Language is biggest challenge here no body speaks good english and explains what is the price of service. They give one price and once you sit and during the service they would ask you if you need this or need that but wouldnt let you know that they are not covered in price discussed at counter. I've been here twice for gel pedicure. The first time one of my nails came off the same day, I went back and they fixed it and it came off again the next day. I came back probably 6 months later to give it another shot. I got a gel pedicure again, they rushed through it (it was not busy at all), only did one coat of the colored polish so it didn't look like the color I chose and was translucent. On top of that, one of the nails came off within a few weeks. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but have now had 2 poor experiences here. Definitely not worth the money read more

Very disappointed... When I first walked in I requested a Gel Mani & regular pedicure. As they started my services, another customer walked in and my manicurist left and helped them. I was understanding but then as more people came my whole service felt rushed and no one came to start on my manicure. After my pedicure was done the same lady started the manicure & I changed my service to a regular manicure because now I was short on time and irritated that she rushed. Although the people here are very kind, the gel pedicure I got was a waste of my money. I got a gel French tip and the tip was not at all a straight line and it just looked messy over all. The next day the gel polish had came all the way off on one of my toes. I went back to get it fixed and they were nice about it but filled my toe so hard it started bleeding. Within 1 week, 4 more polishes came off. You pay the extra for the gel for it to last and it did not last. read more

VERY VERY disappointed. OVERPRICED. I went in for a simple toe nail color change, easy ideally, right? One of my big toe nails had cracked on the side but the length was decent but I wanted the nail slightly longer and wanted the acrylic on the nail so it wouldn't crack further. ANYWAYS, for some reason they were trying to talk me out of getting the acrylic. I said about 3 times, "it's okay I want the acrylic on my big toe." They spoke in their language and tried convincing me not to. I had enough and finally said "ok that's fine I'll just go somewhere else, it's ok, thank you" and they said ok ok and finally did the SMALL acrylic tip. Needless to say... my bill: $27... I needed a manicure bad so I called. Amy was able to accommodate me within 2 hours and made an appointment for me. When I arrived, I felt as if I came to Santa's Village. The salon was decorated with Christmas decorations and there was a pile of gift. Amy does this every year and hands out gifts to customers. I chose gel French manicure because I wanted something simple. I asked Amy to add Christmas designs on my ring fingers so she did a snowman and a snowflake. Amy is so talented and artistic! I was originally planning on getting a gel manicure and pedicure but Ivy recommended getting powder nails for a more natural and long lasting look. I got my nails done with Linda (who I love) at Sweet Nails (their other nail shop) yesterday Saturday. This morning I saw the lift in the gel. I went to Amy's to see if they could fix or redo the gel on 2 nails at 11am. They couldn't do it because they were "too busy " wanted me to come back at 1pm. Then they called the owner who I spoke to on the phone and she asked me to go to Linda the next day because they couldn't help me at this shop. What???? Terrible customer service. Where do I start Amy nails.....I came in for a relaxing dip-mani- pedi, I asked for a colored V nail design , I was told she can do the design with gel only, ok...proceed......she brought a bowl of warm water with a bag of nail polish remover inside of bowl,I was to place my hands in it, when I did my fingers all the way up to my knuckles were white and itchy, I asked if she can do the usual which is to wrap fingers in foil as per usual within nail salons, all went down hill from there, as they know bestlet me just say ,should you wish to be Woman handled, this place is for you, should you want their nail polish mistake to be covered in glitter, (picture attached)come on in.
