Technician came out and from the get go seemed like he wanted to rush out. To start, this guy would not let me finish explain what was wrong with the machine, he just kept pressing buttons and saying there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the machine. Warranty company had sent out parts to be replaced, but this technician refused to change them and said that he would not spend all the time to replace them when it didn't need it. Cleaned out a draining filter and said that the machine was fine now. Worked for one cycle and issue came right back. Technician took the parts the warranty sent out and reported as fixed. I have also requested copies of my invoices and receipts for the work I paid for, but those have not been provided. I've been without a working dryer for an extended period and have had to use a laundromat while trying to get this resolved. I was patient with scheduling and gave them multiple opportunities to honor the warranty, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to use them, make sure you receive all invoices and warranty information in writing before paying.

When I called the office to complain the dispatch lady followed up w/him and she called me back to say "he said you told him it was power surge" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 1st of all I didn't and 2nd of all, if he is the PAID technician it's his job to diagnose. The only tool he used was his phone to take a picture of model and serial # and he even asked me how old it was. If it was a power surge, that should be a moot point.
