The shop manager, Lori, made our visit unforgettable. She was incredibly kind and took the time to show us the fountain pens as well as introduced us to all the wonderful products the shop offers. You can really tell how much she cares about the customers. I asked if they carried 2 different items and they answer without even looking up from what they were doing. I think I heard them say Bobby, this chic actually yelled at me across the room to tell me don't try on any earrings you're not supposed to. She didn't say discreetly she didn't say it nicely, she repeated herself again to me when I reached the counter. I was in shock. I've never had anybody be so rude especially at a shop like this. I would never recommend anybody going there, especially if she's working.
