Another perfectly cooked medium rare steak from Amor Indio. While others have switch to lesser cuts so save on costs, they are still serving ribeyes for their care asada.

Mi Amor is Amor Indio This is a great place for families and friends to hang out. It's a quiet, intimate setting with great service. They have a nice little bar and plenty of seating. Our server Roberto is phenomenal. He was very friendly and attentive. I would give him 10 stars for service. I ordered the chile relleno with a cheese enchilada. Both of them were served with a generous amount of cheese and sauce. Yum! It was served with rice and beans. Definitely a generous portion. I love picking the cheese off of the brans with a chip. So good! The chips and salsa are also pretty good. The salsa was delicious and the chips were nice and crispy. I'm definitely going back soon to try their margaritas.

    Delicious Shrimp Cocktail

My first time visiting this community gem. Decided to catch up with the friends and we all met at the bar. Bartender Nora made the BEST Cadillac Margaritas i've ever had!!! We ordered A taco plate, A carne asada plate, and Shrimp cocktail. The food was so delicious we were playing musical chairs with our plates. We all couldn't wait to try each-others dish. Portions are generous, hot, and authentic flavor... no fake Mexican food at this place. I only wish I could drink Cadillac margaritas & eat Crunchy Beef Tacos..EVERY DAY . What impressed me the most was that 9 out 10 customers ....that came in ... we're greeted like family. One lady i talked to mentioned that she and sister have been coming to Amor Indio for 20plus years... now THATS a great recommendation. It was evident that many customers were long time customers... and some where second generation .. i can understand why.... service was wonderful and my friends and I, lingered for a very long time .. definitely can't wait to return. Large establishment can handle big parties. Free parking in private lot. They cater, They do Take out, and i'm sure they also work with all the delivery services. Just be warned ... u will be addicted to good Mexican food.... after eating at Amor Indio .

Still holding strong!!! This place is still very good and authentic in flavor and presentation. Today we had the chili verde (green chili pork) with rice and beans. We also had the mole plate this was a meal for two. Everything was so delicious. This place is definitely authentic in taste and flavor. A must try is you are a goodie. Try the chicken mole and or the Chile Rojo or the chili verde. Don't be put off by the looks of this very small place that needs some upgrades. The price is right and although a little weathered it's very clean and presentable. They are currently serving in Togo containers easier to take home. Come by and give it a try. I am curious to hear about your experience and see you review. Yelp on!!!!

    Special burrito

We live right down the street and decided to try out something new. Of all the Mexican restaurants I searched for on Yelp, this seemed like the best choice. There is a big parking lot with a lot of spaces. Once we entered, we were cheerfully greeted by the bartender and our server brought us to our table right away. The interior gives a cozy family-owned vibes with carpet flooring and comfy booth seats. The complimentary chips and salsa was the bomb and probably the best salsa I have had in a while. We had a blended and on the rocks margarita at $6 which is a steal. Both were delicious and we will consider getting the pitcher next time for a bigger party. The special burrito had plenty of meat inside and will definitely fill you up, I ended up taking about 1/5 to go because I couldn't finish. The medium plate with two choices Chile Relleno and enchilada were also good but we will probably try something else instead of the Chile relleno due to not really knowing what it was in the first place and personal preference. (I am asian and mild lactose intolerant lol) It was really cheesy. Enchilada was great and would order again. The hot dark green salsa/sauce was pretty spicy just how I like it and added a nice kick to the meal. All in all a great experience and would come back to support again because of the good friendly service, affordable food, and margaritas.

So do with that as you will. Locals must think this is good food. Located in a tiny corner strip mall on a desolate street is this little breakfast/brunch place. I wish I had listened to the 1 star reviews and not gone in. I especially wish I had seen that Yelp had their health listing rated at C before I ordered. Isn't it the law that a restaurant must display their health rating in the window, cause it wasn't displayed anywhere to be seen. So first they brought out a large jug of water with some fruit slices and mint in it. Would've been nice if the water wasn't room temperature. Is the ice machine not working? Then came the best part of the entire meal - my hazelnut latte. The coffee was good and the cup is gigantic. My teen had the french toast, eggs (scrambled), and bacon plate. The one slice of french toast was okay but nothing special. The eggs were bland and lacking any seasoning including salt and pepper. The bacon, of which I got a side for myself, too, was absolutely disgusting. At first I thought the bacon had been cooked possibly on a dirty grill in old grease or right after something else had been cooked, as it had a horrendous aftertaste like rotten meat and sweaty gym socks. They made a new plate but this one was raw, despite being ordered well done and crispy. Raw. And it absolutely stunk. That was when I came to think it might be uncured pork belly like you get a Korean KBBQ and not bacon at all. Luckily they cancelled the order. I also got a side of the breakfast (rosemary) potatoes, which I also ordered crispy and well done but arrived as a scoop of mush. They tasted okay but I saw crispy potatoes at numerous other tables. Don't know why they couldn't cook as ordered. I also had the dutch baby. I'm sorry but this is a dessert bread pudding and not a real dutch baby pancake. The inside should be airy and fluffy, not sopping wet. I'm not sure if the inside was undercooked and possibly raw dough or if they make it with some sweetened cream inside. It was not good, and it was way too sweet. Instant diabetes sweet. I will never go back. I strongly recommend that all people stay as far away as possible. The service was good - friendly and attentive, but what good is that when the food is so awful? I also had severe stabbing pains in my stomach for a couple hours after getting home. Avoid at all costs!

I would've rated this a 5 star but had to knock one star off…read more I came with my family who tried the place just a day before and told us how amazing it was so we had to try it out. It was next to the mall so we can hangout before and after dinner. It was confusing, the building of the place is connected to another restaurant on the other side so we didn't realize until after parking and had to earl around to find the entrance. Upon entering, it was dark and resembled a bar setting, a little stuffy and loud. Luckily our table was outside so after sitting, it wasn't as loud. We were a pretty large group, we got chips and salsa on the table and our other half group was running a bit late. So we ordered for the whole table and kept a menu in case the m others want to order too. The reason for the one star off is how hard it was to get a server to help, we got plates for our food but no utensils, we wanted more chips but someone had to point out another server will help instead, and only one (maybe manager) was really helpful and quick but we only saw them once. Maybe it was busy so they were all working but we felt a bit ignored for a while. My uncle wanted to order a breakfast dish but we didn't realize breakfast was only until a certain time because our server said no breakfast. We ordered a lot of food too, enough to bring back for us all to have lunch the next day. We got Tablón el Paisa, Molcajete regular, and other dishes across the other table. The cheese was super delicious when hot, once it's cold it's hard to share without a knife. My favorite is the quesadilla I used to make a burrito out of all the meats and guacamole. The pork was delicious and my son ate a lot of it. The bacon shrimp was a bit hard, chewy, and dry, had to dip it in sauce. Everything else was delicious and would definitely comeback but on a less busy day to see if service is better! Restrooms were inside and so a bit of a walk from the patio into a log hallway.

Since then we've felt absolutely nauseous and my two sons eventually vomited this morning around 5:00AM. My boys had the kids pizza with fries and a free ice cream that came with the kids order, I ordered the taquitos appetizer. The only food items all three of us shared were the chips and salsa, the french fries that came with the pizza, and the ice cream. Have never liked El Pescador, only went to watch the Mundial, but now getting possible food poisoning has been the icing on top. Will not be eating here any time soon, hopefully ever again. Also, total was like $50 for a kids meal and appetizer, which genuinely weren't good. I took the majority of our food home as left-overs.
