I decided to get a four bowl of which I got the teriyaki chicken, the noodles, the new slaw, the garlic, green beans, and some of the kale sauce. This place is also such a vibe to sit at with so much outdoor covered seating, indoor seating and a very comfortable atmosphere. I never finished a bowl as fast as I did with this. Every bite was delicious. I really think the new slaw is the best thing yet. I also love their noodles too. So so much flavor in every bite. I know there's a fresh kitchen in Davie and I need to go back there because I can't just wait to go to Boca to get my fresh kitchen fix in. Highly recommend a visit if you haven't been. I've been coming to this spot for years and the food is always excellent. The sweet potato noodles are my favorite. Perfect portions, nice vibe inside, everything is clean and quick. However, I came today after work and was unpleasantly greeted by a young female employee. I waited up by the front to be addressed, she made eye contact with me and sighed exasperatedly and started putting on her gloves to start her shift. When she was done she simply blinked at me like a lifeless husk until I took the initiative to order. I made sure to combat her attitude by speaking in the most friendly of tones, but nothing changed. As the next person was finishing up my bowl, a man that had been waiting to order greeted Ms. Sunshine. He smiled and said "Hello how are you?", to which she looked at him, let the question linger in the air, then rolled her eyes again and did not respond. First Time Here! Stumbled on this place while looking for a healthy lunch, and I'm glad i decided to give it a try.. They have a lot of seating area both inside and out, the staff was friendly and helped me decide on what to get. i ended up getting the 6 bowl with quinoa rice(wasn't a big fan) cabbage slaw(absolutely LOVED) broccoli and green beans(very flavorful wish it were a little warmer though, almond chicken(surprisingly delicious), BBQ chicken(WOW factor) added some cucumber and tomatoes along with guac and pico which completed the bowl perfectly(had to pay extra for all three but worth it). The place has unique twists on healthy sides and bases for the bowls. For example, cauliflower potato mash base or herb cauliflower rice. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch on a weekday and there were at least 25 people in front of us. I was a little nervous it would take a while to order, but the line moved quick and we only waited 10 minutes. Similar to chipotle, you create your own bowl with bases, vegetables, meat and add ons. While it's gotten more expensive, the food quality has maintained since they opened years ago. The staff was also really nice. The cashier asked us all the right questions, including if we wanted dessert or a drink. She asked how our day was going and at the end she said "let us know if you need anything else, like more sauce." They are not willing to keep the outdoor tables clean therefore you are forced to dine with flies attacking you and your meal. I've brought it to Mgmt and still no resolve, the same upon my next visit. It's convenience food. Bunch of college kids working. It should be mandatory that someone comes to clean the outside tables every 30 minutes but shame, it is not. All the tables are empty and all are filthy, per usual. I like the food but am growing concerned if the kitchen is even sanitary since the customer facing areas are being so poorly maintained. Nice new furniture though. Last time every single outdoor chair was covered in bird poop from the tables never being cleaned and the birds making a frenzy of it.
