I've been living here for 5 months now. Whenever unexpected issues came up, the staff at AMLI Bellevue Park have been quick to respond and thorough in making sure the problems are resolved. I want to highlight 2 specific events that exemplify their service. Utility Bill: PSE had a wrong address on my profile, and I had to go through a three-way communication with PSE and AMLI to confirm details, pass around charges, and get refunds. Edward and Leigh Ann have responded to all my emails promptly, provided necessary details to PSE, and explained confusing parts to me. Edward and Leigh Ann seemed experienced in resolving such issues and handled the entire process in an expert manner. Water Leak: I noticed water in the drawer under my kitchen sink late last night, and sent a photo of the leak to the housing desk. This morning, I received an email from Edward and within 10 minutes, Garcia was in my apartment unit fixing the issue. Edward was efficient in his communication, quickly responding to follow up emails within minutes. Garcia was thorough in resolving the problem for me, not only stopping the leak, but also applying paint over the impacted surface area and explaining the cause and aftercare in a way that even I can understand. read more

I've been living here for almost four months, and the experience has been amazing. So amazing that I can't wait to move out the moment I can. The location? Perfect. You're steps away from restaurants, the cinema, the mall, and the beautiful Bellevue Park. What more could you ask for? Oh right -- maybe peace and quiet. Because at 1 or 2 a.m., you'll get free nightly concerts from sport cars revving through the streets and bonus late-night courtyard shows from residents returning home, talking and laughing like they're on stage. The courtyard is an acoustic and thermal masterpiece -- it traps both heat and noise beautifully. And since there's no central AC, everyone has to keep their windows open for air, which means you get to enjoy your neighbors' midnight conversations whether you signed up for them or not. To be fair, the management team is genuinely great -- professional, responsive, and helpful during move-in. The building itself is also impressively clean and usually smells great, which I truly appreciate. But whoever designed this place clearly loves saunas. The courtyard layout bakes the entire complex in summer. They do offer "AC rental," but for $60-70 a month you get one noisy unit that cools only the living room (because who doesn't sleep there, right?). If you want your bedroom cool, get ready for a weekend of DIY with plastic, duct tape, and a dash of regret. And let's not forget the walls and ceilings -- so thin you'll learn your upstairs neighbors' walking rhythm and their kids' bounce schedule by heart. I am a regular, Yelp reviewer, and very unfortunate resident of AMLI Bellevue Park, and I am here to warn you: WORST. APARTMENT. EVER. I have lived in at least 20 apartments in my life across our country, including a handful in Bellevue and Seattle Here's why this is the worst of them.... There is absolutely no sound insulation between apartments above and below each other. This means, you end up hearing every thump of every footstep your neighbor takes all day long and all night long (if they are a night owl).. The sound is continuous and travels through the ceiling and down the walls.. Even if you try to drown it out with a white noise sound machine, you hear it. If you try to drown it out with a loud fan, you hear it. If you try to drown it out with your TV, you hear it. Even if you attempt all three of these simultaneously, you hear it. And since this is an apartment rental (vs a condo where your neighbors are long-term), your upstairs neighbors have very little incentive to be courteous, even after you request them to be so. Also, you end up tiptoeing in your own apartment, to be courteous to your downstairs neighbor, who complains to you that they can hear your footsteps all day long. This issue is not just my unit, but apparently is a very common issue in this apartment community. I know this, because when I've complained about this to the apartment management previously, the leasing manager, and two other leasing associates admitted this was an issue in this apartment complex that many residents have complained about over the years. Furthermore, they also admitted they had firsthand experience with this problem when living in the apartment complex themselves. They explained to me that this was an older building that used to have carpeting, and when they replaced the carpeting with wood flooring they didn't insulate the flooring. They then had the audacity to recommend one of three solutions: (a) spend less time in my own apartment; (b) move out; or (c) deal with it. Before you even consider renting here, consider this. You will end up spending at least about $30,000 a year to live here and likely much more, based on the rental pricing of this apartment complex. That is enough money to buy a car every single year you live here. Now, if you have peace and quiet in your own home, that at least helps justify the exorbitant rent you'd be paying. However, if you're not able to have any peace and quiet in your own home, you will never forgive yourself for making the stupid decision to rent at this apartment community. Yes, the location and views (if you're lucky enough to have a unit with a view, because there are not many of them with views) are nice. But trust me when I tell you the lack of soundproofing far outweighs all the pros of living in this apartment community combined. Finally, I should point out that I'm certainly not oversensitive to noise, in case you were wondering that. On the contrary, the lack of sound insulation between upstairs and downstairs neighbors is truly that bad. Good luck in your search for another apartment community in downtown Bellevue. The good news is that the issue I mentioned here at this apartment complex is non-existent in many other apartment complexes in this area, given I've lived in a couple of them, and have asked several of my friends who have lived in others as well. Thus, I think from this sample size of about 10 apartments, this is the only one of those that has this particular problem. Again, good luck. And remember: I wouldn't have taken valuable time and effort on my end to write this very long review if I didn't genuinely want to warn others of this place. After living at AMLI for 4.5 years I made the decision to move. Maintenance was awesome, very responsive, professional and friendly. Leasing team; awesome current team is very nice to work with. They listened and helped coordinate lots of fun events for the community. Great location, close to everything. West building very quiet- would listen to the birds in the morning on the weekends. Pool- will totally miss it and the size, cleanliness and options in the gym are not common. Didn't give 5 stars as it got expensive for a 1 bedroom - older but yes updated community. read more

