Look at the conditions of the shoe rentals. Go at your own risk. New management last year purchased 6k in glow balls, they were crap less than 6 months. They got new ones for now. NYE from Hell!!! So my friends decided we were gonna to bowl for the new year. The package that they offered were really good however not executed very well. Package time from 9pm- 1am., didn't receive my food until 11:30 after we had to speak to the manager several times. Champange/ Sparkling Cider toast at midnight was a bust! Receive glasses at 11:45 champange at 12:10 and sparkling cider at 12:30. No way to toast in the New Year. Absolutely not worth the money, for bad service, and lack of attention to detail. read more

We recently started going every week (my scores are improving!) and the staff is always very sweet and helpful. We always grab some drinks and the bar staff is very friendly. 1 star off for the lanes themselves, as some of our balls get stuck constantly in some of them. Maybe this is something the owner can address? read more

I just want to say that ive been to multiple amfs and they treated me with so much respect! With Tyrell, AND Toyna helpying me out with an hour wait that felt like nothing was amazing. I cant see why this alley has bad reviews. Yeah they might be busy but they try their best with the staff they have. I want to show out to Cassie who was bar tending who helped me out as well and Brad who found my personal ball that was taken by children. Thank you guys! Mm. Definitely not a fun bowling place like normal AMFs. The music sucked. The food was alright. The scores were constantly messed up. The girl at the desk was rude. There were about 18 lanes open (literally one other group was there as they were on the opposite end) and they put this huge group right next to us.... bad experience. For a Saturday night, I expected a better turn out. We only went here because everywhere else had a wait... now I see why this one didn't. read more

The family, and I come here often, and we have such a great time. FRIDAY'S AFTER 10, ITS ALL YOU CAN BOWL, AND SHOE RENTAL FOR $15.54. WE REALLY HAVE A GREAT TIME! Went yesterday for New Year's day with my wife. Was not too crowded however we were placed next to a large family group that made the experience not fun as they were incredibly loud and not respectful when one of us would try and bowl. Asked about which seasonal beer was for the Leinenkugal draft on tap and none of the employees could provide an answer. The man behind the counter said "oh you mean the funny spelled beer.. yeah I've never seen any order that before". Which makes you question how old the keg is. No air blowing out by the bowling station to help keep hands dry. Prices are way more than any other bowling alley in the area and my shoes that were given to me were falling apart. Would never go back there again. read more

Service started out slow but ended up improving. We had the opportunity to catch the NFL games while bowling which improved the overall experience. Without that added perk this is just a run down facility awaiting demolition. read more

This is a very updated modern bowling alley with food and even a full bar. We came here on a Saturday night specifically for the special clearly advertised on their website, 10pm to midnight unlimited bowling including shoes for 14.99. We got a lane nice and quick after waiting in line at 10. After that story goes down hill! They charged us 4 dollars each for shoes, even though the advertised special on the website says free. When attempting to tell them about the false advertising they made some excuse that made no sense. To add to the experience we ordered pizza and fries and the ticket got thrown away, resulting no pizza or fries until we confronted them about the fact we didn't get our food 45 minutes later. This place is a mess and should get it together. read more

No one at front desk to help with anything. At one point realizing almost after 20 minutes no one was up there. The lane station set up is complete junk and the instructions dont work even if you input it as directed. Info on the website is different from what I was told in the alley (as far as pricing). We brought both our girls here for an evening of fun. The staff was so kind. Because my daughter is so tiny they brought out this alligator/dinosaur thing to help get the bowling ball down the lane without us even asking. The place was clean, including the bathrooms. We ordered drinks and service was quick. They had a snack bar with a full menu as if in a regular restaurant. Next time we go I will be sampling the food. The only thing that would have made it better is more flexible daytime hours. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star! Worst experience I've ever had with AMF I bowl at my local location every week and have never had issues with payments or customer service. I take my family to a different location and I get DOUBLE CHARGED. Not only that, when I call and ask they have no idea how it's possible that that happened and they don't know what to do. I was told my manager Rebecca on Monday 3/5/18 she was looking into it there was a league there and it was very busy so she would personally call me as soon as she was in the next day and take care of it. I call at 4:30 pm 3/6/18 after never receiving a call from Rebecca as promised. I was then told she wouldn't even be back in until FRIDAY!!!!! That is absolutely absurd! That is completely unacceptable and I am livid and mind blown by such terrible customer service and business skills in general. This place doesn't even deserve 1 start. Taking people's money and doing nothing about it and not even caring is never ok and a poor business model. Me, my family and friends will never return to any AMF or AMF associated business again. Which sucks because I love bowling. But i value honesty and customer service so much more and this company is comepletey lacking in both areas read more

Bad experience and customer service at front desk, we bought the summer long membership and when the kids tried to buy another game the lady would not let them. Then told them they had to leave if they werent playong another game. Ladies at the food counter were very friendly and brought food out to us. read more
