Absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements and warm, welcoming customer service! We went there for a last minute Christmas arrangement for a dear family friend and they had a SPECTACULAR arrangement in their fridge for an unbelievable price :-) It was full with gorgeous gladiolas, roses, chrysanthemums and another flower whose name escapes me. The garnish with pine needles, gold beads and round ornaments and plaid bow made the holiday/Christmas theme so very classy. They even added on a little cardinal bird - my mother's favorite - in there for us. Highly recommend them if you want a beautiful and unique arrangement for someone special.

The purpose of my going in to this floral shop i was having difficulty ordering & shipping a bouquet to a foreign country. Rather than taking my order the owner advised me to order flowers from a floral shop in that country. It saved $46 in not having to pay stateside extra charges. That's integrity & character. Considering the customer's needs over her own. Highly recommend the Petal Palace for your floral needs.

Anytime I need flowers delivered, this is my go-to! I always call, tell them the occasion and I buy blindly. They never fail to impress wifey with their arrangement. I absolutely love this florist shop! My company uses them all the time to send flowers for all occasions to our employees all across the United States. They are always prompt and nice when answering the phone, always offer suggestions if the managers are not sure exactly what they want to order and just patient through the entire process. I wish I could give Claudia and her team 1,000,000 stars. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Claudia and her amazing team. They did my flowers for my bridal pictures and wedding day. They were very professional and attentive. I showed Claudia some inspiration pictures and let her run with it. She stuck with my ideas but made them so much better. She is truly talented. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. From my bouquet to the reception flowers, they made my flower dreams come to life. My mother recently passed so my Fiancé ordered a beautiful spray after looking on their website. And when we picked it up it was more beautiful than the picture. It' was absolutely PERFECT! Plus, when a request to pick it up on the morning of the services the staff offered to meet us at the shop before their regular opening time to accommodate us. Unbelievable, who does that nowadays. Can't express how satisfied I am with Petal Palace! Called in this morning so see if I could have an arrangement delivered to my mom who lives in the area. I live out of state so trying to find a local florist was a little challenging. I sent a picture of what I wanted. They were able to crank out something similar in no time. Petal Palace made a beautiful standing spray for a funeral. The flowers were fresh, wonderfully arranged and even more beautiful than the other flowers that were from the funeral home. Just this week, I had a anniversary arrangement sent to my wife at work and not only she but the entire staff went ballistic over the arrangement. It was beautiful and smelled amazing. This was a high school where my wife works and everyone who entered the building got the aroma and beautification of the arrangement and wanted to know where it came from. We have used Petal Palace for both our daughters weddings and cannot express enough how pleased we were with the presentations! I have always loved this flower shop but unfortunately my husband decided since it was my fav flower place to go there for valentine's. He paid a terribly high price for a very ugly arrangement that was already half dead and looked like they used leftovers to make! So my advice never go there for the special days where flowers are in high demand! I'm so upset because now i need a new flower shop! read more

Not handicap or stroller friendly. The bakery/coffee shop only has steps. One store has only steps,…read moreno ramp either. The two antique stores aisles are so jam packed with items you can barely walk through. The old filling station converted into an antique shop has no AC and doesn't open until 11 on Fridays, so during the summer in Texas it is already pretty hot by then. There was a public bathroom in the middle of everything so that was nice. Also stopped by cheetahlish boutique store and barely got in the door before the guy running the register made us feel unwelcome by immediately stating that there really wasn't enough aisle room for us. Needless to say, we left pretty quickly after arriving. Would like to come back to see John T. Floored and restaurant and music venue. Lots of big and small artists seem to come through

Always beautiful flowers and very helpful staff...don't know what you want...they are very helpful and will help you even if you just give them a price range and color preferences they will put together something beautiful! I've never been disappointed! read more
