AT - This man is an absolute asset to your company and you should be paying him accordingly. The service, patience and experience were 6 STARS out of 5. My daughter brought my car to Big-O-Tires with a nail in it. They told us that it wasn't repairable. It needed 4 new tires. told us that the tires were at 3/32", completely worn out. Luckily I called to get a second opinion. First, they quoted me the same tires for $300 less. They re-measured the tires at 6/32", and told me that the tire was 100% repairable. They saved me $1400, fixed the flat for free, rotated the tires for free. I will use them for life and will go there to buy my tires in all my vehicles. read more

Walked in with a flat tire at 5:20 PM without an appointment. They removed the nail, patched the flat, refilled air in all 4 tires, and had me out by 5:50 PM. Everyone I interacted with was super efficient, professional and had wonderful customer service skills. The entire service was complimentary. More importantly, there was no pressure to purchase new tires. I even joked about my balding tires and the associate kindly told me I had at least 6-8 months left. read more

I had a very serious and potentially dangerous issue after getting tires installed at America's Tire on Chapman in Orange. My 2018 Lexus RC 350 F Sport has a staggered tire setup, meaning the front and rear tires are different sizes and must be installed in the correct positions. When my tires were replaced, the rear tire was installed on the front passenger side and the front tire was installed on the rear passenger side. This was only discovered later when I had my front brakes changed. While removing the wheels, the dealer noticed uneven tire wear and a visible rub/wear pattern on the passenger-side steering knuckle. After the brakes were completed and the wheels were reinstalled, they noticed a major difference in clearance between the driver and passenger sides. The passenger-side front tire was actually rubbing against the steering knuckle. That is not a minor mistake. Installing a staggered tire setup incorrectly can create tire clearance issues, abnormal wear, steering/suspension interference, and could have created a serious safety issue while driving. I trusted America's Tire to properly install tires on my vehicle, and this basic mistake put unnecessary wear on my tires and could have caused a much bigger problem. This should have been caught immediately by any tire shop, especially one working on a vehicle with staggered fitment. Very disappointing and concerning experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone using this location double-check their tire sizes and placement before leaving. I will be contacting America's Tire corporate and providing photos/documentation of the tire placement, uneven wear, and steering knuckle rubbing. read more

These guys are great. They price match competitors, they repair nails in tires for free. The shop is very efficient and well run, very friendly and good employees. They don't try to needlessly upsell you nonsense, they just fix your tire for free if it's fixable and you go on your way in 20 mins. My car alerted me that I had a low pressure in one of the tires and I drove to this business to have the tire checked. It was my first time there and they were absolutely wonderful. The waiting room was busy but they did checkins and looked at my car right away then kept me informed via text. I had a nail in the tire that wasn't visible but they found it. Everyone here is very courteous. Joseph who helped us a coupla times is amazing, Bought my daughters tires here. Get the warranty! She blew her tires and they replaced it and I was able to rebuy the warranty again. Best $20 investment for each tire ever. Had a flat, they got the right new tires installed, Michelin warranty has flats covered, in and out in 40 mins for only $48. Coming in on Monday was a good idea, not too much of a crowd. Greta first Experience! This was my first time visiting American Tire, and let's be honest--nobody really enjoys coming to these places to deal with tires. But I have to say, the experience here was surprisingly pleasant! When I called, the person on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful, answering all my questions and encouraging me to stop by. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and the staff immediately got to work. Cory came out to get the details from my car and assured me they'd take care of everything. Then Juan came out to explain what had happened with my car and walked me through the next steps. The whole team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers' experience. For my first time here, it couldn't have gone better. I came into American tire today to have a tire changed that I placed an order for. When I came in everything was fine with my vehicle. Upon leaving my car is doing a jerk and a steer step. I turned back around to request that someone check out the the installation process which I was told your has a jerk and it was doing that really! I received dismissive pushback. Because tires on a car and driving on a highway is something that can be crucial to someone's lives. When the right been let me check for you. That's not what I received. I received dismissive oh it was like that we're sure it was like that BS. Now I have to wait an additional two hours for someone to check the tire properly possibly take it off and put it back on ensuring that the young man who installed it and I do mean Young did it properly. It does not mean that a young person can't change a tire effectively however these are in entry-level positions and wouldn't it just behoove you as management to want to make sure that your client is driving but not American tires Valley on valley central way. I live locally and was hoping I could get services here in the AV but it looks like I have to stick to the dealer. if you're looking for some where to address your tire needs this will only work as long as they don't need to think past the assignment. i gave it a try but they failed. look somewhere else. read more

I had a very frustrating experience yesterday where my 30 minute tire installation appointment took two hours and resulted in me driving away with a flat tire after the staff had triple checked the tire pressure and assured me that it was my tire pressure monitoring system that was wrong. I ended up having to go to a nearby gas station to fill my new tires myself because they insisted they'd done it correctly. I don't have the heart to give them one star because the workers were friendly and working hard, but this was a terrible oversight that led to a frustrating experience and a lot of wasted time for me. read more

