The restaurant wasn't too crowded when we visited, which made for a relaxed experience, though I can see why it's become such a popular and trendy spot lately. I started coming here in early 2025 and that first visit was delicious and absolutely memorable... But if you read my original review of Vinny's Cafe, you'll see the issues I initially had... They bring in huge crowds (long lines; sometimes out the door for a good 50 foot)... and they have a lot of staff making these wraps on the assembly line but the staff are not consistent so don't be surprised if one wrap is wet and another day is dry, or one wrap is tightly rolled and another is falling apart; my biggest gripe is the fatty meat I got once so I just avoid roast beef... With that said, I have continued to come and I have learned to (1) order the wraps you know you like (don't experiment) and (2) try to use the staff you recognize from times your wrap was really good. Since then I have been ordering the same wrap every time (CHICKEN CESAR WRAP as it comes with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes) and it's been better... I also come at odd hours to avoid the insane long lines. Overall the wraps are amazing (and huge) but a bit inconsistent

While we waited to order we failed to see any employees for a few minutes.. clue #3. Finally a woman in middle eastern attire showed up & we ordered. 1 Greek salad with Gyro meat & 1 Gyro platter with yellow rice, French fries, hummus & pita bread. 15 minutes later it was ready & we were ready to pay for it. Clue #4. The Greek salad was small & the meat was not those long cuts of delicious lamb, but rather tidbits or remnants of lamb pieces. No Feta cheese to be found either. It was edible but underwhelming. My platter was anything but a platter... because it all was crammed into a styrofoam box with little compartments. The lamb was a super small portion of the same chopped lamb remnants more like lamb hash. The rice was white not yellow...I ordered fries and got a morsel of salad instead....no hummus present but I think it was babaganoush... and no pita bread anywhere to be found! What a disaster! Now I'm mad that I left a Tip. Furthermore the prices on the in store menu are not the same as your final ticket. I was charged $16.99 for my platter when the menu clearly states $15.99. This was the most disappointing Mediterranean food I have ever had in the 11 years living in this area. I usually love supporting local independent businesses but in this case I highly recommend you DO NOT support this Family business until they improve the Food, the service & the prices Charged. We in Boca Raton know better Food and deserve better than this attempt. As a YELP Elite reviewer and a Food & Beverage Executive I'll state that This restaurant isn't worthy of our residents support.

Very high quality ingredients and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They also have a nice selection of prepared food and Italian items to bring home. The chicken ceasar wrap is a favorite for us. As the next person was finishing up my bowl, a man that had been waiting to order greeted Ms. Sunshine. He smiled and said "Hello how are you?", to which she looked at him, let the question linger in the air, then rolled her eyes again and did not respond. Now I'm not expecting Ritz service at fresh kitchen but... I'm sure there are other deserving young ladies more fit to work at the establishment. Very disappointed in this experience!
