I watched one employee talk with a customer in such a gentle way as he was helping her understand what it meant to have a family member upload a picture rather than taking a picture of a picture. It was so kind, and it's just those little acts of kindness that the world needs right now. I could tell the couple really appreciated him. Upon picking up my pictures, unprompted the employee scanned a code that gave me half off. I really appreciated that today. Thankful for this place.
