Let me start by saying, I'm giving Ashley 1 star because I do like the color. BUT at what cost! When I spoke with Ashley on the phone we exchanged texts and I showed her what I would like. She booked me for 9 AM and told me she charged $175.00 an hour. I thought to myself self, okay it should only take 1 1/2 as I have short hair. She started with a clarification treatment that lasted 50 minutes, was she really going to charge me $175 an hour to sit me under a heater?? The saga continued as I nervously checked my watch for the time. I ended up being there for 6 hours. Ashley kept telling me this is the process and my name is on your hair as well... Needless to say, this was the most ridiculously, long, expensive hair color I have ever had!! Ashley, you need to tell you clients that they will be there all day and pay a price comparable to the highest salons in New York. Not worth it!! read more

WORST & MOST EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE TO DATE! Ashely colored my hair with a balayage style & conditioning treatment that came out to over $1,000.00!! I nearly hit the floor when she told me the cost. (I should have taken a hint when she casually mentioned she's in collections with a few former clients). The top of my hair came out orange and brassy: overall awful and embarrassing. I had asked to keep as much length as possible but she barely put scissors to my hair, leaving split ends. Aside from the HORRIBLE (& expensive) final result, the whole experience was uncomfortable as she unloaded personal drama on me during our session. I'm not one for confrontation so I just paid the ridiculous tab and left. Needless to say, I will never give that salon my business again. I got scammed and taken advantage of $$ please don't let this happen to you. Stay far away and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. read more

I managed to get a last minute booking with this salon and it was the best experience I've had with a stylist! Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Ashley and the owner made sure I was comfortable through the entire appointment. I learned so much about hair care and was extremely happy with how it turned out!
