This is the cleanest one out of all the ampms in tracy. Gotta get there between 7-8:30 to get the churizo croissant it's truly amazing for a $3 breakfast sandwich. Their prices are great here. All the pumps are always working when I've gone here and it's not as busy and the other arco near the freeway. It's always clean and I like that they have a car wash. I haven't interacted with staff here before so I cannot comment on that. Their machines are always working, which I appreciate and employees all wear masks and take Covid precautions. They share a parking lot with McDonald's and Walgreens which makes this place a great stop at the beginning of your day or at the end. read more

I've been going here to get gas, mostly. Their prices are reasonable compared to some gas stations. The only thing that gets me is that you have to pay cash or debit card - but even though you pay debit card there's some fee. A couple of cents, but can totally add up so I usually pay cash. For the most part, this gas station never has a line of cars and it seems to be pretty clean. Conveniently located at the corner. Opens at 5am but I'm not sure what time it closes. read more

South Tracy needed this gas station. There is always a line inside but usually moves fast. Customer Service is always friendly, chatty. Shelves and fridges are always shocked up. Gas is usually on the cheaper side. Just remember to always add 36¢ to your bill if you use your ATM card inside or outside. Its new, clean and shiny!!! Great location. Its a daily stop in my work week. read more

They intentionally make their machines not take your ATM so you have to go inside. There are 4 cashiers who luckily were scheduled that day. It's a scam so you come inside and spend money and so the cashiers have jobs. Cheap gas with games to match! read more

If I could give -10 I would. The staff in the morning are rude and ignorant. I mistakenly gave the tye young woman the wrong pump number, I turned around amd went right back in amd ask her to change the pump number. She told me oh sorry someone already pumped the gas I can't refund your money. It was less than a minute! And I have seen this happen to others before and they changed the pump number no questions. I had to pay again to get gas. WTF is wrong with the managers here, I called the corporate headquarters and they contacted the owner. I still have not been refunded. Anyway lesson learned stay away from this station. read more

I typically have a decent experience here but today was not so great. I ran inside to do something I have done many times before - trade in my 3 car wash receipts for a free car wash. I handed them to the employee Nick (his name printed on my receipt) and he looked over them longer than I'm used to them doing then proceeded to say "Had to make sure. I know how you kids like to trick us." I'm not a kid, I'm a 24 year old woman and you don't look too much older than me, but I could be wrong. After going through the car wash I drove to chevron to fill up on gas. The reason I gave three stars was because the ladies who usually ring me up are always polite and I have never had an issue. I know it's just a gas station but seriously, some people need to learn customer service basics. read more

Another bad experience at Arco. Had to move to 2 different pumps this morning as they aren't working, then had to go inside to pay because the 3D pump's screen froze. This is business as usual here, unfortunately, and it doesn't appear to me that management is interested in getting things fixed in an expedient manner. It's the little things that make a customer service business like this shine or fail: water empty for the windshield cleaner, receipt printers having no paper in them, broken issues left broken. My husband put cash on the wrong pump. Went right back in to tell the cashier who refused to move the money. Cashier stated someone else pumped the gas. Even after he pulled up the receipt showing the last person who pumped used his debit card. Cashiers were rude and confrontational! They were extremely disrespectful! Became aggressive and threatened to call the police. Thank goodness for one cashier for one cashier who stepped end to end the disagreement. The manager was called who also refused to return the money or review the situation. With stop there every week on our way home. Never again! read more

They have the best price in town and area for that fact. However, they haven't been selling mid grade or premium now for quite some time...maybe 2-3mo? Not a big deal for me since I only use 87 gas. Today I drove by for gas and ended up filling up at Valero since they had yellow caution tape around all their pumps as if they didn't have any gas. The station is very well kept and clean. This car wash station needs to up date there sign. We were paying with a credit card since there was a visa, master card, discover card and American express logos. Inserted 2 different card, and say see attendace. So I told my husband do not move the car, sorry we had to hold the line up at tje car wash. Then I found out it only take debit card. I've recently moved to Tracy, love it so far! But I must say I've never encountered such helpful nice people at a gas store! Tonight March 23, 2018 an elderly women came into the store to pay for gas!! She said the wrong pump number. Mark was her Cashier! Instead of being annoyed with her he walked from behind the counter, with a smile on his face, walks her to the door and they identified the correct pump! I know it's a small thing but he could've been like " Next, mama please go verify your pump" but instead he happily assisted her like a true professional! I love human kindness, I love he used patience with her! And this AM when I went for my coffee a young gentlemen who's name I'm sorry I can't remember (a young handsome man) pointed me in the direction " said I think those ones in the other cooler are colder if you like that"!! again a small thing but it was 630am and it started my day beautifully!! I am a forever customer at this location!! Also always pretty darn clean!! Great prices on gas but the service is worth any markup they could have!! read more

Horrible customer service. I was charged for someone else's gas, called the manager to resolve the issue. Kevin was no help, was then instructed to call corporate office with no return call! The attendants do not know how to help customers appropriately and the manager's skills in follow up are terrible. Most pumps have buttons that are broke, key pads not working and half the time the car wash breaks. Overall safety of the area is also questionable. read more

I normally do not get upset enough to write a bad review on here, but I believe what I experienced on Christmas morning 2014 was absolutely appalling. I pull into Arco/Ampm on 12/25/2014 at approximately 11:30am and apparently all of the machines stopped working right when I pulled in. After driving next to multiple machines and realizing that there's a problem, I see an associate come out and start putting the out of order bags on each machine. She wasn't talking to anyone, just going to each machine. When I saw her, I said, "Are all of the machines down?" She replied, " THAT'S WHAT THEY TELL ME!" (Without making eye contact with me). She then walks passed me and walks to the other machines, as other people are just driving in and are confused. She starts yelling at everyone, "WE DON'T HAVE GAS HERE!" "GO! GO!" She then preceded to yell "BYE! BYE!" I wish I could type the amount of disrespectful attitude that she was giving and how she was talking. She was yelling this so loud to all of the customers, I saw other people's faces that were shocked. She absolutely drove people away and I was completely shocked that someone like that works there. This girls name is Faith and I will not be going back to Arco on Valpico ever again if I see her there. read more
