Was the only place within a 50 mile radius that actually had the right tires for my 2014 Hyundai Accent. All the sales guys are very professional and welcoming. Cory was super helpful and found my right tires and checked out in less then 5 minutes of walking through the door. Also got a pretty good deal on the 2 Falcon tires I picked up. I'd like to update and let everyone know that after the initial denial of my claim by the corporate office, they have since taken another look at my case and decided to cut me a check out of "good will" (of course, they would not say they were at fault). The check amount was NOT enough to cover 100% of repairs and was several hundred dollars lower then several other reputable body shops. HOWEVER, I do appreciate the gesture by America's Tire to revisit the claim and make the situation right. If only it would have been handled properly from the begging, they could have saved face in my eyes. As always, buyer beware. read more

I'm usually skeptical of the customer service of big chain stores, expecting them to have poor customer service due to the sheer volume of business they receive compared to a smaller shop. I ordered a tire, and it was delivered the next day as promised. Everyone in the store speaks very politely to the customer and seem genuinely happy to be of service (a rarity in customer service nowadays). Had my blown out tire installed in 15 minutes. Best thing you can do is get the warranty on the tires. We just bought new tires in Costa Mesa and the next day...got a screw in one of them. Was there at 8 AM. They took us in, fixed it and got us out with no charge by 8:30. James is a great guy....he took really good care of us. I could sit in that shop all day long just to hear him answer the phone! Today was my first time going to the store to get a quote for a new tire. Assistant manager David helped me out. I did not need a new tire, just as he thought. It needed to be fixed and was looked at and fixed free of charge. It did not take long either. All it was a screw in the tire and the dealership was trying to replace the tire for $300 buck without trying to fix it. Those bastards!! Anyway I am glad I decline their service and I am not going back to Lexus of Riverside. Anyway, I am going back to America's Tire when I have a tire problem and I recommend others to try them. read more

I've been a customer 20+ years and have alway gotten my certification here. Bought my new 2017 Camry hybrid. Thought I could swap them out for new tires. They didn't open on Friday morning and had a heart attack Monday morning and was hospitalized. They wanted me to pay 335 for the certificate and new tires including trading in my old ones, which had 400 miles on them. I guess customer service has stopped. There is no sign of wear on my car. I'm very disappointed. Think Costco is where I will be purchasing for now on. read more

Need a flat repair done, this is the place. I've purchased tires here for my other vehicles at reasonable prices in the past. So all I needed was a flat repair done to my brand new Kia. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Even if they are busy they make every effort to make sure they haven't forgotten about you. All my tires were inspected and one repaired. It did take about an hour and a half but with amount of Business they had it was ok. Definitely come here for any tire needs. read more
