My PetSmart Experience Today…read more 7 a.m. drop-off energy: Thought I was slick being the first appointment. Joke's on me -- late open + one worker special. The "one hour" promise: Turned into "your baby will be ready at 9." That's not one hour... that's an entire Netflix binge. App vs. Reality: App said "ready." Phone call said "not ready." Store said "we don't even open yet." Y'all, PetSmart out here running three different storylines. Me to the register girl at 9:03: In my head -- "Ma'am... you don't see me with this full cart?" What I really said -- "Are you open?" Takeaway for me & other pet parents: No more 7 a.m. appointments. They're on PetSmart Standard Time (PST) and it clearly runs 2-3 hours behind. Bring your laptop, patience, and a snack.

We must be suckers for punishment because this was our third strike with PetSmart grooming -- and…read moredefinitely our last! The first time, we made an appointment, dropped our dog off, and were told someone canceled it without even calling us. The second time, they claimed he wasn't up to date on his shots -- even though they're the ones who gave him the shots! And now, the third time takes the cake: we scheduled a mini groom and clearly asked for a bath, haircut, nail trim, and teeth brushing. Six hours later, we show up and he's only had a bath. No cut, no trim, no brushing -- nothing we asked for. They told us we "didn't say haircut," which is absolutely untrue. At this point, it feels like they just don't care. Our dog looked worse coming out than going in. Never again.

Our experience with Meagan was definitely a praiseworthy one. She was very personable and…read moreinformative. She was extremely patient in explaining the health and home care. She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. My girls and especially my wife were in love at first sight. There was just a peace in knowing she was the one for us. After being in our family for several days now, that peace has been confirmed even more. Cali or Callie (we haven't decided on the spelling yet) is her name since we're from there. Lord bless Meagan's business. Thank you for everything. (John 3:16-21and verse 36.

If you're looking for a puppy, this is the place to go! I…read morecannot recommend Precious Petite Puppies enough. They truly have the cutest puppies ever! I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him. Seeing how they behave really shows how well they're cared for and prepped before going to their forever homes. The experience was smooth, the environment was clean, and it's clear the team at Precious Petite Puppies truly cares about every single pup. I've attached some photos so you can see just how adorable they are! If you're even thinking about adding a furry friend to your life, definitely check them out!

Jay is truly the best groomer I've ever trusted with my dog and I don't say that lightly. I moved…read morefrom LA to Atlanta and went through several disappointing grooming experiences before finding him, and now I wouldn't let anyone else touch her. He gets it right every single time, no exceptions. My dog gets a lamb cut, which requires way more than just clippers it takes serious precision and skill with scissors, and Jay absolutely nails it. The attention to detail, the consistency, and the care he puts into his work are unmatched. People literally stop me all the time to ask who her groomer is, and I always send them straight to Jay that's how good he is. You can tell he genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. Finding someone you trust with your dog is everything, and Jay is that person for me. If you're even considering booking with him, do it. He's worth it.

I wanted to love the service but it just didn't work out…read more I moved to Atlanta in 2023 and lived on a different side of town for the initial six months. I found a groomer that I love but wanted to find one closer to where I purchased my home. I called this place at the time and they weren't familiar with my dog's breed so I opted not to take her there. Fast forward a year later, I call them back because I wanted to finally avoid the commute to Cheshire Bridge. To my delight, BIS let me know they now have a groomer who specializes in doodles so I decide to book the appointment. Unfortunately, the first time I brought her for a bath, she came back with a rash or hot spot on her back paw. She had never had a hot spot up until that point, and she was three. We discussed it could be the shampoo but it was concentrated to one paw, so that didn't quite make sense. The second time I brought her the hair cut was not to my liking and I paid even more than I do for our groomer who consistently does a fantastic job. So, although I appreciate that they found a doodle groomer, she just isn't the one for us. **Also, they may want to ask if the bow or the bandanna is the preference for each dog, b/c not every female dog wears bows. Just a heads up.
