I gotta say, this location keeps their soda machines running well, but that's about it. Whoever is running this location is greedy and hires the worst employees. I've been a regular at this location for the last few years and I've finally had enough of their God awful customer service. First off, this is the only location that I've been to that charges you taxes on any free items you earn on the app. If it's FREE, why charge taxes? I came in with my lady the other day to redeem my free drink and the lady wanted 11 cents. When I asked her why, she just had an attitude and rudely said, "Because that's how it is and that's how it comes up." Couldn't even explain to me what was the charge until another one of her colleagues stepped in and said that the charge was for the tax. But funny thing is her colleague only stepped in when I told the lady not be rude. I know it's just 11 cents, but I wasn't carrying any change as I expected my medium fountain drink to be free. All I had was my card but they charged me a fee too use my card, so I guess my FREE drink is no longer free. The hispanic lady wearing glasses was unnecessarily rude. Other times I go in the evening and the other lady with the white make-up can't even bother to acknowledge her customers walking in, and she is always talking on her cell phone. When it's time to ring up my items, these ladies act like they are doing you the grand favor of taking your money, almost feels like the customers are inconveniencing them for showing up and doing business with them. The other two guys working there in the mornings are a bit nicer but it's a shame that they run their business like this. Another time I went for two free large fountain drinks, they scanned my app, charged me $4, and since I'm a regular, I didn't think about it until I was already on the road. I looked at my receipt and they had charged me for a X-large instead of large, so I didn't get the discount from the app, and ended up paying full price for two XL drink when all I had was two large drinks. I was mad but didn't think it was worth my time to go back. These cashiers couldn't even take the time to read the size on the cup, or maybe they did and just wanted to upcharge me to make more money out of me. With that said, I won't be coming back to this location. They are crooks and have such miserble employees that lack basic cutomer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The Sassy Boy Cashier Jesse is the rudest person ever! very unprofessional. I was denied service because i didn't greet the cashier!

Came here to grab a cup of coffee, transaction was quick and staff was friendly. Coffee counter was pretty clean and well lit. Coffee cups were located at the cashier counter. Am Pm located at the corner of the streets Arrow Hwy and Irwindale. Plenty of parking and pumps for gas. Right next door is McDonald's. read more

Nice Am Pm, I do not fill up my tank at these kinds of gas stations. But I wanted to pull over here recently just to get some drinks and snacks since I was thirsty lol. BEWARE! Sketchy crowd around this area. They cloned my card at this gas station and attempted to use it for $600 ten minutes after I left. No one was around the pump while I was putting gas in my car. Very very sketchy. I called the store and there was no management onsite to assist. I would put gas elsewhere. Do not use the car wash at this location. I purchased a car wash from this location. And the car wash caused damage to my vehicle. After exiting the car wash it tore a piece off my roof of my Cadillac. I immediately went inside and spoke to a manager by the name of Eddie. He said he would call me back which he never did. He's a liar. And the owners name is Onnick Mooradian who refuses to repair my vehicle. They have surveillance also as they saw the damage occur but being a business with no integrity they run and hide and don't want to accept responsibility. So don't use the wash because if damage happens to your vehicle they will hide. read more

Again, debit card fees do apply at ARCO, but I have to say, this spot is more interesting...you never know who or what will approach you while filling up. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I had such terrible experience here, the employees are so mean here, they all gossip between each other and laugh at the customers. The issue was with one of the employees. I tried to get in the women's restroom and the cashier told me to pull the door harder which I did but the door wouldn't open until someone said it was busy, I patiently waited until a MAN (the employee) came out of the restroom while Men's restroom was available, I didn't say anything and I was gonna step in the restroom but he said something indirectly to me, a mean comment in Spanish "talking" to the other employees in the store (all gays) about me pulling the door so hard I disturbed him while he used the restroom, I understood perfectly what he said cause I speak both languages, I walked towards him to explain I didn't know it was busy and I was told to pull the door hard, however, in my end it wasn't personal, if anything I was trying to apologize somehow, but this guy instead of saying something like, " it's fine" or "don't worry" he went ahead and said in Spanish -" well yes, but I'm talking to them, I'm not talking to you" in a very mean way in a very bad attitude, that caused the other employees laughs, I just stood there quiet. About the situation I understand he is a very sad person who wishes he'd be a woman, that's why he tried to grow hair and tries very hard to act like one, which I would've respected in other situations but this guy hates on women so bad he takes it on the customers of this store. Omg!!! What HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived here to get some ice and drinks. My husband buys ice to put in the cooler and my kids-3 of them and myself are in line to use the restroom. The plan was after using the restroom we would buy our drinks and snacks. The gentleman that serves my husband says to my daughter "you have to make a purchase to use the restroom" she states that her father just made a purchase. His reply was "yeah, one bag of ice" so I say you said a purchase had to be made and we did, but do t worry we will leave and go elsewhere. He says no it's fine!?!? The absolute worst customer service I have received in a long time. Used the car wash, and it stopped mid-wash, trapping me, my fiancé, and 4 year old daughter inside. I couldn't move my car because the brushes were stuck on my windshield. Brushes finally moved, but continued spraying water. I called the store while inside to tell the clerk but he told me to come inside and bring the receipt. I explained to him I couldn't move my car, but he insisted on me driving out and then told me he had customers and hung up on me. I got my car out, and my fiancé went in to demand a refund. After about 10 min of arguing with this ignorant clerk, he finally gave us our money back. What a joke, I am never coming back here again. If I could give 0 stars I would. attendants inside are always talking to each other, on their phones and basically ignoring the customer(especially the 2 female ones that are there around 5pm). Terrible service, the workers were very rude to me. I was given the wrong change and then the cashier proceeded to argue with me until a manager came and opened the register and found that i had indeed given a $20 and not a $10, finally received my change and my car came out dirty, the $5 car wash is a waste of time and money, my fender had dirt marks on it, hood had water marks and the kidney grills looked dirtier after the was than before. $5 car wash actually does a good job. However receipt printout at t&e kiosk never works and they haven't fixed it for months. Gas here is the cheapest I have seen in the San Gabriel Valley area so this is my go to place to fuel up and get my car washed. read more
