Also love that they are both a one-stop shop pet store with a fantastic and large assortment of high quality holistic and organic foods and treats as well as a High-end groomer. Priscilla has also boarded our dogs many times, including one time for over 15 days straight. there's nobody else I would trust with my dogs other than Priscilla. she loves them like her own, and truly CARES about their wellbeing. It takes so much stress off us knowing our dogs are in good hands with her. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Seems like it's a common issue across the mobile pet grooming industry anymore. Extremely disappointed. For what it's worth, we were very pleased with their first two grooming sessions.

Not a Maltese cut!…read more Before booking, I asked multiple times for a groomer experienced with Maltese and a specific Maltese cut. I was told: "I've done plenty Maltese I've been grooming for 9 years." The first photo shows Baylin in her full coat before grooming. The others are Baylin the day she was groomed and weeks later, showing how poorly the cut growing out. I requested a proper Maltese shape, trimmed right off the floor with no straight lines. Baylin is only 3-4 pounds, so experience matters. The result was not a Maltese cut. I contacted the owner weeks later to give feedback only, not to request a refund. The responses were: * "You had no complaints when there this is days after the groom" * "Request the other groomer or go else where" * "Beth would be more then happy to service you" * "And I assume that's the day of your groom correct ?" * "Days after to complain makes 0 sense beth would be more then happy to service you eliza is no longer here." After that, communication stopped. This service cost $120 +$40 travel fee (not including tip). Posting for transparency.

Her nutritional and medical advice is superb. She did not suggest any unnecessary tests, she asks the right questions, she makes some good nutritional recommendations. I appreciated the handout she gave me for approved raw and grain-free food. I have referenced this handout several times when seeking out different options for food. I find her very compassionate about animals and holistic treatments. She is compassionate about what is put in pet food, I got quite an education about what is in some commercial products. I've found their front desk reception staff to be pleasant and helpful every visit, and also when I call. I have called to make appointments and to order a supplement, which they shipped to me (I appreciated not having to drive an hour there and back to get it). Yes, when you book a first time appointment it takes a couple months to get in with Dr. Grant. She is very popular. When I needed a more urgent visit I was able to book an emergency visit for approximately $100. As long as the staff disclosed this amount and why, I was fine with it. I saw they have boarding, the cats that were in the cat boarding looked pretty happy and it appeared to be clean and tidy in the boarding room.

Out of sight, out of mind, like they don't exist. Then says her lawyers have told her what's she's doing is legit. i can't even find her business registration on line. It's all a ruse! She says our trims expired in 6 months which is absolute hogwash. We would have never have bought a package had we known they expired in 6 months. Our dogs simply have never needed to get their nails cut so often. We had 4 nail trims left onOur package and she would not let us use them. Also she responded addressing me on a review my husband left not me. I would like to add 1/2 the time we would have to leave multiple messages until we got a reply. She could never fit our dog in because she was sick or many other excuses. When she would not honor the remaining nail trims she offered a new package at a "discounted price" which was actually the same price every one else got. I would suggest that people not pay ahead for her services as she is both unreliable and she won't return messages. She also lied quite a few times which we were able to prove by glancing g at her Facebook. I feel like we simply got ripped off by someone who conducted their business very poorly. I would like to add good luck if she ever shows up on time. She was often late or wouldn't show up at all and it was always my fault. This happened multiple times and we never knew if she would be here or not. She would rush in and rush out, not very personable with humans or animals, always in a rush
