John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. They were professional from the moment I called and walked in to meet the nice owners. They let me look at their limo options and even go inside to check out the cool interior details! We settled with the white Escalade SUV limousine and was extremely satisfied with this choice. The limo first picked the groom (my husband and always + 1 Dan) and the groomsmen at our house and dropped them off at the church. The limo did arrive a little early but was patient and professional. Once the limo picked myself and the bridesmaids up at the Mansion the limo driver opened the doors and was very kind. He dropped us off at the church and waited for us to come out. I wish I remembered his name because he was awesome!! The bridal party, Dan, and myself took photos at the Albright Knox, the rose garden, and Hoyt Lake. It started to rain at the Rose garden and the limo driver let us borrow the umbrella which was appreciated! Status Limousine provided us with a smooth fun ride, good music, ice, and flutes! I had to make several changes beforehand and they were incredibly courteous and accommodating. The process of renting the bus seemed very daunting, especially needing it on a short 2-week notice during a very busy and holiday weekend. The customer service from the get-go was excellent. Carla, who took my call was so friendly and made the booking process painless and assisted me with completing my deposit over the phone. The night of the party, LeDelle our driver, was amazing, charismatic and kind. He made the night seamless by taking us where we wanted to go efficiently and was super accommodating and social with all of my guests. My only complaint about the bus was the lights were either on or off, and the aux audio function was very frustrating to figure out! Otherwise, the bus was spotless and roomier than some other busses I have been on. I would absolutely rent from this agency again.

I was hesitant at first because I am all about practical and budgeting and all that jazz. But one of the most fun memories from the wedding was the trolley ride with my friends, family, and husband to be. Nate and I also took a little trolley ride after the ceremony so that we could have a little Mr. and Mrs. alone time before all the socializing of the evening. From the first time I called until the evening wrapped up, I could not have been happier with the quality of service we received. From helping to choose the options that did fit my budget to making every aspect of the day of all that I could have asked for, this was one of the best decisions I made while planning. To specify, we had the white trolley during the afternoon and early evening, and then we arranged for a minibus to drive us all back to the hotel after the wedding. It was the perfect combination for the budget and for the game plan. This is my only experience with Buffalo Trolleys, but I know that they do lots of events other than just weddings, and I would highly recommend giving them a call. I'll post some pictures so that you can see how lovely the trolley was and how much it added to the atmosphere.
