Personally, my first impression of Jason was pleasant, lucid, and he seemed like someone I would like to establish a long term mutual beneficial business relationship with. My second impression was dead wrong, it's a zero-sum game business model. Higher marginal benefit needs to exceed for him. It's a Win/Lose business model for America's Trophy at all marginal cost to customers. If he can't make substantial profit he will deferred customers order even when ample time was provided. Failed to call after he promised, gave him plenty of time to complete custom order. When I called he was aloof, indifferent, and indecisive. No apology. Eventually, I canceled my order after waiting seven days. Ended up ordering from Amazon due to upcoming event and deadline. Definitely not reliable, not recommend, and it's a "FUGAZI" business. read more

As a favor to a fellow Board Member, I went with another Board Member to follow up a telephone order and pay for the work(this was going to be a RUSH job). We were dressed appropriately and both had our Fire Dept ID's hanging on lanyards in clear sight. Apparently this business is owned and run by two women. Upon entering the store, the woman at the counter was waiting on another customer. We stood in the background, waiting our turn. Surprisingly the woman looked up at us and said "No Thank You, please leave my store"! I spoke up trying to understand what was happening. "Were here to do business. Are you saying you don't want our money?" Her reply was "Yes, please leave my store now." We were both aghast, and walked out to the parking lot. I asked my associate to wait, and went back in to try to clear this puzzling behavior up, and place our important order. The woman was not pleased that I was back, but there were no longer any customers in the store. She stated she does not allow solicitors in her store and I explained that we were customers, not solicitors. I inquired if she was the woman I had spoken to over the phone and she again asked me to leave!. I left and returned, trying one final time to understand this baffling and rude treatment. I walked up to the counter to take a business card. She came up to me and I held up my Identification clearly showing I was not a solicitor but a member of our Community Emergency Response Team. She stated that she too "was a member" and that I should leave her store. I don't know if it was something about our appearance (which is normal in this beach community), some perceived slight or possibly the fact that my partner is a black man. I will never do business or go into that store again. Our board of directors was shocked upon hearing this story. We placed our business with E&H Trophy and they did an excellent job. read more

Trophy I bought was Poor quality, I should have bought it online, when I picked it up (2 weeks later) the trophy was 2 inches shorter than what I had ordered. I do not recommend this place. read more

I went to get a Fantasy Football trophy for the last place team in my league. Here's how I did.... 1st, I called earlier in the day to ask them some questions before I came in since there was no website. I was told "just come in because I'm on the other line." I felt like saying F it but this place is somewhat close. I decided against my better judgement to go anyway. What a mistake. There were 2 ladies that were working. One of them was in the back but she smiled at me a couple times so that was nice. The lady I was doing business with was a complete downer. I had asked about custom ordering things, about putting certain toppers on certain bases and different colors. Everything I asked for she said "NO." She then offered me a black base that had a big scratch on it and kept saying "this looks nice." All in all I'd rather order something online that I will not see until it arrives than do business with this trophy shop. I was only gonna spend about $75 or less but business is business and there was no reason to treat me this way. Will I again? NEVER read more

This Spring when I needed to make a new batch of awards for our annual event I did not return to America's Trophy.....but I did want to post a review and explain why. Last Spring I needed pricing on engraving some small key chain-like items I had and was also pricing out a big order of standard medal awards with a lanyard. Engraving (my key chain-like items) was quite expensive at America's Trophy and the attitude was always "oh, that's too hard....that'll cost more money." The two other local shops I also got estimates at were somewhat comparable, so I went with this location because it was closer. When it came to making my standard medal awards (with three lines of engraved copy), it was substantially cheaper to order through an online company so I did that last year (and again this year).......Ordering new award medals with 3 lines of engraving and a lanyard (online company) was cheaper than the 1 line of engraving on items I provided to America's Trophy. I was hoping to keep the work local and support local business, but online is just easier, cheaper, and reliable. read more