Everyone was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable, not just today but each and every time. It's best to make an appointment. When I came to check in, surprisingly there was no line. And the 2 staff members who passed by greeted me and said someone will be with me shortly. I am giving kudos to 2 people today who took great care of me. First was the friendly Jordan who provided detailed info on the condition of my tires. America's Tire did for me what no other mechanic or tire shop could do. My car was having issues with the tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS). Another chain tire shop told me that I should go to the Lexus dealer and purchase their TPMS and then come back for them to install it. My mechanic told me he could install OEM TPMS, but, that I should purchase 4 of them for $200 each. I decided not to do it and asked if they could reset the TPMS. Resetting it was good for about 2 months before it lit up my dashboard again. The associate helping me, Terrell(?) was fantastic. I told him the car's history and issue. He told me that he could replace the TPMS and quoted a price of $88. I agreed. A text was sent to my phone and an estimated time. They fixed it earlier than the quoted time. So far the TPMS has been working perfectly. I didn't have to replace a pair or all four. They were way better and cheaper than the 2 places that I had already taken my car to. read more

I've been a Customer at America's Tire for many years in several different cities and have always Loved the experience until today I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism by whoever they have answering the phones on 4/3/2026 at the shop in Orange because that guys just saying anything to get you off the phone. I came in and ordered tires last Saturday and here it is the following Friday and they still have no ETA on when the tires are coming in!! Mind you the tech that helped me out told me I could expect them by Tue/Wed and now I'm without the new set of tires I was looking forward to a day before my road trip on the Holiday Weekend. The techs tried their best but unfortunately weren't able to get my TPMS warning light off after all this time. They said the model of Tacoma I have is particularly difficult to do this job for--but that just makes me wonder why they were happy to charge me so much to work on a problem they couldn't fix. Their customer service is great and I even got a good deal on a pair of TRICO windshield wiper blades since they noticed mine were spaghetti (aka shredded). I was able to do all this as a walk-in on a weekend afternoon. This location has WiFi so you can bring your laptop with you and there's a Starbucks next to it for you coffee addicts. As a woman, it can be nerve racking to get your car handled in any way. America's tire has always taken care of me when I lived in a different city. When I moved, I went to this location and they helped me and my husband with our tires TREMENDOUSLY. These men are not just professional, they are kind, friendly, and conversational. It doesn't feel like a transaction. Ramon and Uriel have helped me the two times I've been here in the past year and they were so amazing. I've been a long time customer of Americas tire however this location does not meet the quality of service other Americas tires have portrayed. I waited 15-20 min just to have my air pressure checked because there was a customer ahead of me talking talking and talking to the service tech- it wasn't just tire pressure check. Service tech wasn't friendly at all- he seemed tired at 9:45 am. Tech checked tires I mentioned TPMS light was on, he had me restart vehicle and the light flashed. He said most likely a sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. He "checked" and informed me that one of the sensors are in fact dead and that I should park my vehicle and head into reception area. By this time it was already after 10 - I paid for sensor and asked that since my vehicle was there I wanted my tires rotated. 45 min later my car still was not in stall.. I asked if I had been forgotten. They all looked confused. By the time I walked out of there it was 12:00 noon!!! I was quoted a wait time of 45-1 hour- Not 2 hours. I arrived at 9:45 am. Came in for a tire patch and did a walk through with the service tech. Tires doesn't look bad and you can still put your finger in between it. The car only have 20k miles. Tech told me the tires were too bald to perform the patch. This is probably their way of turning away customers for their free patch service or they are trying to scam you into new tires. Shady business. Went to another "America Tire" store less than a mile away ( not a mom and pop) and they did it with no issue. I asked them to get a measurement of my thread and I stand corrected. They open the door at 730 even though hours are starting at 8 because they noticed i was waiting. The person who assisted me was Cory. He helped to get me taken care of and even helped to get my wipers installed. They did a tire rotation, gave me some custom rims and tires and patched up a hole in my tire. Honestly, this is my only go to for tire care. I recommend them. They have monitors on their cashier stations so the customer can see the recommendations and purchase is accurate. This place is always clean too. They have an app that gives you status updates and they also come to inform personally if you are waiting in the facility. Good job. read more

I've been a loyal America's Tire customer for over a decade and have always had positive experiences, which is why this situation was especially disappointing. On Friday January 2, I came in with a flat tire that was covered under warranty. The initial sales representative was professional and helpful. I was informed that my specific tire had been discontinued, and I was completely reasonable about paying the difference for a replacement. Because my vehicle has staggered tire sizes, I elected to replace two rear tires instead of one so they would remain properly matched. During that discussion, I was very clear that one of the two tires being removed was still in good condition and that I wanted to keep that tire. This was acknowledged at the time. When I returned on Saturday January 3 to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that the good tire had been thrown away without my permission. When I asked for a credit or a reasonable resolution, I was told that could not be done. At that point, the manager, Jordan G., who refused to provide his last name, changed his explanation and claimed the tire was in bad shape, which directly contradicted what had been said the day before. When I asked to speak with corporate before paying, I was told corporate was closed and that if I did not immediately pay, the police would be called. The interaction became unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive, despite my calm attempt to resolve the issue professionally. To be very clear, the bad tire was replaced as expected. The issue is that a perfectly good tire that belonged to me was discarded without my consent, and the manager then changed his explanation and refused to take accountability. This experience was not about policy. It was about attitude, inconsistency, and a lack of respect for a long time customer. I hope corporate reviews this situation carefully, because one manager's behavior undermined years of trust in this company. read more
