An excellent nail salon. The staff is professional and courteous. The site is kept very clean and it is a nice touch to offer wine or soda while you're getting your nails done. Unlike many other nail places, the staff did not yell back and forth at each other in another language and treated each other with respect. Beautiful clean salon. Huge selection of products and colors. Prices r a bit high but the quality and skill r there. Its advertised that each customer can have up to 2 complimentary drinks, but none were offered to me. I went in with a fresh mess from another salon smh (looked like my 3 year old did my nails) Amy removed the existing acrylic, put tips on, and gave me a perfect acrylic ombre. $70 later I was happy with my nails. read more

I've to the salon about 10 times in the past few years and every single time I go there the owner makes fun of me for being a guy wanted to get my nails done. He always ask me what color of polish and laughs. It's very unprofessional to pick on customers that are willing to bring money to your business. This trip was the last one I'll ever make as I witnessed him making fun of another guy wanting a pedicure as well then told him to go sit be my, his "friend". The interior design of nail salon is beautiful and they have a great polish selection. However, there are quite a few male staff that work here and do not do a great job at all. My nails were half painted and it says on the wall 2 complimentary drinks per customer but we were told No. However, my main complaint is the paint job on my pedicure. Awful, just awful- worst paint job from a pedicure. Do yourself a favor and do not let Kevin paint your nails. Ask for Megan instead. read more

Absolute worst service ever... after making an appointment for my daughter and myself, we were rushed to a seat without picking a color by two very young technicians; one male; one female. I had three broken nails so I needed them replaced and my daughter requested a tiffany blue dip powder manicure. The young man insisted that I needed a new set so I followed through. He did not "soak" off my nails but rather "ripped" off the nails with another fake nail tip to the point of excruciating pain. You could see how thin my nails were as the layers peeled into the quick from him forcing the removal of the nail. It split one of my nails down the middle. The male technician had a black, nasty wart on his hand. He should have been wearing gloves! UNSANITARY! After expressing my pain and disappointment, the young girl switched places and proceeded with my service and he took over my daughters service. She was here from college and I wanted to treat her to this salon because in the past, I had enjoyed many experiences here by other technicians. My daughter wanted a tiffany blue, which no one could seem to find in the dip powder so they convinced her to get a neon pink... The girl technician originally said my service was no charge" because of the poor experience. She even offered a "design" on a nail which she did. She nervously begged me not to express my complaint to the manager. I know things happen unfortunately but this seemed a bit over the top especially when I went to pay, I was charged full price. She said.. "I didn't charge you for the design"... I DIDN'T ASK FOR A DESIGN!! I never get wild, designed nails because I work at a professional law firm. I spent $135 on our service... for NAILS!I should have disputed the charge. I even tipped both young technicians because they did the work. I have a feeling they were new and still learning. After I got home, my "split" nail continued to "throb". I decided that this is not okay. I will not recommend this place ever again to any one else. read more

I have been getting gel nails for the past year and getting gel nails here was a nightmare. I never had a problem before but here the technician was probably not licensed. She took too much of the nail bed off causing my nail underneath to rip one by one within a week below the nail line!! The pain was intense. When I went back the women in charge blamed my nails?? I have gone to this place about 6 months before with no problem. I now know why many of my friends don't go there any more. I don't know if they changed owners or what, but I won't be going there anymore! read more

Pros: Atmosphere is nice, probably the most color choices for gel/shellac I've ever seen, didnt have to wait on a Saturday afternoon as a walk-in, person who did my nails was friendly Cons: Not the absolute worst manicure ever, but definitely no where near the best (some polish on my cuticles and debris, which is going to mean it wont last as long as it could), especially for $32 (and I came in with bare nails, so no removal was needed). They advertise complimentary beverages, but none were offered us, and the person who did my friend's nails was a bit on the rude side. Overall, I probably won't be back unless its due to location being convenient and I find myself pressed for time. Better prices for better service exist elsewhere. read more

