We are impressed with Jake. He did a great job on our carpets. He also went out of his way to put some things on our beds, so he could do the cleaning. Excellent cleaning job, great personality, and very professional. We already booked him for six months from now. read more

Jake did a great job cleaning bad makeup spots from the bedroom carpet and also pet stains from the living room rug. The best part was there was no strong cleaning smell afterwords. I am super sensitive to fragrances so I appreciate that greatly. read more

I just rehired Jake for the fourth or fifth year in a row because he continues to do outstanding work. This time, I had a number of food and beverage spills around my office area, and he kindly went over them multiple times to ensure he got everything out. While he was working, I left to run some errands, which is not something I normally do when someone is in my home. But Jake is 100% trustworthy, and I have no qualms about leaving him alone. I got back just as he was finishing up and, after working his magic once again, Jake had the carpet looking beautiful. Added bonus: I'm thrilled to support a small business owned by a military vet. I'll definitely be hiring Jake again next year. read more

I don't often recommend companies such as this, but taking into account the process from start to finish, I wholeheartedly recommend Sunnyvale Carpet Care and its owner, Jake Johnson. Jake quoted me a reasonable price (although when he saw the larger-than-expected scope of work, the actual quote was higher). What really stood out for me was the thorough 3-step cleaning process, along with the clear pride that Jake showed in his work. Now, our 30-year-old carpet is almost like new; it smells great, and it looks great. Without hesitation, I would use Sunnyvale Carpet Care again in the future. read more

Jake has a assertive personality. Open communicator. Ready for business type. Nice guy. 5 starts for the work. I am VERY PICKY so getting five stars from me is a big deal lol...... He was done with everything in about 2 hours. It was a one bedroom apartment (750 sq feet), 2 patio chairs, 1 California king mattress that needed cleaning. Arrived on time. Knew what he was doing, came prepared with all required equipment. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him as well. :) read more

Jake responded to my request promptly and scheduled a convenient appointment. He confirmed the appointment the night before and arrived on time the following morning. He went to work and was able to completely deep clean the carpets so they look like new. He was able to get the worst stains nice and clean, so now I don't have to replace that carpet! He follows all the Covid precautions and is courteous and careful. I'm keeping his card on the fridge so I can call him again. thanks, Jake read more

Here is why Sunnyvale Carpet Care has all 5-star reviews, including ours: * Jake was super prompt in returning my request for an estimate * Jake was able to schedule our carpet cleaning for the following week * Jake arrived exactly on-time * He took a tour and confirmed what he would be doing * We had cleared as much of the furniture as possible, and Jake and my husband moved the larger pieces * He quickly assembled all the equipment he needed, and started cleaning the carpets right away. He estimated it would take 2 hours, and it took exactly 2 hours. * Yes there was some noise, but not nearly as much as we expected * Jake was meticulous in vacuuming and cleaning every square inch * If some steam happened to touch the wood floors, he cleaned it off immediately * As he finished each room, he set up fans to dry the carpets * Jake was warm, personable, efficient, thorough, and a joy to work with. He even remembered us from the last time (a few years ago) when he cleaned our carpets - the hallmark of a man who values his customers * The rugs are much, much cleaner. We have 2 cats who have made our house feel "lived in", and yet Jake removed all the stains that we didn't think he could. Jake has our highest recommendation. read more

Sunnyvale Carpet Care - Carpet clean after - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Responsive, thorough, and efficient! Jake did a great job cleaning our office carpet after our dog made one too many mistakes and I couldn't take the smell anymore. Jake was great at communicating when he would arrive and was flexible when we needed to move around our appointment time after one of my work calls was rescheduled. We only expected him to steam the rug but he went above and beyond to vacuum, deodorize, brush, and steam the carpet so it was even better than we expected! Highly recommend Jake and Sunnyvale Carpet Care to anyone looking for great carpet cleaning services! read more

I needed my carpets cleaned and since I live in Sunnyvale I chose a cleaner that is in Sunnyvale. I like to support local business owners and in this case I wasn't disappointed. Jake texted me early in the morning to confirm our appointment, and texted again 15 minutes before arriving. He did a fantastic job and did exactly what he said he would do. This review was easy because when you find someone who knows what they're doing and they do it well, it's a win win situation. read more

Highly recommend! I had trouble finding a carpet cleaning company that would come on the weekend and that didn't charge huge extra fees because I am not on the ground floor. Luckily, Jake to the rescue! He was able to come on a Saturday and had no problems with my unit not being on the ground floor of the complex. No harsh chemicals that are dangerous for my pets, quick dry time, and super clean carpet at a great price! read more

My first time getting carpet clean and Jake did a fantastic job. He is super friendly and professional. I really the fact that it took a short time to get a quote from his business and he came the next day even though it was raining. Arrived exactly the time we were discussed. My carpet had a stain from the pipe leaking and it looked really bad that I thought that I need to have the carpet changed. I recommend Jake and his Sunnyvale Carpet Care company for the following reasons: - other companies constantly told me that the stain on my carpet could not be removed, but Jake insisted that he has the equipment to do it, so I let him try. - Jake was also very open every step of the process. He explained what he was about to do, and made sure we understood. And after each process finished he will explain what the next one will be. - Jake has great personality, very straight forward and also very polite and considerate. He constantly made sure to put on/take off his booties whenever he went in and out of the house to his van. - Jake arrived earlier that he actually promised. I have never encountered this from a service company. Most of them usually gives a 2 hour window and then always end up coming towards the end (or even after) that window. Every person and company providing service should be like Jake's. And I hope Jake and his service company will continue to grow and be successful. I will definitely consider using Jake and his company again in the future for carpet cleaning and stain removal. read more

Sunnyvale Carpet Care - Loving it - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Our bedroom carpet has suffered years of cats and dogs growing up on it. We know we have to change it or put down hardwood flooring as it is time to prepare to sell our home. I called Jake and asked him if he could just clean it well enough for us to meet with a real estate agent to discuss what we should do next. Jake came in and cleaned the carpet beyond our wildest hopes, and even came back to spot clean some areas that came back up. Never once did he complain or even hesitate! Jake is worth 5 stars all of the way around and I would use him again for any of his other services. He has a wonderful personality, is trustworthy, and focused. Jake is a star! Robin W. read more

I loved working with Jake. He quoted less than most and was able to schedule me for the next day. He showed up on time, did not try to pressure me into getting more work done, (which I appreciated most) cleaned the carpets, and left. I have had horrible experiences working with carpet guys that quote and then get here and say you need a deep cleaning for a couple hundred dollars more. Jake did not try to pull any fast ones. He is honest, hardworking, and a genuinely nice guy. The carpets look good as new. He offered to have me call him if I needed anything. Another great thing because he wasn't just taking my money and running. I would highly recommend him and definitely will be working with him in the future. read more

Sunnyvale Carpet Care - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

If you want quality, affordable and professional work this is the place to go! Jake was outstanding. The service he provides is unmatched. I've been a renter for my entire adult life and I have worked with over 15 or so carpet cleaners in 4 different states. I've never seen the techinque he uses, done before. Normally, the cleaner will shampoo and that's it. Not this company. They do commercial vacuuming, they scrub the carpet with a commercial cleaner, THEN they steam clean the carpet. After all that's said and done they spray a scotch-guard like solution (safe for pets) that provides ongoing protection. My carpet is better than when I moved in. He provides accurate quotes at a fair price. He's polite, informative and goes the extra mile. HIRE THIS GUY - HE'S AWESOME. read more
