I'll have to let y'all decide on their service based on the picture I attach. I'm getting mixed reviews from other shops saying that this American Tire Depot should not have patched my tire as it's too close to the sides. Could the fact that I told them I had warranty on this tire affect their decision to patch this? Previously I had nails in my tires in similar location and the shop made a fuss about how they could not repair this Update: after taking this to a Big Brand Tire shop, they confirmed that the Riverside American Tire Depot should not have patched this tire and instead to replace it. Ive went in multiple times to repair a flat tire, each time has been a free service. Regardless of the free service they treated me right. Today I went in to buy an emergency spare tire. Scam Alert!!! When I changed my tire at this place, they upsold me tire rotation for a whole year. I was told I can go in to get my alignment anytime for a year. Well I went in, but I was told that they can't touch my tires because they're not in good shape, so I asked for a refund, and they refuse. I have called several times. I left several messages for the manager and spoke with their customer service, but they refuse to help. This place is a scam. Stay away. read more

Hi, I have to admit, I really struggled with the rating to give American Tire Depot. I went on Yelp last night looking for a place to get an alignment for my pick up truck. I used Yelp to get a quote at a place very close to me. Yelp offered to send my request to a few "other" places to get quotes on the service done as well. American Tire Depot, one of Yelps choices, was the first to reply. At like 9:00 pm that evening! After about three message back and forth, I had an appointment! That is definitely good service! They offered a free alignment check. Even though I knew I had one tire out of alignment, I liked that they offered the free check just the same. The check came back with the wheel I suspected being out of alignment. About one half hour after my approval, the alignment was completed for what I felt was a very fair value of $125.00. Now you are probably thinking this review sounds like a five star review? That is where my struggle came in. Two issues came up while I was there that definitely brought my experience down. 1/ The manager kept taking phone calls while I sat there waiting to get my paperwork completed! To the tune of almost 1/2 hour! A customer in hand is worth two in the bush my friend! 2/ The same manager made what I felt was a disparaging comment about the spelling of my name! Why he had to bring this up at all is anybody's guess. Both of the above cost this business one star each. Sad really as everything else was done very well. Jim read more

I called before I came. Needed a simple tire plug I get here 1 guy tells me he can do it the other guy walks out and looks and says no because there was some glue where there hole was because at 3am I noticed the tire light pulled over at a gas station to get a patch kit. ( mind you I own a performance shop and used to manage 2 tire shops. They say they can't patch it because there was some glue on it . Meanwhile one of their workers is screaming and cussing in the shop at the top of his lungs and I have my two year-old with me. Nice work environment not to mention poor excuse not to wanna do a tire patch. Absolutely ridiculous how one guy looks and says yea pull it up then the next all of a sudden can't do it...... read more
