I can't recommend this place enough. I had the chance to live in both loft style and studio style rooms. Both of them were well maintained, well furnished and loved the kitchenette. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Pacific Inn - Management, common area, facilities, parking, room, furniture, housekeeping - everything was on point. I met most friendly, considerate, helpful and efficient persons in Lucy, Lance and John. Housekeeping and technicians were fabulous person and expert in their jobs. This apartment solution is only convenient if you need a long stay in Bellevue and you want to save your company some $ in hotel expenses. From the facade, looks like a very cool, modern, fancy apartment building. You will expect young people in short stays. You actually don't meet anyone only that encounter heavy noise, especially at night and if you happen to be unlucky enough to get a room facing the street. It is just unbearable. The layout of the 2 level spaces is cool and even if the space is limited, that is still comfortable. The problem is that everything looks so cheap and unfinished, especially all that concerns the bathroom. We are in the mid 2000, not in the 70s anymore, the mirror and cabinet should be more modern and not so cheapo-looking. The bathtub makes strange noises, like it is not properly sealed. Please, bring your own soap or your are going to damage your skin with the one provided. Is the harshest I have ever try. Elevator are super slow, even though if there are only 4 floors. People act very bitchy with the parking spaces, tending to use 2 spaces to park their car, so no one scratches it. Too selfish. Staff is polite. Not a bad solution for a short stay, but if you consider stay for a month or more, check other alternatives. The good thing is that is close to everything in Bellevue. read more

We highly recommend this place. We lived here for 8 months after relocating from out of state and our experience was great! The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. This place is also extremely clean!! Weekly housekeeping is also included and I will definitely miss it! We moved to live closer to work. Loved Pacific Inn Apt because I like to walk everywhere in Downtown Bellevue. Stayed in Apartment #340 for 11 months continuous and enjoyed it the whole time. Went to Europe and my Apt was kept nice and clean while I was away. Nothing like coming home to a clean Apt and well made comfortable bed. Due to the holiday and new year, had to move to be with family. Of course, I will stay here again and again! It's very convenient. The staff here at Pacific Inn Apt are all extremely friendly and accommodating and the place is kept very clean and quiet. The apartments are right in the heart of downtown Bellevue and have easy access to Bellevue Transit Center, the freeways, fine dining and Bellevue Mall is a walking distance. Pacific Inn Apartments were my first home in the PNW. The move-in, living and move-out experiences were all stellar. I had an incredible experience at the Pacific Inn Apartments for 8 months. I stayed here for a month in one of the smaller studios when I first moved to Bellevue. The layout was basically that of a small hotel room. Pros - Month to month with a minimum stay of just 1 month. Many places require a minimum stay of 2 months since you have to give at least 1 months notice. - Staff is always on duty and extremely pleasant to work with. - Less expensive than most nearby apartments while still being just a walk away from the heart of downtown Bellevue. - Covered parking in a closed garage - All utilities included in the price as well as basic cable and super fast internet. Connected directly to Ethernet and got close to 1Gbps. - Weekly cleanings included and they change our your towels and provide toilet paper. - Fully furnished with bed, table, chairs, nightstand, etc. Cons - Parking is extremely tight. You'll have to get used to pulling up really close next to a wall if you drive every day. - My apartment had a couple more run down aspects that needed replacing. The shower head was old and lead a little so the water sprayed out to the side a bit. One of my lights had a string tied on to replace a standard metal line. - No actual kitchen. There's a hot stove provided which gets the job done for some basic tasks. Other notes: - This place has its own laundry area. The machines aren't expensive to use. It'll be around 2-3$ to wash and dry a load of laundry. They take credit card. - I believe the prices are listed with the expectation is that one person stays in each room. You can have two people, but will need to pay a bit more from list price. - They left a couple bags of snacks, a couple packs of coffee, some basic bathroom amenities. Management was always responsive and took care of tenants during times of issues. Highly recommended if you can find a good unit. It's with sad news that I have to move out here. I don't want to leave but my company is moving me back home. My residency here has been amazing! The staff here is top notch in every way. Since I've been here there have been so many wonderful improvements such as new furnishings and recently, a newly installed modern kitchen. It seems the Property Manager Frank is always making this place better and it's noticeable. It will be extremely difficult for me to find another place to match this gem back home. I stayed here for about 2 months during a period of heavy travel to Seattle. Pros: + Conveniently located near many highway access points in Bellevue, plus very close to bus stops and downtown Bellevue. + Reasonably priced, considering the apartments in the area, it is furnished, includes utilities, and a weekly maid service. + Very nice staff members who run the front desk 24/7 + Good sized drawers in the chest + Good sized fridge, comes with a few cups, plates, etc. + Powerful fan, good heat Cons: - So outdated. I know I have someone cleaning weekly, but I don't know if I trust that it is all clean because it is old (carpet, bed, couch, etc.) - There's a window on my 2nd story with blinds... that cannot be reached without a ladder. It doesn't get too bright, but the window across from me and above me can certainly see in my apartment at night when my lights are on. - There is no oven, just a hot plate. Microwave takes 2-3x as long as it should when I'm making something on high. Unfortunately my food has never tasted right because I can't get the timing correct. - Parking garage and spaces are ridiculously small and it's almost impossible to park next to someone and get out of your car without hitting the car next to you. - My bath tub never drained well and would immediately fill up when I showered, even when the drain was open. It also creaked so loudly the whole time I moved in the shower, obviously not properly secured. - The bed is hard as a rock Overall, I didn't find a lot of temp housing options in the area. There are a lot of improvements that could be made, but I appreciate the excellent customer service by the front desk and quick application process. Don't expect to be staying in luxury, but it will do in a pinch. read more