TLDR; Warning to those looking to rent here that if peace of mind and a fair living situation is a priority - you may roll the dice and get a noisy upstairs neighbor that will ruin your days and nights with the loud footsteps reverberating throughout your apartment. AMLI's process is misleading and they will waste your time trying to do a sound test that ultimately comes down to moving units or terminating your lease even when they identify a noise issue. Unfortunately, any positives about AMLI are heavily outweighed by the noise disturbances if you have inconsiderate neighbors. Our experience or enjoyment of the day to day living in the apartment is 100% dependent on our upstairs neighbor. Due to the insufficient flooring construction, we hear every single step vibrate throughout our apartment. This is especially troublesome as we work from home. Every aspect of our day is impacted by the onslaught of footsteps from above that occurs for up to hour-long sessions, which has greatly reduced our enjoyment of the apartment to the point where we don't want to be in our home at all. An example of how it's impacted our daily lives is that if we want to have an early night, we can't actually fall asleep until our neighbors stop walking around (last night it lasted until 2am). We brought this to the attention of AMLI the day we moved in and the team emailed the unit above us to be more considerate multiple times over the course of 7 weeks. We followed the AMLI process and scheduled a sound test as the next official step, where the team observed the footsteps in our apartment while our neighbors walked above us as instructed. The team sent a follow up email stating "We did notice an ample amount of noise made from your neighbors above when walking. We have let them know that we have noticed this and recommended them to purchase rugs to the spaces that we heard the noise from". After a few more weeks of observation, we notified the team a couple times afterwards there was still no improvement after the sound test. The next email we got from them said either we can transfer units or reach an agreement to terminate the lease due to our "sensitivity" (AMLI's wording) to the noise upstairs, even though they stated they noticed an ample amount of noise themselves. The main message received from their email is that we are the issue, not our upstairs neighbor, and that AMLI has zero accountability for this type of noise disturbance and wasted 2 months of our time. Would not recommend this apartment complex due to the non-existent noise insulation and AMLI's disregard for tenants' desire for a reasonable living situation. read more

When I brought my concern to the office they said construction is included in terms of my lease when I asked to leave. My advice, find somewhere else where the company values their tenants. This apartment complex has two things, the location is right off of Main street across the street from Bellevue's downtown park and the Gym is larger than I have seen in other apartment buildings (with heated pool and spa). THEY HAVE CONSTRUCTION UNTIL 2022!!! If you like to be woken up at 7am with a vacuum in your hallway or if you like to be watched by construction employees EVERYWHERE in your apartment, then this place is great! The office manager is not responsive, he totally dismissed our concerns. We spoke to him about a number of complaints and he politely offered to help us with releasing the lease early if we find something else. After that he stopped responding and not a month later promptly told us that he didn't want to help us. I really wanted to like this place because of the location but the layout is weird, the appliances are older and with all the construction that was not disclosed to us is enough for me to write this review and recommend that you look elsewhere. read more

