Very disappointed in this pop up. This was not what I was expecting from Amanda Shulman's summer pop up in the Art Alliance. I really liked Her Place and My Loup but this place doesn't compare. It seemed like it was going for summer American as their vibe but the vibe was definitely off. Like I said, the place is located in the Art Alliance. They wouldn't allow me to book indoor online. They had a patio reservation I snagged for 9pm. What is odd is they had a ton of indoor seating (basically only one couple was indoors). Since it was hot, we asked for indoor seating (which they graciously gave us). Apparently, the indoor is set aside for walk ins or if there was a rain storm. If I would have known this, I would have came earlier to get an indoor spot. The service was definitely why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. The service was so fantastic. No detail was overlooked. Every dish was clearly explained and we were given new plates after our appetizers were finished. I really liked the blue steak knife! The spicy margarita was pretty good. It had a slight kick. I wish it had more of a spice level to it. I really liked the decorative jalapeños that came with the drink. For appetizers, I had the pimento cheese crab dip with ritz crackers and crudite. It was literally a waste of money. I could easily buy ritz crackers and some dip from Costco and it would have been better. It was interesting that they added carrots and pickles. It felt like a picnic. We also had the fried zucchini flowers, ricotta, tomato jam. This one was basic and really small. It was basically just deep fried zucchini with a ton of ricotta on the top of it. I did like the cheesy goodness but definitely not worth it. The last appetizer we ate was the softshell caesar, little gem, parmesan. This was delicious except I admit I didn't like eating the whole deep fried softshell blue crab (which came from Maryland). It basically tasted like a caesar salad since the whole crab was covered in Parmesan and lettuce. The entree was the hanger steak, stilton, pepper, charred onions. It was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was something to shout about. I really liked the sauce and felt like the steak was cooked well. The onions were so amazing. It was well cooked (apparently it is cooked on a cast iron then put in the oven). The white chocolate pudding with raspberries was ok. I did like the taste of the pudding and how much raspberries are on top, but again, I have had better desserts before.

Unsure what's up with the low ratings, but I'm here to attest that this resto is fire. I went back to back, and both times, the food and service were mind-blowing. The outdoor dining is great when the weather is pleasant. The inside ambiance is dark and intimate.

Checked out Amourette because heard it was sponsored by MyLoup. We reserved a spot a few weeks in advance. When we came, we were directed to an outdoor table. It was beautiful outside and was decorated tasteful. However, due to the heat, we asked to be seated indoors, which they graciously did. The service staff were excellent at being on hand and meeting our needs. 20% gratuity was already calculated in. We ordered crab dip, zucchini flowers, softshell caesar (crab), steak, white chocolate pudding, and spicy margarita. They were all average dishes that could be found anywhere. No dish out and none of them were worth the price.

This pop up was AWESOME. The softshell crab appetizer is a MUST ORDER. All the dishes were delicious, Also you have to get the basil vodka soda. It was one of the best drinks I've had in Philadelphia. The service was amazing and everyone was super friendly. The weather was bad when we went but would love to sit on the patio next time.

Rainy day so garden area was closed. Everyone with reservations were seated inside the Art Alliance building. Nice room in the back of the building overlooking the garden. Our server made great recommendations. We ordered a bottle of red from Sicily that was light & fruity. We had the Tomato toast, Shrimp with cucumber, Halibut with corn sauce & Peach with brown butter cake. Everything was seasonal & fresh. Tastes were clean & vibrant. Service professional, everything was explained well. 20% gratuity was included on the bill, our server pointed this out to us. The room did become loud when the tables were filled but all around an excellent experience.

Food was delicious and the service was great. Waitresses were super nice and accommodating. We had the crab dip, tuna crudo, Halibut, and crabwich. Olive oil cake for dessert was also delicious.

Went with a group of about 7 or 8 and it was very difficult to get seating. The time you walk through the door, order your food, and to receive it will take quite a while. By 11:30 on Saturday, they have to stop people from walking in and wait outside until the line inside shortened. For anyone looking for the most authentic Filipino food, this is not the place. With that said, the food is still good. It has a Filipino flare, with a modern, for the masses, feel. Would try the place, but not frequently.