Pros: Location, great. Staff, very nice. Feels very secure as far as crime. Cons: Smokers are being battled, they have some out of here but some still sneak cigs inside and some smoke comes in through the elevator and doors. This is has improved but will be an ongoing battle. Lots of deodorizers and cleaning chemicals in hallways, elevator, from the laundry room, etc. If you have chemical sensitivities this is an issue. They are now trying to use less toxic stuff but they use a lot. Hopefully that will continue to improve. read more

I have lived here since 2006 and the manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and very professional. They are always very competent and give attention to any detail. There has never been a day when Frank, Diane, Sharon and Justin has not said good morning, have a great day, be safe out there and welcome home. The improvements made in the last few years have been refreshing and delightful. It seems there is always something getting done around here. I've had new carpet and flooring, new furniture and new cabinets and a countertop this past year. If I ever had anything to be repaired in my unit, it was done immediately. The managers response to COVID-19 has been wonderful. They are cleaning and sanitizing everything daily. The manager and his staff are making sure everyone is safe and sound. Last year I was temporarily immobile due to foot surgery and the manager offered and went to the pharmacy and always picked up my prescriptions and anything I may have needed from the store. I did not have family here or friends who could stop by so Frank always took care of me. I recently moved out to move closer to my family in Maryland because of the times we are currently in. It was with a heavy heart and a extremely hard decision because I had to leave my adopted family at the Pacific Inn. I would recommend the Pacific Inn to anyone. First of all, I have to talk about the staff, especially T.J., he is so super helpful and just the greatest guy ever. We came in four guys looking for something urgent, and he went out of his way to get an apartment ready before time for us. The apartments are fully furnished, we asked if they had an extra chair, and it got brought to our room within the hour. We asked if we could hang some coat hangers on the wall, and he told us that we couldn't drill holes in the wall, so we'd have to buy a standing one. Before we even started looking for one, T.J. had bought and assembled one for us. We had no problems at all with smoke, the apartment smelled clean after housekeeping, but other than that, we did not experience any smells like one of the other reviews. We never heard our neighbours or any noise at all. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. The internet is okay, but we wanted to game, so T.J. gave us a number to their ISP and we got the internet upgraded within 2 days. For a fair price, and more than capable to game 4 guys. read more