I did a self guided tour, met with Haley who was very nice, and was deciding on which unit we should lease, one of which was on the ground level. I sent an email to ask if the courtyard area was secure after hours since I would be concerned about safety. This was my question (verbatim): "We like the 1 bedroom with den (E111) layout but am wondering about the security on the ground floor. Is the courtyard area secure after a certain hour?" Instead of answering "yes" or "no", or explaining what type of security the courtyard has (if any), my question was ignored and Edward responded (verbatim): "When it comes to security, we cannot guarantee the safety of anyone. You must make the decision and pick the right apartment home. If you are concernedabout security, we always suggest for you to check the local police department website so you can see the statics of crime around our neighborhood." I found this response disturbing. First of all, my question was ignored and instead, he mansplained about very obvious things. If there isn't any security at all in the courtyard area and it is completely accessible at all times, that is fine. I just wanted to know if it is or not so I can use that info to make my decision. Also, my question was about the security at the AMLI property, not about crime in the area. The response to what I thought was a simple question, made me uncomfortable and wonder if there was actually a security issue here. I called the office to discuss this response and spoke with a woman (I didn't catch her name but I believe I spoke with someone in a call center). I told her about the situation and she doubled down on Edward's response and went so far as to say if I rented a $10k apt, they wouldn't be able to 100% guarantee my safety either... wut? I explained that I never, ever asked about guaranteeing my safety. That's crazy. My issue was when I had a question about security at the property, the response did not address my question at all, and a lack of empathy was displayed. The person I spoke with said she would ask the office to call me back. That was 4 days ago and I haven't heard from anyone. What a waste of time and energy. This is very disappointing as we were previous AMLI residents in Denver and happy to lease from AMLI again. At least we found out before we made the mistake of leasing here what type of response we should expect if we ever had an issue. It's no wonder there are so many units available compared to other properties in the area. PS - If I get a response from AMLI and they tell me one more time, that they cannot guarantee my safety, I will flip a table. It's like going to the grocery store and asking if a piece of fruit is organic and instead of addressing the question, being told repeatedly that they can't guarantee pesticides won't harm you. read more

This is a great location, and the apartments are a good size with several layouts to choose from. I've lived here for 3 years, in 2 different apartments. Both with nice views and a correspondingly high rent (2 bedroom/2 bath-$2900 per month. 3 bedroom/2 bath-$4600 per month). Like other posters have mentioned, construction has been doing on for more than half of the 3 years I lived there. It's still going on. The management staff is incredibly rude in their tone and demeaner, with the exception of Edward M. who was great. They took a very long time to reopen amenities (gym, tech center, etc) even after those facilities were opening elsewhere. There is an extremely creepy anti-mask pro-Trump resident who lives in one of the buildings and will actively violate your personal space in the gym. They have attempted to charge exorbitant fees during move out for what is really routine wear and tear. So beware of what seems like a small move in deposit. They will charge you much more when you move out. read more

Great Location! Nice Gym. Most of the employees are easy to work with. However, there are so many negatives that I highly recommend you look elsewhere. If your going to rent an apartment from AMLI be sure to find an apartment far from the elevators. Hearing them going up and down at 3am is never fun. If you live on floors 4-9 your going to need to use the elevators. Because there are so many people moving in and out on a constant basis one elevator is frequently locked out for moving. The appliances are low quality. The refrigerator reminded me of the half size refrigerator I had in Community College. Many of the apartments previously had carpets on the floors and were replaced with a fake wood/tile during the remodel. As a result the interior doors have 2-4 inches gaps under them. Apparently the cost of replacing the doors was not worth it to the Landlords. The closet doors slide so you can only open up 1/4 of the closet. Cheap design idea. We only lived at AMLI for 1 full year. But during the year we experienced dogs barking on multiple occasions day and night. A neighbor who frequently came home intoxicated late at night and felt that yelling at his door was a way to open it. The fire alarm certainly works, it works at 5:00am on a Saturday and it works on other days and times as well. If you do choose to rent an apartment from AMLI do not bring a car. The parking spaces are narrow and if you doubt me walk around the 3 parking levels and take note as to how many cars have side damage to the body and side mirrors. I don't write reviews very often. However, I hate to see people move into a place with the expectation that AMLI Bellevue will be a quiet and a reasonable priced placed to live. It is not! read more

