Next, there was another leak after our warantee expired. Then, after all of these repairs, the shingles were cracked. Now, we are replacing the roof again and we find that there are now two layers of shingles on the roof. they didnt even remove the existing old shingles, even though they said they were doing that! The new roof is costing us even more money to replace their bad work. This company is horrible.

We thought we had a detached gutter, but in fact we had a plugged up drain. When it rained it didn't much of a storm to fill the drain up. The gutter wasn't detached, the water from our roof was the drain overflowing. ARS then recommended a plumber we could trust to unplug the clogged drain. (It was clogged with the roots of a bush growing near it.) We definitely recommend this company!

Maybe not this company's fault, but I let my HOA Silverview Terrace, Invoice 25248) know that my…read morechimney was leaking, so they had ARS come take a look because they're contracted to do the association's roofs. I didn't realize that chimney repairs weren't covered under the HOA, so when the ARS employees came and noticed an exposed opening at the top of the room, they repaired it with some stucco, which was about 2-3 hrs of work. My HOA then told me I was billed for around $1,000. I was shocked that the small exposed area costed so much, and it was also then that our HOA manager told us it was our responsibility to pay. Had I known this before, I would have tried to repair it with contractors elsewhere. I'm not saying they did a bad job, I just had no idea a roughly 1ftx1ft area of repair was going to be $1,000, and that we had to cover it. It was my ignorance as the HOA manager then pulled up the HOA handbook to say that only roofing , and not chimney repairs, were covered. I felt pretty stupid, but I figured (again my ignorance) that if my HOA elected to assist in scheduling ARS to come take a look, that it would at least be partially paid for. I tried to at least ask my HOA manager to reach out to ARS to get an itemized bill to detail what exactly costed $1,000 for the few hrs of work, and they agreed, but I never heard back from them. Next thing I know, I see the $1,000 cost added to my monthly HOA fees, with a $20 late fee added on top of it. Like I said, at the end of the day it was probably my fault, and I will make sure what the HOA covers next time. I just wish my HOA manager actually followed through on my request before simply adding the bill to my monthly fees. They said they would be talking to ARS the day they agreed too. I assume they probably thought I was being unreasonable. I'm honestly not the kind of person to complain or write these kinds of reviews, but I guess I'll just be more aware next time. It's better to not authorize people to work on your house when it is through the HOA. The fees increase almost every year, but people in HOAs just have to realize the policies and not necessarily believe the HOA is looking out for your best interest financially. Just how things go I suppose.

Took 5 days to remove all the old shingles and install new ones. Their workers showed up at exactly 8 am and worked hard until 4 pm every day. They were very careful to not damage anything (I have a lot of large potted plants under the eaves in the backyar, cleaned up everything each day before they left, and communicated any potentual problems or upgrades. Many compliments and Zero complaints!!!! They definitely have a strong recommendation from me!!!

The panels have been working great for the past 16 years. Recently we had to replace our roof. Because the current solar panels are so much more efficient, we decided to replace them. Zach, Maddy and Mike, from SolarCraft, worked very closely with us to design our new PV system, arrange the removal of the old system and coordinate the installation of the new system. The crews did an amazing job! Carlos C., Dominic, Carlos L. and Jose carefully took the old panels off. Colton, Ricardo and Matt did the intricate installation and Talon came by to make some final detailed adjustments. I live in a wooded area of Fairfax, CA, but SolarCraft strategically placed the panels to get the most exposure to the sun. My experience from start-to-end was very professional and I love seeing MUCH lower PG&E bills every month. Ted Walsh and team made me feel like a VIP!! I also have a whole house generator running off of natural gas. SolarCraft planned out the best path for PG&E grid power, solar battery energy, and the generator to work together without issues: when grid power goes out, the system uses solar battery power, and then switches to the generator. We've had several outages since the installation and I've barely had to use my generator as I had enough solar battery backup!!
