Amir stands behind his work. 5++ stars. I had him come to my home to rekey two new gate locks, installed by our contractor. He arrived on time and went right to work. He called my attention to some missing screws on one of the lock cylinders and mentioned that it was installed crooked on our gate (the holes didn't line up). His price was very reasonable. He accepted payment. A few hours later, when I returned home, I noticed that the lock was sticking and that my key would not go in and out smoothly. I sent him a text at night and told him about the problem thinking, "I gather that since he was all paid, fat chance for him returning any time soon..." Lo and behold, he said he'd come back. I asked him to come back the next morning at 7 AM and he agreed. He showed up and spent another half hour getting it fixed, widening the install hole and the lock is functioning the way it should. He told me "I never leave my customers hanging..." and find that to be a rare human attribute; especially during this Pandemic. I will not hesitate to recommend Amir. I've used their service twice and they are great! The first time Amir came and we asked him if it was necessary to switch to security locks and he said not really because our door is made of wood anyway. We also wanted to secure our glass door to the patio and he taught us how to do that, without trying to sell us anything. He re-keyed our main lock in a few mins.