I honestly would love to leave a better review of AMLI. I'm normally very easy going and rarely complain, but my experience over the past 6 months living here has made me want to share with others. - Never ending construction (jackhammers, diamond cutting saws, hours of fire alarm testing, hammers, etc) - Continuous fire alarm testing, which they set 4-8 hour blocks of time (where do you work, and evacuate for that time frame with small children during a quarantine? Little sympathy or problem-solving by management) - Constant noise on 1st Street, day and evening (in addition to daily construction, expect delivery trucks, moving trucks, playground noise, honking/car alarms, drag racing, unenforced loud car exhaust, and partyers in the park all until 3am) - Storing your bike in your apartment (bike racks removed because they were ugly and attracted crime) - Thin ceilings (hear every step from your upstairs neighbor, as well as their barking pets) - Cleaning up after construction vendors (I have had 4 instances where vendors have left messes in our apartment requiring mopping, vacuuming, and/or laundry; only apologies from management) - Smokers regularly smoking right outside your window I've been renting for 20 years, including college dumps, and I've never felt this intruded upon in my living space nor had a landlord that cared less about their tenants. Living here while trying to work from home during a quarantine has been more exhausting and painful than it needed to be. I highly recommend The Meyden Apartments just down the road - my wife and I lived at the Meyden for 2 years and had a much better and quieter living experience than we have had at AMLI. read more

I personally had poor experience with two of the staffs (third staff was decent) and would not lease here. They seems to lack the customer empathy which is crucial in this business. Their communication system is 50 years old, where lots of emails, calls and messages get lost. So if you have a month to receive replies, it's not going to be a problem. Just pray that you don't have an emergency while living here and it'll be good. Overall leasing here is a frustrating experience, and management makes it hard to justify renting here. But the property itself is at a nice location and amenities are decent. I had a different, more negative review, but then AMLI corporate office contacted me and listened to my feedback. They promised to return my deposit and acknowledged their mistake. I've toned this review down as at the end of the day, we are all humans running these businesses and mistakes can happen. I've lived at Amli for almost 2 years and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the downtown Bellevue area. The units are a little on the smaller side, but overall it's a great place to live. One thing to keep in mind though is the walls are thin so you can hear the upstair neighbors walking not to mention whenever there is a baby crying or a dog barking. They have a decent size gym, TV lounge and swimming pool/hot tub. But it does seem like there is always some issues going on with the pool. The maintenance staff is great, they respond quickly and the whole process is done online - very seamless. They also use Luxer One for packages which is an amazing service - you don't have to worry about your stuff getting stolen. They are great about doing community events - happy hours, summer BBQs, Christmas parties, etc... One of the best things is when moving out they offer an option to pay a small fee and they will clean the apartment for you. I wish most buildings did this! If you are looking for a nice apartment in an amazing location I would definitely suggest Amli at Bellevue Park. read more

We (cat included) just moved out of AMLI, but without a doubt this was one of my favorite places to live. Views: I was in the East building with an apartment facing East. I had a partial view of the park and the downtown skyline and enjoyed the view daily. You can see neighboring balconies, but in a year I never saw anyone on theirs. Location: You're next to super clean and safe downtown park. Shopping is also close, and excellent restaurants are even closer. We liked walking to the lake which is hidden only a couple blocks away. Management: Everyone I've met from AMLI has been professional, friendly, and attentive. They're respectful of your privacy, but they do get to know you as if you're a neighbor. Move-in/out: Completely painless. My girlfriend injured herself around the time of our move making things tough. We paid a fair price for a cleaning service offered by AMLI and got our deposit back minus final bills. Easy... So we can enjoy more of our new home and not worry about the old. Events: AMLI frequently holds tenant events. Football parties, happy hours, BBQ... Awesome way to know your neighbors and get involved. You learn about these through email and courtesy bulletins in the elevator. Comfort: a little warm in the summer. Had fans going a lot especially when cooking... But there's a pool. Winter was just right. Noise: Never heard a single stomp on the floor or pounding on the wall. I did sometimes hear some kids in the hall and local construction did occur frequently during daylight hours (welcome to Bellevue). The park sometimes has events... The windows will block out the noise well. Maintenance: If you stay somewhere long enough, you're bound to break something. In our case, a few things... We sent a service request online and it was sometimes fixed that day. Other times, the next day. Ammenities: There's a resident lounge, not really my place... I like to relax in my own apartment, but it was nice and had a coffee machine, TV, PCs. The gym was incredible though. It's rarely crowded and well equipped. The pool didn't work for a long time, but it does now. Most importantly, in a year, I lost 45 pounds in that gym and trained for my first half marathon. Has your gym done that for you? It's in the garage, you have no excuse! If it aligned better with our lives/goals/routine, we would still be at AMLI. It's a great place to live and I already miss calling it home. read more