We walked in and nobody seemed willing to help Us. We looked around, and the design and setting of the place pleased us, so we decided to stay. *don't make this same mistake, anyone can swipe a credit card. Once a male asked us how many we had, we had four ladies, they continued to tell us to chose our color. All of the nail polishes were old and gross. Once we chose a color they had set up only two chairs for our four pedicures, instead of simply filling all four baths with water. They were mad at us for trying to wheel a wheelchair over to the chairs and lectured us about it. Once we were all seated they did two of us, the male doing the first woman's toe nails rushed through the painting and massage process making it not look good. As she requested the free drinks, per the sign on the wall, they denied our request, with no explanation. After the guy was done sloppily doing the first woman he rushed to the third one of us and gawked at her while rushing. While my toes were, the second person, was done slowly. Unfortunately, three different men- "nail specialists"- laughed and refused to do my grandmothers nails. Once someone finally agreed to paint a nice old woman's nails, the three other of us were done. We had to wait awkwardly while she finished. Do not recommend unless you want your money wasted and to be disrespected in another language. I have been to many nail salons and this one is the worst by far. read more

When I walked in, no one looked up or greeted me. So that wasn't a great start. I waited about 10 minutes before someone said hi and asked what I was in for. When I said wax, I only had to wait another minute to be taken into the back waxing room. That was the only plus. It was a little creepy at first, but then it worked well. The girl was quick and efficient. Also, make sure you have cash, because if not, there's an extra charge if your bill is less that $10. read more

Found this place on Yelp looking for nail salons open on a Monday and close to me. I am so glad that I did! Love the decor, love how clean the inside is, and loved how patient my nail tech was with me as I was very indecisive about what colors to choose for my hands and feet. Complimentary beverages were a plus, but what really stood out was the fact that they accept various amounts of contactless pay. I got the herbal pedi (one hour and a lovely foot massage), the manicure (they only offer the option for paint or basic mani), and a full set of individual lashes. The playlist was inviting but not too loud, a great mix for multiple decades and each staff member I interacted with was approachable and attentive. My nails were attended to with great detail and gentleness, my tech really listened to me about my idea and helped me finalize it then executed it beautifully. My lashes were delicately detailed for such a natural full look! That tech took great care to get everything just right. (My family loves them and talks about how natural they look!) My experience was so good, I called my mom and asked if she wanted to bring my son and herself up for pedis-my treat! I liked this place up until yesterday after I received the WORST manicure ever. The guy doing my nails cut my cuticles so badly that my nails wouldn't stop bleeding. He continued to paint my nails (with them bleeding) and didn't even apologize. He then had the nerve to look at me and say "have a nice day" while at least 5 of my nails are bleeding. My nails continued to bleed for a good 30 minutes after leaving this place. He didn't even wear gloves! And painted right over the blood. That is so unsanitary. I honestly question if this man even has a license to do nails. Yesterday was the first time I seen him, so he is not a usual at the shop. Everyone else that has done my nails at this place has been great! But unfortunately, after this experience I will NEVER go back and will make sure I spread the word about my experience. First time there. Just getting gel. Got this man who was VERY rough with his cuticle trimming and filing! Punctured one finger so badly that it bled for an hour and couldn't be painted! Didn't wear gloves or anything! Didn't even apologize, just told me to come back the next day to finish it. By the next day, another entire nail had peeled off, a 2nd nail had started to, and I noticed there was cotton fuzz from all of the cotton balls he used (to try to stop the bleeding) painted over on two of my other nails! Then when I returned the next day to get it fixed they told me I had to wait an hour and a half in line to fix the nail/s! I told them never mind -and asked if I could be refunded as I had paid for a full set of nails, and only had 7 1/2. They were extremely rude and yelled at me in front of the entire salon! Unbelievably incompetent, rude, greedy and tacky!! Never again! Also, how are they serving alcohol in there?? Probably illegal! (Not that I was offered my "2 free drinks" anyway, but...) seemed like some of staff were "altered". Just strange and creepy! read more

