The only thing I really knew was that purchasing a home was a goal I wanted to work towards. He was extremely patient with me (I had 0 background or knowledge of purchasing a home). He sat me down and walked me through the entire process and broke down every step of what I needed to do in order to get within realistic range of purchasing a home (down payment, salary, pros and cons of each area, interest rates, monthly Morgage payments, home insurance, etc).