Moved here temporarily from Chicago (Optima Signature) to first explore the Bellevue area and Seattle area before taking up a longer lease. The location is probably the best in Bellevue for renting an apartment. It's quiet, near an awesome park, mall and the transit center. Of course many many boutique stores and awesome restaurants. The quality of the building is old but solid. Had a minor issue with the electrical sockets but was taken care of quickly. The unit and appliances are definitely not new and perfect but that's understandable given it's age. I'm not happy my unit only as it's mostly carpeted, however the management is working on renovating units with hard wood floors that will be available after mid December. I've visited other Amli buildings in Seattle (Arc, SLU, 535) and am pretty happy choosing Amli. They have good transfer policies which are probably really important to me if you are still pondering upon before settling down. read more

This is my first time leasing an apartment, and AMLI has been great so far. The location's really convenient, and the apartment itself was newly renovated and clean when I moved in. Interestingly, the bathroom fan turns on automatically twice a day, but the walls have pretty good soundproofing so I don't hear it when I sleep. There is construction happening in the area, but the AMLI team has been quick in notifying residents of what's going on and when. We've lived here for a little over two years and I am so happy we are here vs another apartment during COVID! Our move in and rental was smooth, the community has some nice amenities that they have been updating, it's dog friendly, and before COVID they had lots of fun resident events that were a nice extra. There are a lot of different floor plans offered; we have some big beautiful windows with a view of downtown and Seattle across the water. The original building is a little older which is actually a bonus, as floor plans are larger and we get an actual deck. I appreciate how well the walls and floors insulate noise as I have lived in past apartments where this is NOT the case. 99% of the time I forget we have anyone living around us. Apartments in Bellevue are expensive, but I found this community to be cheaper than others in the area when we first looked. The leasing staff are great, on hand to answer questions, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. We see no reason to leave until we buy a house! read more

TL;DR version: "You cant get optic fiber or gigabit connection in here. Only cable providers" I moved in a month ago. Amenities are in very good condition and common spaces are sparkling clean. The service requests get addressed always in less than 24 business hours. Overall a pleasant experience. The -2 star is because the ethernet cables that go form apartments to access points for Optic Fiber providers (like Wave G) are very very very old and don't support long distances. So depending on your unit location, you can get as low as 10% of your rented bandwidth. So you will definitely will have to move to a cable provider (like xinfinity or century link). In my case, I had 100/100 connection with wave G. And I was only getting 10/8. After a lot of hassle, and actually moving to xinfinity, Wave G came back and installed some power extenders at the beginning and end of the lines which brought us to 80/45. Still not the 100/100 I pay for, but definitely better than the 100/6 Xinfinity provides. Its a shame though, I can't even think about getting Gigabit, because, well the building just wont support it. I escalated this issue with AMLI, and the response was "Get a cable provider, we are going to possibly address this on late 2022". I lets me thinking, that if I have a problem with power or water, I'm afraid the answer could be similar and that does scare me. "I'm sorry we are planning to fix your low electricity on 2022. I'm sorry, we are planning to fix your low water pressure on 2022" Things like that terrifies me and definitely increase my stress level of living here. Is it a breakpoint? I don't think so. I had gone there to look at new apartments. The leasing staff was very informative and overall experience in that regard was good. However, you need to fix the future resident parking spaces. For getting into future resident parking, the garage is closed and you need to call the leasing office for them to open it. The worst part is that the sign to do this is very vague and placed at such area where we can't stop the car to look at the number, call and wait for them to open because the surrounding area is very busy (being Bellevue downtown) and people will obviously get impatient if you wait out. It was very confusing to figure this out and took me close to 20 minutes to find a street parking spot (again understandable as it is a very busy area). read more

