I went in today to get tire rotated and balance....waiting in line in the store...3 people working front desk and 3 customer waiting in line.... 2 workers were answering phones and only one was helping customers waiting in line...instore.... WTH...is that...isn't the customer wiating in line inside the store more important then potential customer at home calling on the phone....... it almost looks like you get faster service if you call from home then waiting in line inside the store.... what a BS store...bad management philosophy... way to lose customer..... they should have just told customer on the phones to wait and serve customers waiting in line inside the store...... and top it off....I don't even think they balanced my tires....probably just rotated it... seems its all about sales and not really interested in rotating and balancing....but the free rotating and balancing is being used as a ruse to make a sale.... sorry,,,,going back to costco tires...where customers inside the store comes first,,,rather then play phone sales and F the customer inside the store.... read more

My tire had a Screw in it and I called this store to see if they would fix it for free. Yep. When I arrived they were busy. The adviser, tried to sell me new tires, which I need, but will put off a few more weeks. He said it would take about 45 min which it did. actually took about 10 min. once they were able to get to it. I have come in on two separate occasions and received stellar service each time. The first time I thought maybe I got lucky, but the service provided both times exceeded my expectations so much I had to write a note this time. The first time I came in was 10 minutes before closing and after standing in line I was lucky enough to get paired up with Mr. Devin Baltazar. By the time I got to the front of the line it was closing time, but that did not stop Mr. Baltazar from quickly putting on my spare tire before warning me to stay under 50mph to stay safe (and avoid using the tire for more than a few days). The second time I found myself putting air in the same tire for 2 days in a row so decided to get it checked out. A very competent young lady filled my tire and quickly found a nail embedded in the tire and put in a ticket to get the tire patched. Long story short, I needed to get the tire replaced. Again the Gods were in my favor because after standing in line I ended up at Mr. Baltazar's station once again. I doubt he remembered me, but his service was just as excellent as the first time. He helped me get a reasonably priced tire and when it came time to receive my car, I found him personally cleaning off the stains the service member accidentally left on my tan seats. If I could leave negative stars I would. Very disgusted with the service I have received here. Spend around $600 for some cheap radials and to rebuild my tps sensors on an 08 Tahoe and still have my tire pressure light on. Went back four times to address the issue and all they did was change the air pressure in my tires. In this particular vehicle of mine once all the tires pressures are equal the tps light turns off. You don't have to drive around or anything. I'm starting to think I paid 50 extra dollars just to be told that a tps sensor is rebuilt ( new battery and valve stem) complete rip off read more

Incredible customer service at this location! I came in without an appointment to try my luck. Thomas helped me right away and he was very personable and funny. The other staff was great too from what I saw! They were pretty busy when I came in but they still changed all 4 of my tires in 20 minutes and for a great price. Plus this location is right across from a Starbucks and some food places so if you wanted to you can walk across the street while your tires are being worked on. I had a full set of tires put on here. The service is pretty good. The people are friendly. The only complaint I have is that their quoted wait times are not accurate. This is pretty common in most automotive repaired service business. I would think only doing tires they would be closer in accuracy. read more

This is my second time here for a tire repair and both times were simple and free. These guys were really friendly and definitely helpful. I came in around noon, and it took about an hour. Great customer service and very helpful! I went in today about half an hour before they closed, they were busy and were helping other customers. One of my rear tires was losing air and I had to refill it twice last week. They checked if it could be repaired before even mentioning buying a replacement. Within half an hour they were done and were able to patch up my tire. Definitely coming back for any future tire needs. read more

Amazing service as always!!! Thomas greeted me when I came in to get my tire fixed. I've been coming here for a long time & the car they had on file was a car that had been totaled. Before that car had been totaled(only 3 months prior) I had put 4 new tires & brand new rims on that car with the warranty. With bringing my new car in, the tire wasn't able to be saved & I needed a whole new tire. Thomas transferred my warranty to my new cars tires & put a brand new tire on my car for $23! I come to this Tire shop for all my tire needs! They do a great job at being honest and doing their job correctly... They DO NOT cut corners here and that's seemingly very difficult to find at car/repair shops nowadays... If it were just to that I would leave it at 4 stars because there would nothing spectacular enough for the special 5th star (I'm a hard critic I think) but... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! This definitely deserved the 5th star because their customer service is just absolutely stunner. Been here 5 times and they've messed up 6 times. Wow. How is that possible? Well they always mess up on tires/rotating/wheel weights and one time they just left my interior black from their greasy clothes. I come here because it's about 0.3 miles from my house and the prices and tire insurance is good. Just have to suffer with their employees with not as much knowledge. read more
