Tried calling on Saturday and they said they'd return my call which of course they never did and Sunday they kept me waiting hours and hours saying they'd leave the Manager and 2 maintainers that are supposed to help with this issues a voicemail and I needed to wait for them to reply, which of course they wouldn't because its Sunday. Very poor in response time. The lady on the EMERGENCY telephone line doesn't show the appropriate concern for the costumer. Pretty much got in a whole lot of trouble for not having my equipment with my chain of command because of this company's poor service.

They let me stay in their tv waiting area with magazines and comfortable chairs, and use their phone when I locked myself out of the car. However, the price gouging started almost immediately once I was out of the country. Month 3: Rate jumped from $90 to $117. Month 9: Rate jumped again to $135. That is a 50% increase in less than a year. Because this is a military town, they clearly understand that deployed service members cannot simply "come home" and move their belongings to a different facility. They have you backed into a corner: either pay the exorbitant new rates or risk a lien and an auction on your property. Taking advantage of the transient nature of military life is unethical. If you are looking for long-term stability while deployed, look elsewhere. This company will wait until you are gone and then hike your rates knowing you have no recourse. This isn't just "business"--it feels like a scam targeting those who serve.

First, in the over eighteen months we had this unit the climate control never worked as it should. Whenever outside temperatures are hot the unit is too hot. The previous owners made a half hearted attempt at repair, but it did not really solve the problem. Next, basic maintenance is nonexistent. The lot needs repairs, as do the buildings, and even basic cleanliness is ignored. Finally, the price we were paying is approximately 75% higher than another unit we have at a modern, clean, functional, well maintained facility in the area. Those are the three most important problem areas. I make a point of advising everyone I can not to use this facility and to tell their acquaintances not to use this facility. Incidentally, while moving my items out of this facility, I met several other renters who were in the process of moving out for the same reasons. Based on the fact that for most of the time we had our unit the climate control did not work effectively, I feel less like a former tenant and more like a former victim of fraud.
