Susanna was EXTREMELY helpful in designing a custom roses/balloon/chocolates/toy package for my daughter ($78 including delivery) that could be delivered WITHIN FIVE HOURS of my telephone call. Susanna promised to deliver the package and to send me confirmation and a picture of the arrangement. I was thrilled that she had everything under control. And then the school refused to allow Susanna to deliver the flowers to my daughter. Undeterred, Susanna contacted me for alternative instructions and gladly re-delivered them to my daughter's address later that day when she got home from school. Susanna delivered exactly what I asked for and it was everything I had anticipated it to be.