But hey it was a good for me so I thought..... Instead of waiting outside, we saw a seat at the bar in Pearl Tavern, so we waited inside instead. We waited approximately 35 minutes before Haunt allow people in. I was expecting something like Tinsel since ppl was raving about Haunt too. I was disappointed once I walked up the steps. It wasn't even 10% of Tinsel, very lightly decorated.... My disappointment didn't stop there, I ask the bartender for 2 sweetest drinks, she gave us something that is no where near sweet, matter of fact, it was super alcoholic. We were trying to get her change it to something else, but she wasn't willing to help us. The 2 drinks cost $29 plus I left $6 tip, so $35 totally wasted. The interior is small and intimate with about five small tables and some counter-window seating. You order at the counter and then get your seasonings (ketchup or hot sauce), silverware, napkins, and water yourself from the side. The servers will bring the food to your table. We ordered the maritozzo (cream bread), cinnamon rolls, sesame bread pudding, home fries, and bacon, egg, and cheese (BEC) panzerotti. (1) Cinnamon roll- Exactly what you'd want from a cinnamon roll. Good frosting-to-bun ratio and gooey inside. It was medium-soft. (2) BEC panzerotti- Crispy perfection filled with gooey eggy goodness. The exterior was unique to me in how well it was fried, while the interior was more standard yummy. The outside is slightly sweet and personally, I think the points were a bit too thick/doughy. One filled two people up! (3) Maritozzo- First time trying, and I was a little sad the bread is just two halves with whipped cream between instead of hollow bread with maximum whipped cream. () Really airy cream and not too sweet. (4) Home fries- Pretty standard good home fries. A little too salty but the perfect crisp without being dry. (5) Sesame bread pudding- It was extremely dense, and the thick sesame glaze made the bites very dry and overly sticky. I personally wouldn't reorder it, but it still tasted high-quality. The wait time was a little long for our food since they were packed during the Italian Market Festival, which was unavoidable. The servers were friendly and quick despite this. Overall, I'd be back for a cinnamon roll or panzerotti!

I paid attention to how the staff would handle the situation. After helping the current customer, the cashier gave him a cup of juice. I didn't see any payment, so I assumed it was offered to him. As he stepped outside, I asked my husband to check if he wanted something to eat. When my husband came back, he told me he had given him money. While that was kind, I honestly would have preferred to get him food myself just to make sure he actually ate. A few minutes later, the man came back in and sat at the counter. At first, I didn't see anyone approach him, but shortly after, the staff brought him a bag with food. I'm not sure if he ordered through the take out window then came in, paid the waiter, or if it was provided to him, but either way, it meant a lot to see. He took his food and left. What stood out most was that the staff didn't ignore him, rush him out, or treat him like he didn't belong. At one point, I even heard a staff member ask if he had received his juice, which made me think this wasn't their first interaction with him. In a world where people are often overlooked or dismissed, it meant a lot to see a business show simple human kindness. Treating people with dignity and empathy shouldn't be rare--but unfortunately, it often is. For that alone, Honey's Sit 'n Eat deserves recognition. Oh... and the food is always great!

But, on…read morethe multi-festival Saturday, second of May in the year 2026, I can definitively say that I've now tried the little seafood spot on one of our favorite corners, that we're almost always just passing by to get to Time. First, the friendly, informative service: in an oyster bar with a rotating fresh selection, that's an underrated must. We were seated outside, given a rundown of the menu and "as it's ready" flow of the kitchen. We got a pair of cocktails, the Melonata and a Tequila Julep. I think the Melonata might be my new summer favorite. It looks like Ecto Cooler but doesn't give a distinct feeling of growing diabetes while drinking it. In grown up terms, it was well balanced, not too sour, not too sweet, and deeply herbal, fruity, and refreshing at the same time. The Tequila Julep was a Mint Julep with tequila instead of bourbon. It was good, though it's hard to mess that set of ingredients up. We got a selection of oysters and a shooter. Every oyster was distinct and different. Felt like there were no "different on the menu but same in flavor profile" that you can sometimes run into. This implies it's well curated. I have no idea, because I'm not an expert fishmonger, nor do I know whether that term specifically applies here - case in point. Anyway, I got 2 from Washington State, and another from Cape May. The first WA was large, buttery, and had the satisfying chew of young coconut flesh. Semi sweet. The second was smaller, sharper, and briny as hell - tasted of the ocean. And finally, the Cape May was mild and fresh, a good balance between the two others. It was a perfect little tasting menu that I'd created by just ordering the first three guys off the list. Not sure what selection came with the shooter, but the concoction in the shot glass shooter was bright green and pickly. Glad I got it as a contrast to the classics with what I assumed was red wine vinegar. Besides that, we snacked on salmon avocado toast with the Calabrian Chili Oil. It was also very, very good. Sometimes things are better than the sum of their parts. This is true here, but it's also worth noting that the individual parts - the bread, the smoked salmon, the chili oil, the avocado, the shaved onions - were excellent in their own right. We will be back for sure.
