Clean parking lot. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. An excellent price is to get my AC system checked for $39 and the recharge as well. They are replacing one of the valves on my system and installing a new cabin air filter as well. The whole thing came out to $360. And they're going to have me out within less than an hour. I just came from Toyota place dealership in Garden Grove and they wanted $200 alone for the AC system diagnostic and another $400 to recharge it! ‍ i'm also a discount tires credit card card holder so I'm getting 6 months interest refinancing on my purchase today. Ramon was exceptionally nice and informative! I had made an online appointment for an oil change service and received a confirmation call. Upon vehicle inspection, they notified me that I had "no brakes" in the front, I had not noticed any changes, but believed them as when they changed my rotors and pads they showed me my brakes. It was apparent that I needed new ones. Not what I expected to do or pay for but for safety purposes I went ahead and had them take care of everything. I was looking at my old files and I took my 2012 charge back in 2021 and they quoted me for an oil leak (good price but not in my budget). This establishment used to give quality service and Mo was a great manager and never stirred me wrong. In the last few months the work being done has been lacking in mistakes by the techs. On 3 different occasions I have had to bring my vehicle back on mistakes they have done. On hearing that my son has also had 2 issues I decide to bring it to the managers attention. He listened but never once apologized for the shoddy work being done at his establishment. Since hearing Mo has left I strongly deter anyone from letting this establishment work on your car. My Tesla Model Y which had only 23k miles on it needed new tires because the factory Goodyears were horrible. So I did my research online for weeks for the best tire for the Model Y and decided to go with the Hankook ion Evo SUV which is new and specifically made for EVs. Also found that Tesla is using these same tires for many of their new 2024 model 3 and Ys as well. It also comes with a 50k warranty so NO brainer! Went to two other tire shops and most were out of stock and did not really know about these tires. But the assistant manager here at Discount tire and service knew exactly what i was looking for and he also recommends these because of high customer satisfaction he personally heard. They also had the most competitive price for the tires out of the 3. I replaced all 4 tires and could not be happier. They ride smooth, quieter and more planted than the previous Goodyears (trash) that came with the Model Y.
