We moved all our mother's furniture and items into Monarch in the midst of her taking a decline in health, going from her Independent Living apartment to physical Rehab facility to UTSW Clements in 5 short weeks.. She never got to see her new apartment as 2 weeks into what would have been her first month at Monarch, she had to be transferred to TBoone/Faith Hospice. Since she was paying both for her last month in the IL Apartment, plus Monarch, we asked for some financial refund consideration from Monarch given that Mom was unable to move in (in fact she passed yesterday, 12 hours after hospice). We can't thank Monarch enough for how reasonable, compassionate, and caring they were toward her situation (and of this writing they don't even know she's passed). They agreed to do something for us in terms of a credit consideration that was most appreciated and above-and-beyond. These are good people running Monarch. We so wish our mom would have agreed to move sooner as she would have thrived here.

The office is very conveniently located right at the intersection with easy to find parking and signage. They also accept my insurance which always helps. They offer early appointments which work perfect so I can go in before I go to work myself. Dr. Grimm is very knowledge with what he does. I have been to several chiropractors as well as know several on a personal level. His bedside manner is wonderful and I am always comfortable under his care. He is able to take on any issues I'm having specifically that particular day and understands my problem areas and how to attack them. Note: this isn't a simple snap, crackle, pop type of establishment where you go because you want a cheap adjustment. I sustained a non-running injury and wanted to get back up to speed, so to speak, as quick as I could without re-injuring myself. The office is on Royal right next to Cantina Laredo on Preston and is easy to find. It's also easy to park with reserved parking right in front. The office is very clean and the receptionist is very sweet and easy to talk to. My insurance hadn't kicked in with my new job yet but they offer a type of one time membership fee that provides discounts on each visit. Dr Grimm is the only doctor there and does a great job addressing your symptoms. Scheduling is spot on and all my appointments have started on time. In addition to adjustments, he uses a treatment method called A.R.T. Active Release Techniques. This focused on my particular muscular issue and I'm feeling better sooner than I expected. It hurts a bit during the treatment but no more than a deep tissue massage. I'd definitely recommend him for advance athletic injury treatment as well as standard chiropractic services.

This pandering was off-putting from day one. Went OK at first, and these 2 partners/owners decided it was a good idea to be spiteful and vindictive, rather than respectful of my comment and request. My patient was due more therapy weeks from Medicare, but they discharged care for my paralyzed partner early becasue of a dispute with theerapist and me. Really odd that a new fledgling company would think being drama queens is a good choice over discretion and courtesy to the caregiver and patient.
