I paid $171.04 directly to Christmas.com for the "Classic Christmas" event in Dallas, TX on December 6, 2025, for 2 adults and 2 children. My ticket included snow slides at 8:00 PM and ice skating at 8:30 PM. Due entirely to the company's line mismanagement, we waited over 70 minutes in line. Our tickets were scanned 7:30pm, and at 8:41 PM.  After scanning, staff denied my children access due to missing wristbands, which were never issued by their employees When I objected to being denied entry after the tickets were validated, a supervisor called the police and my family, including two children, was removed from the property without receiving ANY portion of the paid services. No refund has been issued. I have video recordings of the incident including the police removal. We had so much fun at the Christmas classic in San Antonio. There were so many different photo opportunities and the ice-skating and tube slide was so much fun! Highly recommend as it will definitely keep the kids entertained for a long time and great for date night or family outings! read more

Just ok! For the price I expected a bit more. Great for picture taking and getting in the festive mood. If you don't go early you will be in long lines for drinks, ice rink and the tube slides. We missed our entry time and waited two hours to enter. I highly recommend going an hour early and parking in the free lot across the street. Also bring your wallet, all the extras for purchase will add up quickly. read more

Cool experience but I wouldn't attend again. Pros: Beautiful lights and displays. Santa and Mrs. Claus; reasonably priced food and drinks; rolling rink and snow slide; friendly employees Cons: long lines everywhere. It took an hour in line to enter; more long lines for the snow slide, more long lines to see Santa; the roller rink line was good. Parking $11 (non-preferred) and $26 (preferred). If you're curious and want to experience it, I'd say go for it! Personally, I have no desire to spend so much time standing in long lines again. read more

Disorganized and Overpriced Do not waste your money on Christmas Classic. I paid $178 for two premier passes, parking, and two fast passes, and the experience was very disappointing. The fast pass was only useful for the snow slide, which did have a long line. The event was extremely disorganized. Upon entry, we were not told to pick up wristbands and were sent back to the entrance three different times by different employees. When we briefly went to the car to drop off the two Cokes and two-pair pack of socks included with the premier pass, an employee almost refused to let us re-enter because the re-entry policy was never explained. Staff were unfriendly, and the overall vibe was uncomfortable. Ice skating was cut short due to uncomfortable skates and melting ice, and the snow slide lasted only about six seconds per ride. While the lights were nice, most photo areas were dominated by large Coca-Cola logos. You can find better holiday photo spots on the San Antonio River Walk for free. To top it off, each family is sent home with a useless three-pin pack. read more

This is the hugest tourist trap I've ever seen! RIDICULOUS prices for what? Pictures with Santa? 3 slides down a slide tube? Oh that costs extra of course? Parking? Costs extra too. Bathrooms? Try porta potties. And then.... Nothing! Places to BUY (aka spend even more money) food and drinks, an ice skating rink (yup costs extra too!) and the smallest, tiniest path filled with gazebos with draped on Christmas lights. Unbelievable rip off. NEVER coming back even if they told me it's free. read more

There's lots of Christmas lights, but you have to pay to sled down the hill and the line is an hour long and if you don't buy tickets beforehand, you won't be able to ice skate. Overpriced and very crowded. Recommend going to the botanical gardens instead if you want photo ops. read more

Not a good experience. Don't waste your money. Tickets for 7:30pm with kids in tow. Entered at 9pm. We waited outside for 90+ minutes. Lines galore for everything. It's tight inside to navigate throughout grounds. Selling stuff. Long wait to see Santa. Longer wait if you want pictures. No bathroom facilities while in line. Use porta potties across busy street. We stayed an hour which was waiting in line for Santa. Very unfortunate its so unorganized. Has potential but needs much revamping. read more

With the amount of money that this event cost is should've been dealt with a bit more care. First of all you are creating a cold/winter/Christmas environment but (and I know you have no control over the weather) but if this was an indoor event or held in an arena or ROOFED environment, you could have complete control over the temperature making it cool making it feel like Christmas and obviously the rain would not have ruined everything. I also think since it's family oriented that could've had more little kid friendly areas. The signage and directory things were not big enough and there were not enough of them. I also was very upset that we could not take our cameras in, as we went there to take pictures. Did not quite understand that. Tons of employees or staff at entrances and exits, but I didn't see anyone down on the floor area to help us. The lines are also very long and even if you paid VIP for quick access, still very long lines. TOO EXPENSIVE to not include food or extras activities (atleast for children). We went on Saturday night (6pm) and the lines were ridiculous. It's like they didn't expect so many people, we waited in line to ride on the sleds, for at least an hour. The kids were already burnt out and deflated by the time we got to ride, which was very quick and definitely not worth the wait. They were very unorganized as well, they had some sort of issue with their QR codes and verifying what we paid to do beforehand. We bought the family pack with the activity pass ahead of time. And while we went through lines, we had to explain and show proof of what we purchased, at least to three different employees. It was frustrating, because it seemed like nobody knew what was going on or how to check what we already paid for. The lights and actual setup was very nice, however, it was hard to walk around and get anywhere, because there were people everywhere taking selfies and just blocking walking ways. It was very crowded and lacked more space, especially with all the room you'd expect in that huge area. It just seemed like a money grab. A lot of lights and things to take pictures of. But not a lot to do, unless you wanted to spend money buying Coke merchandise or overpriced food and drinks, which they ran out of anyway. So for $200 for two adults and three kids, Six Flags or Seaworld would've been better options. It was something we regret buying and would never do again. We were there maybe 90 minutes total, and an hour of that was waiting in line for the sleds, after that no one had any interest in staying for anything else.