The shop is clean and beautiful. Megan did my powder nails and I was perfectly pleased. I also had a pedicure and it felt great. The guy polishing my toes did ok but didn't put color across the top of toes. But they look good. I was pampered. And the massage chairs are great. Total experience A or 100. Came in to this place for a set of stiletto gel nails. One color. "Andy" did my nails. Did not clean my nails, files, or push cuticles back and didn't ask if I wanted it done either. He buffed my real nails with the drill and proceeded to glue the tips on. Cut my pinky and filed the shape and length I asked for. Did the rest and they ended up being shorter than what I planned. (Usually this can be fixed by extending the wet powder because I've had it done before) he told me we had to take them all off and redo them. Which was not true as I stated above. He didn't talk to me the whole time. Employees continued to question him and laugh at my nails while he was doing them. I got a matte top coat. When he finished he didn't Put any cuticle oil on my nails or wipe with alcohol which they usually do with the matte top. He just got up and left my nails to dry and had to wait for him to return from the back to pay to find out that he was charging me 90$! My normal nail tech would charge me 80$ if I had gotten designs on all the nails and it took a while but never have I paid 90$ for a basic set like this and to be treated the way I was treated that day while he could talk to his coworkers about me and not TO me. read more

Stopped at Nail Amour for New Year's and had one of the best experiences! Had the pleasure of having a mani and pedi by the female owner. Such a delightful young lady! Thought I had my nail place when I'm in the area. NOT!!! Went back last week for a mani and pedi and expected the same treatment. I had the misfortune of being assigned to a young male technician who was not customer friendly and was overly aggressive when handling my feet and hands. I was suppose to get a mani and pedi and ended up just getting a sorry pedi because I could not tolerate being in his presence any longer. I am not one to be "handled" inappropriately when I am paying my money for services! He shoved my foot and grabbed my hands to remove polish. Oh heck no! If my feet were not halfway complete I would have left. My original review would have been 5 stars without question, glad I went back a second time before writing a review so that I could provide this honest true feedback. This young man needs to be retrained, he needs to go all the way back to beginning! The two star rating is for both combined reviews. 5 stars for the first visit and no stars for the second visit! I have never had my nails done and been treated like so badly. Tom did my nails and was so nasty. You know when you breathe to calm yourself or to relax. He said to me as he moved away. Don't breathe on me. I had a nail that had fungus on it. I said to take the fake nail off so I can let it get better. I said do you have any fungus treatment for it. He said NO. You go get some. Unprofessional and nasty. He said to the lady next to me having her nails done when she said she messed up a nail while drying her nails. He said you have to pay for that. I almost gave up on this shop because I sat ungreeted at the front for about 15 minutes while they ushered back other clients who has appointments. If my husband hadn't dropped me off and left me without a car, I might have left. However, I stuck it out and now I know why they had so many clients with appointments. This place was immaculately clean and the instruments sterilized and in plastic. My tech, Amanda, took her time and fussed over getting my nails just right. She didn't mind painting a few swatches when I was unsure of the color. I don't usually have any allegiance to one nail place or person over another. I wish there was a rating lower than one star for the experience I had yesterday: I was the first customer of the day and I was genuinely excited to get a pedicure for my daughter's wedding. The experience was HORRIFIC. The employee spent 30 of the 45 minutes I was there texting on her phone with one wet gloved hand and mindlessly rubbing my foot with the other hand. She paid no attention to what she was doing. The French manicure was a mess!! Thick layers of paint, she left paint on my skin. She left the wet towel on my legs (which quickly turned ice cold) while she finished another text. The French manicure lines were thick and amateur at best. Just horrible!!!! I look around the shop, no other employee is on their cell phone, and the customer next to me was experiencing such an amazing level of professionalism and beautiful skill. I'm just so upset. Worst part, I was charged almost $50 for this debacle. I didn't want to make a scene so I sucked it up, BUT I hope AND PRAY one of the managers see the error in her ways and find someone else. (If they read this, I was chair 8 and she wore the short orange dress). It was my first time there and sadly my last. I live so close to there, it is a shame I must travel further now. read more
