Amazing shop here - I can't say enough good things about Albert and the work he did for me. I had a few different dents and paint issues around the body of my Grand Cherokee. The work took 4 days and was less than half the price of any other quote that I received for the work. Other shops quoted at least 10 days, but Albert had it done in 4. Extremely competitive pricing and quality work done. See photos for before and after - barely noticeable that anything was ever there. Dents, scratches and paint was all done well - your face would have to be 5 inches from the car to even get a hint that repairs were done. Special color on my Overland Summit and the paint was matched + blended perfectly. Note the chrome side molding I told them not to worry about and they still got it looking better than before. I came here looking for a shop with knowledgable body, chassis and fabrication skills. I was whole-heartedly pleased at the time with Haik's knowledge and demeanor. We agreed on the work to be done and I left my beloved truck with him for restoration. That was August 4, 2014. In the two years since, a 3-month quote turned into "I'll get to it Monday," and "It'll go back in the bay next week." The body has been cut up and has long been ready for the replacement panels I purchased to be welded in, with some body and chassis reinforcement Haik himself would complete. But it has been over two years now, and Haik has suffered several setbacks. I'm leaving this poor review because of how dissatisfied I am. And now Haik has sold half the shop to a new owner, who insists Haik will return to complete work on my vehicle. Yet, when I pop in to say hello to Haik, he isn't there, and when I call Haik, his phone does not accept incoming calls. read more

Took a rear spoiler to get painted. Got a quote from Haik and he told me that it would be done the next day. I left the spoiler expecting it would be finished the next day. Next day comes around, I give the shop a call and he says that he wasn't able to finish it and to come the day after and it would be done. I honesty felt like i was in that movie "Ground Hogs Day" because this went on for 6 more days!!! What was initially suppose to take 1 day turned into 1 week. I would have been able to look past all the delays if the quality of work was even just okay but it was really aweful. The paint color were uneven and there were paint specks where it seemed like it was left to dry in a dusty place. I don't even want to bring it back to have them repaint it for the fear that it will be stuck for another week or maybe even a month! He was not at all concerned about the delays and quality of his work! Worst customer experience i have ever had from any establishment. I don't write reviews often but I just want to share my experience to anyone looking to try this place. You have been warned. read more

I needed my out of state license plates changed over to California ones. Unfortunately, I was having trouble doing it myself. I called and even though they were closed for Memorial Day, the owner let me stop in. We still weren't able to get them off so he had me come by the next day. They quoted me an hour but got the plates changed in 20 minutes. The owner (whose name I forgot. I'm sorry!) didn't even charge me for the work. It was such a pleasant experience and will definitely come here for any work I may need in the future! read more

The passenger side front bumper just behind the wheel arch had an unfortunate encounter with a curb and popped out and was hanging out. I Yelped a body repair shop and found Pro Am who had just closed but agreed for me to come in for an estimate anyway. Haik greeted me and took a 2 minute look at it and asked me if I was paying for the damage myself. I told him yes and he looked again and told me to bring the car back on Saturday morning and he would fix the problem - no charge. Amazed and skeptical I went home with half a smile on my face and returned Saturday morning with the car. I dropped it off with Eddie and a few hours later Haik called me and told me the car was ready for pickup. The bumper had been restored to normal - no trace of an issue! He told me to come to him anytime there is a small issue like this - especially on a leased car - and he'd take care of it. I was involved in a hit and run a few months back where someone banged up my car door and took off leaving me responsible for paying the damages to my leased Honda. I took my car to a few auto body shops for price estimates. Most were quoting between $950-$1500 and 5-6 days without my car to make it look like new again. When I took it to Haike, he said he said he could do the repair in ONE day for $650. I obviously ended up going with with Haike and he more than delivered The car looks impeccable. But beyond the work, Haike is an honest, friendly, hard-working and all good person -- all of which seem to be a rare find in the auto repair world. I could not recommend this guy enough. read more

Never go to this place! If I could I'd give it zero stars. Owner assured me he'd have an answer for me three days after dropping off my vehicle with him. I came to get an update as he had been avoiding and pussyfooting around the issue on the phone. When I showed up, the owner was drunk, argumentative, and hadn't touched my car since I dropped it off with him. I did not raise my voice once, but he proceeded to take the keys to my car, and throw them out of the garage into the parking lot and told me to "get my car the f*** out." Luckily I snapped a photo as evidence. It has been posted with proof showing a nearly empty vodka bottle.. Needless to say, this place is awful. And ran by a person who drink bottles of vodka while he supposed to be working. read more

Do your self a favor and take your car somewhere else unless you want to lose it. I took my classic car to Pro Am to get a quote on paint and body. I gave Haik half the money to get It started. A year into into it a gave him the rest of the money in good faith. HUGE MISTAKE and lesson learned. My car sat in his shop for two years. I would go every week to see updates until I got on his nerves and needless to say the feeling was mutual. Amongst other extra curricular activities that goes on in this shop I am surprised he is still in business. Long story short I towed my car back in pieces missing doors and bumpers sanded to bare metal no paint. I'm glad people are posting their unfortunate circumstances and if you have your car in there GET IT OUT OR YOU WILL LOSE IT. I'm dealing with my financial loss and at this point all I care is that I got my car back. ZERO STARS! read more