If you are reading this review, you are probably thinking if AMLI will be a nice comfy rental for you. Let me share my two cents after living here for a year. Good things first: 1) Package room. Your package will be delivered to the package room, you will get a code to open the door. I will my packages are safe there and i can pick it up 24/7. 2) Gym. No matter how little you use it, at least when you want to use it, it is there. It has a decent amount of weights and machines. 3) Swim pool. It is nice when it's working. But I think during my time, it was under maintenance for four months. Things can be improved: 1) Bathroom fan. This horrible vent have the power to wake you up, your neighbors below you and next to you up. Don't take my words for it. Go to whichever unit you are being shown, turn on the vent and hear for yourself. 2) Really old and noisy washer/dryer. It is really loud and vibrates hard. Every time my neighbor above us do a load, i feel every minute of it, as if I'm in the washer. This combined with bathroom fan will promise your neighbors a sleepless night - so if you do choose to move in AMLI, don't do laundry after 11pm. 3) Tight parking. I have an electric car, so parking is easy for me. But for everyone else, parking is so tight!! I mean so so tight!!! You better be a good driver or have a good camera system - or just get an electric car, you will get the biggest parking spot at the best spot. Also notice that you need to give two month notice if you are on lease, and 20 days if you are on month to month. They are pretty strict with these days. I would suggest people who are looking for rentals in this area, checking out all the rentals around you, turn on their bathroom fan, talk to the neighbors about noise, etc. before making a decision. I was really upset about how they terminates my lease. I plan to move out before my lease normally ends, and I received an email from leasing office asking if I need to renew the lease, I replied that I wouldn't renew and move out before lease ends. The maintenance team in AMLI at Bellevue Park is awesome. They are always on time to fix it.

My roommate and I lived at AMLI for the summer and had a fantastic time. 1. The staff is very helpful. We had quite a few complications with move in and move out from our end, right from the pre-leasing office to the building managers were very accommodating of our requirements. They even moved things around on our end to ensure we had a smooth transition. We really didnt expect them to go out of the way for that! 2. The location is perfect. Right next to downtown Bellevue with a great view of the park, really made our summer. 3. Amenities were everything you would expect from a good residential complex. Would wish the pool area was open for later (assume it is because of safety concerns?) 4. We had a couple of service requests with some of the equipment halfway through our lease. All i had to do was submit them online and it was taken care of within 48 hours (even a bigger issue with an appliance). Not having to worry about that stuff was really nice for our short stay. Would highly recommend, no complaints. read more

Overall this is a very nice place to live. The prices are reasonable for the Bellevue area. They have a variety of floorplans to choose from. The location is one of the things I like the most - we are literally across the street from downtown Bellevue park. If you walk through the park, you are at Bellevue Square Mall/Lincoln Square. On the other side of the apartment, there is Main Street/Old Town Bellevue. You can easily walk to the shops and restaurants there (Gilbert's Deli, Monsoon, La Cocina Del Puerco, Pagliacci etc). Our apartment faces the center of the complex, so we don't have much of a view and we can see into other people's apartments. It's not the end of the world, but just to be aware of it. There is a water feature in the center of the courtyard we overlook and when the windows are open, it's a nice background noise. We've found the airflow/ventilation isn't the greatest, so we open the windows quite a lot. The one nice thing is that the two bedrooms have ceiling fans which have remote controls - so you can lie in bed adjusting how fast the fan goes (and turn off the light without getting up :) The gym is nice - free weights, a few weight machines (including cable pulley system), variety of cardio machines (stair step, treadmill, elliptical, bikes). There is a children's pool where they give swimming lessons, so you have to get used to little kids running around screaming while you workout. But it's a good gym, they keep it clean, and it's free. Along with the price and location, one of the reasons we decided to live at AMLI is the staff. From day one, the leasing consultants were both friendly and knowledgeable. They had a genuine interest in finding the apartment that would work best for us. They didn't try to rush or push us towards buying a more expensive apartment. Since we have been here, they've always been great to work with on any questions or concerns we've had. I enjoy living here and would recommend checking out AMLI to anyone who is looking for an apartment! read more

