When I came in, Lucy greeted me and asked if I was ready and I said I was. Jokingly I asked if she was ready and she said yes. As we were headed to the shampoo area, another customer came in and Lucy told her she'd be right there and then said to me that she would quickly do this other customer and then come see me. I reminded Lucy that I had an appointment, but then I said OK I'll wait. After I sat down, Lucy took the other customer back to the shampoo area and began shampooing her hair. Having thought it over I decided to leave, and I let Lucy know. I realize this is not the first time this happened to me here. I do like the way Lucy cuts my hair, but I don't like being bumped by other people. I don't know if that woman was double booked or whether she was a walk-in, but either way it shouldn't have happened the way it did. If Lucy was running late, she should've called me and told me and we could've made other arrangements. But that didn't happen and she didn't call me after I left so I will sadly have to find another place to get my haircut.

You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommended tried to stick with this place because they to support local businesses. But there are better salons in Columbia and Baltimore. Customer service is also terrible except one lady.