We took our car to his shop for body work and paint, he committed to getting it done as quickly as possible. Strangely enough, he asked for advanced payment which we agreed to. His demeanor initially seemed like we could trust him. Well, 6 months turned into 2 years until we finally had enough. We trusted him, he kept committing new dates to us each month and nothing. I recently got into two accidents where the front of my car had some major damage and some minor damage on my side door. I was referred to Hike by a coworker and I have to say it was the best body shop experience ive ever had. The work they did was impeccable, I almost couldn't believe my eyes. On top of the quality of work being excellent, they are all nice people. I did some shopping around before choosing and ultimately Haik was the best price around. I went to several body shops and was amazed at the bloated repair estimates. Haik, (pronounced: Hike) gave me a fair estimate and told me the truth. I can't tell you how important and how refreshing it was to finally hear the truth. I rewarded him with my business and I plan on telling everyone I can to utilize his services. They're kind but then take forever to do a job...don't give you a status of what's going on...never been jerked around so much just trying to get something fixed...the prices are comparable to other places, but they wont give it to you straight...they'll kindly jerk you around. I promised Haik that if he does a great job painting my truck, I'll write him a kick-ass Yelp review. And Haik delivered, with flying colors! So here it is: I'd been looking for a good shop to do a full body re-paint and restoration on my beloved '96 Ford Bronco. I've had this truck for over 10 years and it's seen it's share of abuse. There were various dings scratches and dents all over and I wanted to give my truck a full body makeover. I was looking for the best quality work possible but I didn't have the budget for some fancy, high end body shop. So I was getting various estimates from shops in my area, mostly around Burbank and the Valley, when I came across Pro-Am Auto Body and figured I might as well stop by. I met the owner, Haik, and after chatting with him, I had a very good impression. Here was a decent guy, who knew his business and was very straightforward with me. I could see he knew what he was talking about and was an experienced pro when it came to auto body work. He described to me several different painting and finishing options (which some other shops hadn't mentioned) and even explained how he could weld and repair some of the stock body panels which some other shops insisted must be fully replaced. Then Haik gave me an estimate which was considerably LOWER than most of the other high end shops I went to! This made me very skeptical and I had to give it some thought. After all, you get what you pay for right? And I wasn't looking for some fly by night paint job, I wanted quality work and I was willing to pay the price. I didn't want a "masking tape" paint job either. I was looking for a complete strip down, full disassembly of body panels. Haik assured me this is the only way he paints his cars. I started to realize also, that most of the "higher end" body shops do the same work, but charge more because there are various estimators and managers, owners and partners who need to get paid, on top of the people who do the actual labor. This is where most of the money goes. Here, it's just Haik and his small team. So after much deliberation and after talking to Haik some more, I started to feel comfortable with Pro-Am and decided to let Haik do the restoration on my truck. Let's jump to 3 weeks later. I arrive to pick up my truck which was completed on schedule and on budget. And needless to say, I was thrilled! The truck looked beautiful. It was a gorgeous gleaming glossy black paint job and the car basically looked brand new. All traces of dents and body damage were completely gone, bumper to bumper. Haik and his team also installed my new fender flares, headlights, nerf bar side steps and repainted the Bronco top in the exact matte black finish I was looking for. Based on the fantastic work Haik did for me, I would recommend him and Pro-Am to anybody looking for top quality body work at very reasonable prices. Thanks for a great job Haik! read more

Haik and the guys at Pro Am achieved the impossible! I was rear-ended a few years ago by a genius that somehow didn't notice the big, loud, Orange car. Nor did he have insurance, so I was left on my own on this one. While saving up the money to fix my beloved 1972 Plymouth Barracuda, I would sometimes check out body shops here and there. Some shops wouldn't go near it, some didn't want to fix the car the way I wanted it to be fixed and some were VERY high in price. I found Pro Am by accident (isn't that funny?), I was having the suspension rebuilt next door at Tyerman's and Haik came by to take a look. Quick conversation, I heard the right things, felt the right vibe, settled on a reasonable price and off we were! They fixed the car without chopping out any body panels keeping all the original steel. This takes craftsmen and people who care. This bodyshop is cheaper than most in Burbank. The quality of their work is fair but if low price is what you need then it's adequate. They painted a rear fender that I had to bring back because three were noticeable drips in the paint and the clearcoat looked like it dried in a dusty room. If you can afford a better place great. If not, take it too them but expect to get what you paid for. read more

My son's car had been in a fender bender and a mechanic told him he needed new brakes and transmission. My sister referred me to Haik at Pro Am. They did the body work (beautiful...my son said it looks better than when we first got it) and they also checked the whole car out. Ended up fixing the suspension and doing an alignment. Said we didn't need new brakes or transmission!! That other place was just trying to rip us off and that is always my fear. No fears with Haik, the man is honest and does great work!!! read more
