But really Ive never met a more caring Pharmacist, she goes out of her way to address questions thoroughly and with all the customers she has I have no freakin idea how she remembers off the top of her head what meds I was on, waiting on, was backlogged from months ago or what not. So surprising and just goes to show how seriously she takes her job and her customers. I am GRATEFUL. Yes it can get busy, I usually go in the morning or early afternoon, as it can be a bit of a wait once school is out. I get my meds promptly and feel like the staff cares and has my best interest at heart, thats all that matters! Thank you CVS pharma team!

Out of curiosity, I called the doctor line, and they answered immediately. When I explained that I was trying to reach the pharmacy, I was told I would have to wait because I was not a doctor. To make matters worse, their lunch break is posted as 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., but they didn't reopen until about 2:10 p.m. By then, there was already a long line of customers waiting. It's frustrating to see different treatment depending on who is calling, and the delayed reopening only made the wait even longer. I expect better customer service and more respect for customers' time.

I even noticed on the receipt that he did it for all the items. I politely asked him if he can do a price check and he wouldn't want to. And then his coworker came by to also tell us that it was the same price. Their attitude and how they were belittling me was what got me to write this review. I understand if they were having a bad day or whatever was happening, but for them to pretty much scam us, was not okay.