I lived here for 2 months, and I loved it. Yes, there are cons: -Parking spaces are scrunched and tiny -Bathrooms aren't top of the line -The furniture is dated and you'll find better wall art at a garage sale in Renton -The rod in the closet for your clothes is quite short -Small kitchen, and no dishwasher -No air conditioning -You should consider signing up for your own, separate Internet access -It can be noisy outside But, there are cons anywhere you go, and there's a bright side to each of them: -Parking is frustrating everywhere in Seattle. Pacific Inn is a like a practice field there to help you and turn you into a parking pro. -The bathroom isn't fancy, but it's spacious, clean, has hot water, a comfy floor mat, and I had zero problems with it. -The furniture is dated, but it's not uncomfortable. Sure, the comforter on your bed might be hysterical -- but I always found it good for a chuckle, and I slept fine throughout my two month stay. -The closet has a small rod for hanging, but plenty of space for storage bins, and the dresser drawers can accommodate the clothes that don't make your A or B list. -The kitchen has very little counter space, but it does have a garbage disposal, stove tops, a microwave, a fridge (though it's small). I bought a $30 toaster oven and I felt equipped to enjoy leftovers and do some light cooking whenever I pleased. -There is no A/C, but the ceiling fan is strong and is very quiet. Of course you can open a window. I arrived in late August. I'll be honest: if you can't tolerate warm rooms, especially at night when you go to bed, you better look elsewhere if you end up here in the summer. It can get very hot in your room very quickly. -Their Internet solution is simply not ideal for anyone who actually needs solid, decent Internet access. If all you want to do is check your email and read a blog, it might work for you. I signed up for a separate Internet provider on day 3. Luckily, they have an agreement with provider Wave Broadband, and they connect you with a specific employee there. I called him up and he was in my unit 20 minutes later. I rented a modem from them that was WiFi enabled, and signed up for a 3 month agreement. All in all, it was about 80 dollars for everything for 3 months. It was worth it in my opinion. -It can be noisy, but it makes all the difference what kind of noise we're talking about. Outside noise, well, yes, you have one side of the building facing 112th Avenue, which I imagine can be annoying. My unit faced west, straight at a construction site across the street. Probably even more annoying. But hey, if you live downtown, you're going to hear construction and cars regardless of what side you're on. But interior noise -- I kid you not -- I didn't hear a peep out of anyone the entire 2 months I was there. If it's a slow month, you might not have anyone above you or to either side of you. I felt like my entire "wing" was vacant. Not gonna lie, I loved it. Now for some real pluses: +Friendly, helpful staff. They always were nice to me and did everything I asked. +You can receive mail and packages, and the staff will hold them at the front desk for you. When you move out, they'll ask you for a forwarding address which I found quite helpful. +Weekly maid service. +No background checks, no lengthy applications, you don't even need to be employed. Fuss level is no higher than getting a hotel room. +Laundry room, exercise room are there. Small, but you'll likely have both all to yourself. +Downtown location means you can leave your car in the garage most of the time and just walk. I didn't have to refill my gas tank until about a month into my stay. +It's clean. The lobby, the halls -- it looks good and feels good. I liked it way better than a hotel & it was less than half the price of the cheapest one we could find. While small, it was well laid out & The loft bedroom made it feel more homey than a straight studio. The staff at the front desk was so nice & helpful. It was super easy to walk anywhere in Bellevue I wanted to go. I was a bit sad to leave. If I ever end up back in Bellevue for a month I would definitely stay again. We moved from NYC to the Seattle area about a month ago, and were so glad we found the Pacific Inn. After driving across the country and camping for 5 weeks, we really needed a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay for a month while we got our feet underneath us. As a temporary place to stay, this place was pretty great. It's across from the entry to the 405, is walking distance to the bus station with express buses downtown, and walking distance to the mall as well. In terms of size, the units aren't big by any means, but for the money, this was by far the best that we saw--and we looked at a number of apartments. We had a loft, so our unit had a kitchenette, good-sized bathroom, couch, TV, desk, and a separate sleeping area upstairs. We didn't have a ton of stuff with us (just what we brought in our car cross-country), so had enough closet space for our needs. The staff is the best! TJ, the GM, was so welcoming and accommodating, as were Sue and Lance. We had 2 very minor issues (the hotplate in our room stopped working, and the pipe under our sink was leaking), and those were replaced/fixed the same day we told the front desk. Lastly, rent includes weekly cleaning service! We'd definitely recommend this place to people looking for reasonable accommodations close to Seattle. read more

It's in a great location. Close to 520, I90 and 405--all roads that are important to get anywhere in Seattle area. The room is clean. We had a loft. The bathroom is spacious. The room comes with weekly housekeeping. Which is such a treat!! The staff is amazing! Everyone is very pleasant and personable. They want to make sure you are comfortable. I stayed here for three months while waiting for a transfer to Portland, OR from the Seattle area. The studios are small, but clean and efficient. They're fully furnished right down to the silverware. Rooms are cleaned and sheets changed once a week. Very convenient location with easy access to freeways and or Bellevue Transit Center. Grocery store is about 7 blocks walk as are numerous other shops, restaurants, etc. It comes with free parking and is a safe and secure place for those worried about location. The staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. My only complaint was the occasional "bumps in the night" you might expect from neighbors above and to the sides of the studio. My upstairs neighbor liked to turn his stereo bass up loud, so I complained to the front desk and they actually did something about it.
