Horrible place! I tried to give this small shop my business but it was a mistake! Instead go to AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT! I called in at 1:55 yesterday 12/15/25 I spoke to the owner which I later found out his name is RICH he stated he was busy at the moment but to go within 2 hours. I set the appt hoping to go In and out and when I got there at 3:45 not only did I wait about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by an employee.. when I went to try to speak to him he straight up ignored me and then I had to ask him again how long would it be before I can get helped. I kindly let him know that I had spoken to someone and had set an appt and his response was " Well you didn't talk to me you must of spoken to the owner and I can help you, I'm going to have to "put you off"... I said "put me off" what's the point for the appt? He said well if you want to know call the owner I'm waiting on someone to come so I can help them" I was only there to get my tire patched it should only take under 20 minutes for that type of job.. I decided to call the "owner, rich" he stated he was away and there wasn't anything he could do.. no common courtesy or service.. this guy straight up waisted my time. By that time it was almost 4:30 lots of shops were closed . Left a bad taste , horrible service, they prioritize people they can make money on. Didn't even try to resolve. They wasted over 2 hours of my time,my day and my gas as I drove from Anaheim. I will never come here again nd don't recommend anyone to come here.. the employee looks unprofessional,doesn't look like he's licensed I will be contacting the BAR of automotive to inspect this place and make sure they have the right permits and license to operate this place is a whole in the wall dumpster. Outdated no place to sit,unsafe for my kids they had to sit outside by the alley place. Please don't waste your time or money here. AMERICA TIRE DEPOT took great care of me. Cheap,honest and transparent. They don't charge for tire repair whether is a tire patch or plug it's free with them. This place charges an arm and a leg after calling a few spots. Absolutely God sent! I was lucky enough to get a bolt in my front driver side tire, 10 mins before everything closes, 5:50! I drove to another big chain tire shop. Employee didn't even want to see my tire or offer me anything but to leave the car overnight... had to drive away! Fearfully driving down the busy street... I saw this shop! Looked like it was closing, but I pulled in anyways, what did I have to loose, I was just going to wish for a miracle. He came out and offered me air, I showed him the tire and explained that I needed to drive home... he didn't hesitate and went right to work! He was patient, quick and truly professional! He fixed it within 10 minutes and sent me on my way! He was super reasonable and didn't even charge me for after hours. I will definitely be back to replace my tires!!! I debated whether or not I should leave this review but honestly I'm pretty upset. My sister came here today to get her tires checked because she had a nail in her tire. She came in her during her lunch time and was wearing mask. They removed her tire and were going to place a patch on it. But once they removed it they placed it on the side and left for lunch. They kept her waiting and made her lunch run late. But not only that, one of the workers told her that she should remove her mask, since apparently it causes cancer? Mind you she works in healthcare and is around COVID patients all the time. Now I don't care if you wear a mask or not but don't tell my sister to remove her mask and make her feel uncomfortable. They also brought up the Russian/Ukraine situation and other political views that they held. At the end of the day everyone is entitled to their opinion but I don't think it should be something that is talked about with their clientele. My sister was so uncomfortable with the conversation but she stayed since her car didn't have a tire. read more

I needed tires for my 2017 Subaru WRX and a friend referred me to this shop. I spoke with Robert who was awesome and very helpful. Robert took the time to get me prices for about every wheel from cheapest to most expensive, about 20 prices total! I was really happy with the experience I had here and the genuine friendliness from Robert . After choosing a tire to go with, Robert ordered them and had them delivered the next day. Install mounting and balancing was very fast and they even pointed out I had a bent wheel that I will be fixing at a later date.
