I am a plumber by trade and when using the restroom it was painfully obvious that the toilet wax ring and possibly the flange are failing causing the feces and urine to contaminate the restroom floor everytime the toilet is flushed. Everytime I go thru the drive-thru to pick up my medication, they charge me hundreds of dollars instead of the $25 charge. I see on the CVS app that they have my health insurance card on file. They then proceed to tell me that I have to come inside and give them my health insurance information again. No thank you. I don't want to stand in line with a bunch of sick people. So, I call on the phone, and have to leave a voicemail and cross my fingers for someone to call me. I called my health insurance provider and confirmed that I have active coverage, and confirmed that it should only be only $25 charge. They are overcharging hundereds of dollars for their medication.
