The inspection identified a few items that needed attention, so we returned to the dealership prepared to discuss those findings and negotiate the price. Unfortunately, despite being told beforehand that the price was negotiable, the dealer was unwilling to make any adjustment at all. What was even more disappointing was how unpleasant the interaction became when we tried to have that conversation. We weren't expecting an unreasonable discount--we simply wanted to have a respectful discussion based on the results of the inspection. We ultimately decided to walk away. I understand that a dealer has every right to stand firm on a price, but if the price is firm, that should be communicated upfront before a customer spends the time and money on an independent inspection believing there is room to negotiate. Overall, the experience left us disappointed, particularly with the communication and customer service.

No need to trailer, no need to say more. They consider the convenience of their customers, provide honest services, and charge very reasonable fees. It can be called a first-class auto repair shop.

I looked on Walmarts website and they are under $40 for 4. Was also asked to sign off that if I have to bring the car in for anything at all, even within the first 30 days, that I would be charged a $100 deductible fee.
