First of all, the appointments are super convenient! I came in for a tire rotation, I know that I needed tires but I was hoping to postpone the purchase. However, one tire that was low actually had a screw in it. The tread on the other tires was low, so I opted to buy new tires. Because a very similar type of tire was in stock, the whole visit took about an hour. Super fast and super friendly. They also have great deals if you buy the cheap warranty on the tires. They not only matched the price but had the tires later that same day. I came in without an appointment the next day and was in and out in less than an hour! I spoke with Manny on the phone and then dealt with him in person-when dropping off my car and picking up. Manny and the whole staff were accompanying to not just me but everyone! Poor service. My girlfriend just went in to get her tire checked at 11:10 AM. Checked in, they said it needed to be replaced which they'll cover on warranty. Great. But she waited for TWO hours wondering why it's taking so long but trusting that they're taking care of her car. We tried calling the office but no one answered for 10 minutes. Then the guy who helped her saw her as he was leaving to take his lunch and said "what are you still doing here? Your car was done in 30 minutes." They did not notify her whatsoever and made her wait for an extra 1.5 hours with no method of transport. We are definitely not going back here. read more

I called a few tire places and this company gave me a more reasonable price for the tires I was looking for. Kevin told me he would call me back the next day to let me know when they could have the tires I wanted, and he did! I made an appt for the next day and when I arrived everyone is very nice and friendly! Kevin took care of the work I needed and he assured me it would take about 20 minutes. I think everyone can understand a business being busy. However, Americas Tire Store in Riverside offers appointments. I made an appointment for 1:30. I checked in before 1:25. They were busy, so everyone had to wait a few minutes for service. However, when my turn came, Paul, the salesperson, called the name AFTER mine on the sign on sheet. I let him know I had an appointment, and that I was ahead of the person he called. He ignored me and continued helping the other guy. After he finished with the person behind me, we talked...he acknowledged that I had an appointment, I had signed in well before the other person and that he would make sure I was taken care of in the correct order. Well, the other person had their 4 tires on their vehicle and driving away at 2:10. At 2:20, I messaged my wife that I was just going to get a refund and go elsewhere. The store was lucky that before I could get helped, the tech called my name to work on my car. We own five vehicles and have always given our business to Americas Tire. Plus recommended our friends. I can understand an "honest mistake", but being ignored, not keeping my appointment, and basically showing me that I didn't matter AFTER they knew their mistake???? Me, my family and any friends that ask for a tire store recommendation will not be spending any more money here. read more

I Came in on MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY(so a holiday) and upon coming in they did let me know it was super busy with 11 people ahead of me and that it can take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I'm taking my previous review down one star. This location is still great but I had an issue with service this time around. I don't believe that any other shop/chain can beat America's Tire's warranty, as well as their free tire pressure checks; however, my updated review pertains to more of an inconvenience that an actual concern over quality of service. I had purchased a new set of all season tires (Yokohama YK740 GTX) and had scheduled to come in an hour before the shop closed. The installation was surprisingly quick at about 30 minutes, and the process in setting up an appointment and selecting a tire was top notch. Dennis was extremely helpful both over the phone and in person with helping narrow down a set of tires to my needs. I had also spoken at length to Tanner and Paul the week prior, and both were very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. About 5 minutes into the installation, I had been notified by the technician, David, that a lug nut stud may need to be broken off because it was stuck--it could have been due to a number of reasons, but I believe that it was threaded incorrectly (not 4-5 rotations by hand) during the tire's last service and then tightened with the impact driver. I was then briefed about how it could be remedied in a worst case scenario; since my tires had been last serviced at this shop, I was told that America's Tire would pick up the tab for repairs from a sister shop, Brake Masters. Just like what was predicted, the lug nut stud had broken off. Overall, I'm happy with my experience with this shop's employees--including Veronica, who had been very amiable when returning my keys and recapping all the work done. I'm just annoyed that a lug nut stud had been broken and I now have to travel to another shop. This is a first time this has happened for me and I wish that they just had the ability to just do the repairs in-house. UPDATE: I ended up having it repaired at Brake Masters in Fontana--I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Brake Masters in Riverside. read more

I waited a couple days after this occurred so I didn't write my review on anger.........Well I unfortunately tried this place again and was at the cashier waiting patiently. (This is a must because they can't handle more then 3 guest at a time). The guy walked right passed me and didn't even acknowledge me to help someone else. The conversation they had could have waited an hour because they guy was practically sleeping in a chair waiting on service. The same guy walked right passed me again without greeting me what's so ever. I had enough time to make a call to Gomez Tires down the street and it was a lengthy call at that........ order tires and get an appointment to have 4 tires replaced. Had high hopes for this place due to all the good reviews but left very disappointed. Went in to get one flat tire changed and was helped by the employee Adrian, he told us we'd need a new tire or used and we said that was fine so he went to go look for one as we waited. After about 20 minutes of waiting and other people that came after us getting served before us, I went to tell him what tires he found only for him to have forgotten about us since "he couldn't find us" when we were literally in the waiting area and then told us he didn't find any used tires but could go back and check for a new one. This place is awesome. Have always been told great things about America's tire but they are seriously AMAZING. I came thinking I was getting only 2 tires even though I know I needed 4. I also though the tire prices would be so much higher. They don't try to sell you the most expensive tire, they recommend the most efficient for your vehicle and your area of residence. They consider both the price and the mileage and compare on even more categories. They explained to me all the financing options and even gave me a $120 rebate for buying 4 tires and doing 6 mo financing. The gentleman was very clear and concise about everything from the tires, to the service, to the financing, etc. I was late to my appt by 30 min and they still honored the 45min in and out promise for appts. Love the service here and should have come here to begin with. So I got new tires recently and my pressure light came on. I thought there was a nail because all the road construction or pothole from all the driving I do. Took it to somewhere else who said no nails, they put air in and sent me on my way. A few days later had same light telling me I needed to check my tires so took it to other place again same end result. So when this happened a 3rd time, I decided to come to America's Tire and I explained my situation to my technician and he said ok give me a minute, grabbed his machine and in a total of 5 minutes of helping me figured out my sensor was out. A half hour later and I was happyily on my way. Love these guys! Thank you so much for actually helping me instead of giving me air and sending me on my way. My tech was only person that checked and helped. His knowledge saved me when I couldn't give more time to this issue. I forgot his name but I am so thankful for his service. read more

