The first time Amir came and we asked him if it was necessary to switch to security locks and he said not really because our door is made of wood anyway. We also wanted to secure our glass door to the patio and he taught us how to do that, without trying to sell us anything. He re-keyed our main lock in a few mins. Very disappointing. After seeing the many positive reviews to have such an unprofessional experience. I locked myself & kids out of the house. It was late at night by the time we returned home & realized what had happened. I looked to yelp for where to turn for help. I searched up 24 hour locksmith and gave AMP a call. The guy who answered took down my info & said they'd be out in 30-40 min. 45 minutes later I call to see how much longer it will be & the guy says he's going to have his technician call me back. No call back. 10 minutes pass & I call back and get no answer! After waiting over an hour in the cold drizzly late night, I realize they are not going to show up.
