Premier Appliance Services who they chose to do the repair offered to come to inspect the dryer. The service person was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. It was a knob on the dryer that was broken and needed to be replaced. The tech will order the part and offered to come back to put the new knob back on. Technician came out and from the get go seemed like he wanted to rush out. To start, this guy would not let me finish explain what was wrong with the machine, he just kept pressing buttons and saying there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the machine. Warranty company had sent out parts to be replaced, but this technician refused to change them and said that he would not spend all the time to replace them when it didn't need it.
