service. The store manager and employees were super helpful. Got off of work and found that my tire pressure light went off. Worried that it would get worse, I called this shop and asked if it was too late to come in. They said no and to come by. Mind you, they close at 6pm and I arrived at 5:45pm. Immediately, they came to check my car and found a nail which they repaired in less than 15 min at no charge. It was all around a great experience.. not because they didn't charge (which is a plus) but their attentiveness, quick action, and willingness to help made it so. Highly recommend this place due to its awesome service and amazing professional staff. I had a 5:30PM apt for tire rotation. They were short staffed so both Cameron and Angel stayed way late to help me out. Both were great professionals who went above and beyond. Cameron the store manager even helped out getting my tire rotation done due to being short staffed. I came here and the staff attempted to tell me I couldnt leave without $800 in new tires. I had a puncture in only one tire so I left extremely frustrated. For a single tire they wanted $150 plus tax. My tire needed a patch which ended up being Free at American Tire Co. To be safe, I purchased a used tire which was $60 all together and was at 9/10ths tread. (Practically new) The service there was amazing and I plan to go back in February for a full set of new tires. Their honesty and helpfulness has earned my business and referrals for a lifetime. Goodyear on the other hand was employed by pushy staff that cared more about a huge sale than helping someone get by until they can afford a full service. Goodyear will never have my referral or business, but I highly recommend American Tire Co... Their full sets are $300 cheaper too! read more

Walked in they were VERY busy, Shawn the guy at the front acknowledged me and said he'd be with me in a minute. Came in with a weird noise coming from my tire, I need new rear brakes, Angel (an employee) and I took my car for a quick drive. Looked at my car, showed me my brakes and the noise I've been hearing was the noise they made. Metal on metal. I needed an oil change too, so Shawn explained my options and REALLY helped me out financially, wasn't salesy (if that's a word) gave me a discount on my oil change and brakes. I came here to get my alternator tested. I'm not sure if I was talking to the manager, but first he asked me why I wanted to have my alternator tested (which was at the advice of my boyfriend, who was almost certain that my car trouble was due to a 6 year old battery, but wanted to make sure before he replaced it), so I explained that I was still using the original battery, and the car was a 2006 and I suspected that the battery was just really old, thus the sluggish start-ups. I knew that O'Reilly would do the test for free, but when I drove past there first it was really crowded, so I decided to stop by here and figured it wouldn't cost much if anything at all. So the guy there seemed to process what I had said and asked me for all of my information and had me sign an estimate which said it would cost $68 and that since they had other customers ahead of me, they would call me in a couple of hours. That seemed high to me, but I figured I would get either a new battery or a new alternator after the test was complete and my boyfriend would install it and be done with it. I started to walk back to the boyfriend's house and my gut immediately told me I should not have dropped my car off there... so I walked back quickly and filled my boyfriend in on what transpired. He asked me why they wanted $68 when testing an alternator was free anywhere else. He then asked me for a copy of the work estimate... And I realized that the guy who wrote up my work order had never offered me a copy of my estimate. My boyfriend called the shop and told them not to start work on my car - and then said that his buddy was just in there a few days ago to have his alternator tested and they charged him $38, so why did they charge me almost double that amount? The person on the phone then told my boyfriend that they were only going to charge me $24.99. I was furious! We went to pick up my car 5 minutes later and the guy who wrote me up (who was the manager after all) sent someone else out to give me my keys. I was ready to let these guys have it if they tried to say anything to us about either the estimate or the conversation that we originally had - but they just handed the key back to my boyfriend and we left. I am convinced that they just assumed I was another dumb woman who didn't know what she was talking about and tried to take advantage of that fact. When the boyfriend called asking for an explanation, they tried to give him a totally different price and then avoided us altogether when we came to pick the car up (even though I could see the original guy just standing there watching over the repair bay). The whole transaction was shady from the start and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

I noticed there was a (shiny) nail in my tire today, so based off of the great yelp reviews, I called Goodyear Tire. Robert (store manager) told me to bring in my car, and he would have someone work on patching the tire right away. Got there a little past 4pm. Car was done (and all the tires filled with air too) by 4:30pm. In and out in less than 30 min? I'd say that's hard to beat! Robert and the other employees were very friendly and professional. They did not try to sell me anything or tell me there was "a problem" with my car. Just patched my tire and sent me on my way. Best customer service I have EVER received. As a woman, often times I feel like a lot of services in this industry have tried to up-sell me on things I do not need. However, I am here to tell you this is the first time that has not occurred. Goodyear tires were so helpful, communicative, and SHOWED me the nail that was embedded in my tire. Mr Pete was very helpful. I was out of the country and my car was parked for 21 months, it needed new battery and other maintenance issues. Mr Pete was very helpful, Great service they're honest and will work with you according to your budget. There was a lot work needed to be done on my car and told him straight up that I can't spend much. He was able to work with me and was able to prioritize the most important work that needed to be done. My car is now up and running! These guys do really great work. I bought a set of tires from them an they guarantee them seemingly without limitation. They have the cheapest price on an oil change I've ever seen and, unlike at Jiffylube, I can depend that they'll spot problems other than just my oil level. They warned me my coolant was low and topped it off at no additional cost as part of my oil change. And, because I bought my tires here, whenever I come in for an oil change, I get my tires rotated and brakes checked for free. The service is great, the prices are more than reasonable, the work is dependable; unless I absolutely have to, I don't plan on bringing my car anyplace else for its routine maintenance. Only criticism I have is that the work sometimes takes longer than it would at Jiffylube, which is actually something I'm fine with because it's better quality work; it'd just be really nice if they had wi-fi available to their customers. read more
