I've been to the American tire depot on North Tustin in the city of Orange For three separate problems The first time they patched a tire and didn't charge me The second time they replaced another tire, they could not be patched and gave me a fair price and rapid service. They also flushed my brake line. The last event involved changing an antilock breaking module that w went fine, but they couldn't program it to talk to the ECU in my truck The assistant manager, Logan went out of his way to find a way to fix this It took a good deal of time to get it done however he never gave up and was always kind and enthusiastic This is the kind of service that makes me a repeat Customer I give them my recommendation without reservation read more

On my way home from work this time (I live less than 5 miles away from my job and am very fortunate). I start driving and I hear that awful this noise we all hate. Get out of my car on the side of the I-5 freeway to see cause it's that bad (yes I was on the shoulder) and sure enough flat as a PANCAKE! It was 2:30 at the time and I had to wait for triple A. They came and at 3:15 I get my donut on. Panicked and worried about my second job tonight I'm scrambling looking to see if anyone can help. I called American tire depot and Mike answers the phone and says get here as soon as you can. I arrived at 3:40 PM and they are currently looking at the tire. Even if it isn't fixable I am SO thankful for even getting a last minute look. They really appreciate their customers and try to help out. Armando took care of me at the end and really made sure I felt valued. All for the cost of $0.00 just to look at and try and patch. I waited for my car on Saturday for alignment for over 2 hours after being told 45 mins to an hour. Completed alignment. As I drove off, I noticed car still pulling to the right. I called back immediately and informed them that car was not aligned properly as it still pulls to the right just as bad if not worse. I brought it back today at 9:50am. I was told it would be about an hour. It is now 12noon and my car still has not been touched. A little over 2 hours later and not even looked at. I took my car and left. I will now have to spend another $150 to get it done. I always purchased my tires here. They were great quick and fair on price. I gave an excellent review in the past. I am a very busy attorney . Time is money and I wasted over 4 hours sitting around based on promise it would be done within the hour. Not a happy camper about losing my time and money. read more

I had stopped at another tire shop just down the road due to a flat tire. He said he had two techs going to lunch and couldn't check my tire for two hours. This was xmas week and I was desperate for help sooner than 2 hours. I drove to American Tire Depot and so glad I did. The gentleman who checked me in was so thoughtful and helpful!