This is, hands down, the best store in Riverside to get tires. They have always been honest with me, never tried to sell me something I don't need or talk me into anything. And they always stand by their product. Came in today for a flat repair, which turned out to be not repairable- something they even took the time to show me so I know they weren't faking, and I walked out with a new matching tire for u set twenty dollars, just carried over my warranty. I usually buy tires for my cars here for over 20 years. America's tire will repair your flat for free granted is repairable within their standards. Never had an issue with this location. Service is good all sales reps are polite, friendly and courteous. They know their stuff. Of course they will try to up sell you, but not pushy and their products are good. Spends on what you want to spend and or what kind of hazard insurance you want. You can quote over the phone or online. They can offer you different options. I knew I was going to need knew tires so I was prepared however the representative told me there promotion of $40 rebate if I apply for their credit card and $40 AAA discount so I walked out paying $620 (plus I get back $40) for 4 brand new 65k mile tires. This place is a joke they took 1200 for my BMW tires but failed to advise that tires need to be crossed rotated and after 5 months my tires are worn. The SoCalled manager Alex was a joke a kid with no customer service skills. They installed a tires on my car with a cracked rim he said he would get me one but I would have to pay for it and recommended me to get an alignment and kicked me out of the facility. I purchased 4 new tires from here back in April (right before Thomas Jefferson came out for the Utah trip) and although my vehicle is just passed 2 years old it has many miles on it... probably due to the traveling that I used to do when he lived here. Anyhoo so the back driver side kept going flat and I didn't see anything so I was miffed that a tire I had just purchased 3 mos prior was already having issues. I called they made me an appt had me out and good to go within 1/2 hour. It sucks doing anything now because of Covid. People are overly rude and it's just a headache lately getting things done. This shop is amazing! I waited a bit, but numerous employees told me they'd be right with me. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. I had my 12 month old with me and they made everything smooth and effortless! On top of that, my flat tire was fixed for free! I'm not sure why, but I was so great full! The entire experience was under an hour and an employee guided me to back out safely. I came here on Monday to have my tire replacement. I have my car towed here by triple A and get it fixed. The wait is like 5 mins till my turn. The whole process would be around 45 minutes. Chris was taking a look first for my tires and offering the options that suited me the most. His customer service was very good. I have Kevin and Trevor (or Travis. I am sorry that I wasn't sure about your name :() taken care of my car for tire replacement. They did a good job and very quick service. They made sure checking everything good with my car which I really liked about them because they put customer's safety on top of it. At first, I was worried if I have to change the wheel too since it was a little scratch, but they was very honest and didn't rip me off by making me change if not necessary. I appreciated it! I checked in and was told 70 minutes to do a screw repair. The shop was not busy. 10 minutes later a Mercedes owner pulled in and was helped right away, I realized a paying customer might get some priority so I shrugged it off. 10 minutes after a new Hyundai SUV rolls in with a screw in their tire. "No problem sir, we will get you taken care of right away" and their vehicle gets pulled into the service bay, repaired, and they are on their way within 15 minutes. So now I am 35 minutes into waiting when my vehicle gets pulled into the service bay. 25 minutes later I get my vehicle back, missing the wheel lock key. I have been buying tires from this location for over 20 years, but this will be my last transaction with them. I hope the customers that they leapfrogged ahead of me provide them with as many years of dedication as a customer as I have, that way it was worth it. I guess on the positive side of things, I did get my vehicle back before the amount of time I was quoted. read more

It's so easy to get your tires checked here. Hardly ever a line and it's easy to pull in and out. Quick service too. Sean was able to check and fill all four of my tires in a timely manner. Excellent work I came by again today and Sean was excellent again! Hard to believe, but there's a reason why this place is rated 5-stars from almost every single person on here! Had to get my tire replaced here from a recent unfortunate event. Thought it would've been a hassle, but thank god for my warranty and the awesome service. They got me a new tire, rotated all of my tires, and added more air into my spare. I had a guy named Zach help me out. Very helpful and super friendly. Gotta say, the working staff... Riverside's America's Tire Co. knows how to hire 'em. They've got oneeee good-looking staff group who knows their stuff. Seriously, every guy was like grown-man status, and majority of them were probably in their late 20s. :P haha. But aside from all that, this place took care of my car in an efficient timely manner. The waiting area seemed very clean and had magazines for people to look at.