Been living here for 3 months and everything has been perfect. The staff in the leasing office are efficient and friendly. The maintenance crew is quick and responsive. Pros: - Clean spacious apartments - Huge Gym with 24 hour access - Quick and hassle free maintenance - Leasing office remains open on weekends - Well maintained common areas, with handy amenities like printer, scanner, fax. - Close to the bus stop for 550. 10 min walk to bus stop for 271. - Right opposite Bellevue Park (currently under renovation) - Close to many take out restaurants Cons: - Bit of a walk to get to Bellevue Transit Center - Lots of construction happening on nearby streets (but this is a temporary issue) read more

We lived at AmlI for 2 year. Me, my boyfriend and our 2 cats. We had a duplex type deal of with an open floor plan. We had a breath taking view of the water and downtown Seattle. Parking was awesome for 2 cars for the price. The gym was large and had a pool and hot tub which was nice during the winter. Also, being in downtown Bellevue you are close to orange theory fitness, the mall, lucky strike, movies and a ton of stuff. I really enjoyed it here. Problem was that our apartment was a bit outdated and we were paying 3,000 for everything which wasn't too bad. But, what irks me is that when we move out they plan on redoing and fixing everything. I wish they did that while we were there. But, management was always great and had time and patience. Moving out was pretty easy and they offer a cleaning fee. So, zip, bam, boom your outta of there. I'm trying to think of things to complain but; honestly it was probably by best memories. We only moved because I got a job in Denver. One thing to be cautious of is that the doors are thin and you can hear everything from neighbors talking, to tv, to arguments. Favorite thing about AmlI is the family atmosphere. I knew my neighbors and on Halloween all the kids would knock on doors for trick or treating. This is a real family oriented place and for adults. It's really great and I loved it. My boyfriend keeps saying he can't get over the view. We miss AMLI!!!!! read more

Just moved to AMLI. The onboarding has been fantastic. The AMLI staff made sure to show apartments that match our needs and showed us quite a few of them to ensure all our criteria are met. The AMLI team was super accommodative on our move in date and made sure we could move in at the time of our convenience(which was after office hours). Amenities are great and its proximity to a lot of other interesting places makes it a great place to stay. I would have given 5 stars if not for the loud construction noises. Hopefully that is temporary. read more

Came in for a leasing tour with Stephanie, she just had a terrible attitude and was the worst leasing consultant out of all the other luxury apartments we've been touring at. We had an appointment set up close to the end of the day and ran late because we had to find street parking, so the entire time she kept checking the time as if we would be keeping her late. If you were trying to make a sale, wouldn't you stay however late as needed? She was also unhelpful and didn't seem knowledgeable about the building--or just trying to end the tour early. If this is the type of person that runs this property--I'm definitely not leasing here. Also--move out notice is 60 days (2 months) no exceptions or you are charged a huge fee for breaking your lease. I find that ridiculous. read more

Love the location and everything else about this place. Their service is exceptional, especially Cameron. I was looking at studios - not bad, but not greatest either. Mediocre for the cost. I ended up renting near by due to the cost. I did have to give up on all the amenities to save a few bucks. One day I will be looking at AMLI at Bellevue Park again. read more

Recently moved to Washington and needed a place in a good location where everything was a walk away. Amli has great and recently updated amenities. It can get a bit loud with construction and yardwork. They've been doing a lot of reconstruction to the building, making it more updated and it looks great! Be warned there's a Molly Moons very near by! read more

Great place to live. They offer full furnished apts aswell as non furnished. The situation pf the complex is awsome. Just inside Bellevue park. I lived here from February to Aug. My apt. was facing the children's park and there was constant noise all day and evening. Then the leaf blowers, street sweepers, and construction trucks would start around 6:30 almost every day. The buildings are very old and there is no AC. So you have to live your 2 windows open all the time. The building is under a full remodeling and there is so much that needs replacing and repaired. So there is construction going on the building and it is only going to get worst. They raised all our rent several hundred dollars a month, but the conditions are getting worst. Many residents are not renewing their leases as they can find better apartments near by for a lot less. Management has changed several times... For the money, there are beautiful new apartments in the area...and many others that are quiet in a park like settings which are perfect for walking your dog or children. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance men....they are so nice and you see them a lot fixing everything! read more
