We came in on Friday at 4:15 they had other clients ahead of us. We asked them if they can sew on the patches by the end of day, which is 5 PM for them and everything was done and done perfectly. They also did an embroidery for us along side of sewing on four patches to Letterman Jacket, we will definitely be doing business with them again and the near future. José used to be great, on time, reliable and would do a great job. About 3 month ago I placed an order for 6 face masks and two hats. I called repeatedly to see if my order was done and he either forgot or my order was too small to be bothered with. However I paid him in full when I ordered it. Needless to say that after months I got the hats but no masks. I ordered two more hats because they look great. After numerous attempts he delivered two masks. He embroidered the masks which cause face irritation instead of screen printing like he said he would. 6 months later he has not finished the masks or the additional hats. I typically try to write helpful reviews, so I hope others find this useful. It was my first time getting something embroidered, so there's a lot I'm sure I should have asked more clarifying questions about... but there were some key mistakes that any business should try not to make. I was flexible on when I needed my embroidered tops, but my project (4 tops), should not have required 3 project delays. Once was due to road construction, which is understandable. But I was told 3 times that it would be ready later than planned, and when I finally went to go pick up on the date that was texted to me, the project was not started and the apology was very lackluster, which is what I found the most unreasonable. At least be genuinely apologetic for my rushing my work day to drive all the way there! I asked for it to be shipped, and asked if it could be at no charge since it was not my fault that there was no communication about the tops not being ready. I also asked if it could be free of charge, since that was not fair for me as a customer. I was told yes, but my invoice reflected a $10 up charge that I was told was because I edited my order to a slightly larger font (which I was never told would incur an up charge, and would have been fine if it was communicated in advance so I could have made an informed decision). One of the tops has crooked embroidery, which is ridiculous after this ordeal that took a month and a half. It isn't even worth it to follow up and ask for that to be redone because I don't want to interact with this company any further. I hate to leave a review like this, but am hoping to save others from the hassle I went through. I would recommend for you to go elsewhere for a smoother customer experience. The other tops are fine, but there are more details I would have asked about if I were doing the embroidery (which I didn't know or realize at the time to provide, since it was my first experience getting something embroidered). This local business needs more recognition! Great service, fast, and just absolutely stunning results! My university didn't order enough sashes for graduates so I had to order one on amazon last minute. I was freaking out because I came in on Friday and my graduation was Monday! They finished it in one single day! I picked it up on Saturday afternoon. They embroidered every single piece seen in the pictures including the school logo which looks better than I would have imagined! I went to so many other embroidery shops and they were either way too expensive or needed a two week notice in advance for sashes! Not only is this place affordable, but so quick with their service! My sash came out to be $63 dollars, when the ones at school cost $60 with just the school logo and name. I got so much more and a better deal here, and got to design it myself!
